Our request for a quiet room was granted immediately. We were given tickets that gave us free access to all exhibitions at the Kunsthaus. Great!

Apart from wall to wall carpets which I am not a fan of - a good hotel central hotel with very nice service. Not super charming with really nice service

A very nice hotel that has done a wonderful job with upgrades. The room was clean, roomy, efficient and nicely decorated. Most impressive was the soundproofing. As a noise sensitive sleeper this is important to me. There is a train line that runs out front and an elevator just outside the room in the hallway, but I heard neither of them. About the only issue was that, despite our best efforts, we couldn't get the room to cool off. We turned the thermostat down, and opened the windows during the afternoon/evening, but the temp actually went up in the room overnight after we closed the windows. Breakfast was excellent.

Can't believe this hotel is 3 star, it feels 4 star at least! Big room, very modern, great amenities, lovely bathroom, very central! Lovely staff who go beyond to help tourists. Great restaurant with a good choice for breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

The front desk staff are lovely. Our room was beautiful. The cleaning staff did a great job. It is well located. It came with breakfast which had the best jam in the world for the croissants. It is very near to one of the museums and within walking distance of nice reasonably priced restaurants. I would return.

Hotel is very conveniently located to go sightseeing. You can easy get everywhere using public transportation. Room has a very good size and breakfast has a fair variety of options. Staff is pretty friendly also. There are some opportunities for improvement though: bathroom is not very functional if you want to take a shower (instead of using the bathtub), pillows and other bed accessories could be more comfortable, cleaning service starts early in the morning making a lot of noise. Anyway this hotel is a very good option and I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent hotel! The room was quiet, comfortable, super-clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good too. I wasn't expecting 5 stars for the reasonable price, but it beat many 5* hotels I have stayed at. Thank you!
