The location is very good, it is a 15-minute walk from the Zurich train station and 25 minutes from the old town. As for the facilities, my experience has not been so positive. We booked a double room with a double bed and we have found two single beds that sink and separate, unless each one stays on their side. The sleeping pillows are very soft and small, there are no cushions. As for cleanliness, it could very well be improved. Upon arrival there was hair on the bed, in addition, we had to wash the plates, cutlery and kitchen utensils before using them because many of them had mold and tomato stains, the floor was sticky..

It is better to put how to reach to Hotel and how to get Key in advance, since I received email for Key password after I called.

Rooms are sober but functional. There was no mirror in the bathroom. Bedroom and bed were clean. A sketch of where the entrance with the key is would be helpful. Room was on the 2nd floor right on the street and relatively noisy.

Nice accommodation.
Unfortunately, the drain on the sink in the bathroom was unscrewed, for whatever reason, and we had to screw it back on ourselves.

The flat I stayed had a good view and its bed was comfortable. However, it was hard to open cover of washing machine and inside of dishwasher had bad smell.

The bedding was stained with body waste including menstural blood and urine. There were holes in doors and light fixtures without bulbs. There was nothing to wash or dry dishes with. If we had known any of the above we would not have booked a stay at this property.
