The male night shift clerk at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful to the guests. He even shouted loudly on the phone.
oh my god louder please and then put the phone down hard. Very rude.
The room is very old, there are no basic USB plugs, and the TV remote control is missing.
The room was poorly cleaned, the previous guest's trash was still there
Breakfast is ok but not a lot of choices

The hotel is conveniently located opposite the main exit of the train station and within walking distance for exploring the old town. The front desk service is not very enthusiastic, there are steps to enter and exit the hotel, and there are no waiters to assist with transportation. The bathroom design of the triple room we stayed in was problematic. After taking a shower, the bathroom was prone to flooding.

The staff at the front desk of the hotel are friendly. The doorman helped deliver the luggage to the hotel room. The elevator is a bit narrow. The room I booked has a balcony. The advantage of the hotel is the location. Walk 100 meters downstairs to the train station. It was a pleasant stay.
