Great stay, hotel have nice and simple design , heating floor. Cons the front desk isn't 24 hours, they will provide you code for the door.

Rooms were very nice and clean, location is great (right next to station), and receptionist is very warm and extremely helpful. The price is very reasonable as well. They also have a very nice tea room. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re in Zürich.

Excelente servicio de todo el EQUIPO. Muy amables en recepción cuando llegamos sobre las 14:30, haciendo del check in, que suele ser algo rutinario, una experiencia divertida, teniendo que pasar un test tras el cual recibías de premio. una llave, previo cargo en la tarjeta, como se hace en los países serios como Suiza. Igual de buen servicio en la cena en la que Carmen, nos amenizó la espera. Al realizar el check out también una gran amabilidad de la persona que estaba en recepción sobre las 8:40. Sin duda merecen que se les suba el sueldo y se les retenga, no es sencillo tener un gran Equipo como este. Como área de mejora, los enchufes suizos, no pude conectar el portátil al tener un enchufe redondo, no cabía en los enchufes que se dividen en tres y sólo son válidos para enchufes finos. Volveré sin duda. Muchas gracias

Accueil familiale et professionnel. Emplacement idéal, tarifs avantageux, chambres confortables, très bien équipées et insonorisées. Après plus de 10 séjours à l'Helvetia, nous avons toujours été satisfait. Comme à la maison. Le restaurant et le bar valent également le détour.

Schönes gepflegtes Zimmer, tolle Soeder Produkte, sehr nettes Personal. Tolle Lage, vieles ist in Reichweite zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Fluss ist ebenfalls gleich nebenan. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Einrichtung ist schlicht und stylisch.

Accueil et service client au top!!! Je suis allée avec mes filles pour visiter Zürich pour la première fois. Hôtel propre, à promixité de la gare et de la vieille ville et bien desservi par les transports publics. Très bonne expérience qu’on répétera certainement 🌷🌷🌷

Walking distance to the station Zurich HB. Hotel is clean and has lift to help load up our heavy luggage up to the 5th floor. Our room is a family room. It’s spacious. Converted a sofa bed into a queen size bed for our teen son. Has kitchenette and small dining area if you feel like eating at home. Hotel has a restaurant but we didn’t dine there. Offers 1 free breakfast for each room. Can request to store luggage if checking out early to roam the city and collect before 5pm. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!
