The room is not big, but it is clean and comfortable, with clean sheets and thick quilts. The hotel location is about 15 minutes away from Zurich Station, which is not too far. The hotel staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in early.

I’ve stayed in quite a few places this place takes the biscuit. Please bear in mind I was staying for 2 nights.
Firstly said upon arrival I wasn’t booked in, error on system. That’s ok all sorted. I stayed the first night I went travelling for a few hours with a do not disturb tag on door upon my return I had no access to my room. Noticing this I went downstairs to the receptionist on duty, They had entered and bagged my items which I had left and therefore I had to get a new room due to an ERROR on there system.
I went into the new upgraded room which cleanliness decided to avoid. As morning arose I went through my belonging properly only to notice they hadn’t even put in my toothbrush nor toothpaste, therefore I had to go down to receptionist again.
To say I’m dissatisfied is an understatement.
The service and acknowledgement was ridiculous.
I honestly do not recommend this place for anyone staying in Zurich.

The only good thing about this hotel is early check-in.
The sheets were dirty, with lots of messy hair and dander on them.
The sound insulation is very poor, and you can hear the noise from downstairs and next door in the early morning.
There was a very noisy drainage sound around 4 a.m. that lasted for more than an hour.
There is no socket next to the bed, so charging is troublesome. In addition, the bed is also small and pitiful.

Basic room for one. Nothing to complain except for the pillow. It was too flat. Consider providing good standard pillows at least 2 of them. Bathroom and amenities was great. Good selection of breakfast in the morning
