The hotel's rooms are relatively small. For parking, the hotel has a cooperative parking space, which costs 36 euros a day. You can pay at the hotel front desk. Relatively safe and convenient. In addition, the location is relatively good. You can walk to the river in 2 minutes and Hof Mountain in 7 minutes.

Je recherchais en last minute un hôtel pour séjourner une nuit à Zurich. Et face à des prix qui pouvaient atteindre des sommets, j'ai opté sur le Altstadt Hotel, une hôtel-boutique à une vingtaine de minute de la gare de Zurich et qui est basé dans la vieille ville de Zurich. Malgré tout, et c'est le gros défaut de cet hôtel, c'est son prix - j'avais payé grâce à une offre de Booking via mobile, alors que la nuit dépassait facilement les 200 euros. Mais bon, relativisons c'est Zurich... La chambre est assez grande, c'était très certainement une chambre pour 3 personnes (avec 3 lits simples), l'insonorisation extérieure est ok (la ville est calme) par contre celle intérieure pêche car on n'entend les clients voisins parler. La chambre reste quand même assez grande pour ce format d'hôtel... Le fonctionnement des clés pour pouvoir rentrer lorsque la réception est fermé est assez archaïque, et l'absence de réception 24h/24 me fait souvent un peu peur dans les hôtels. Un hôtel convaincant, proche des lieux de vies - comme les bars, restaurants - à mon avis, vous pouvez être à l'affût de quelques offres promotionnelles via les sites de réservation.

Hotel pequeño, pero con encanto. Se encuentra prácticamente detrás de la Grossmünster, así que estás justo en el centro, muy bien conectado con todas las opciones de transporte. Muy limpio y el servicio amable. La cama muy cómoda y edredón de plumas. Perfecto para pasar unos días en Zúrich.

Hôtel très bien situé. Nous avons eu une chambre avec vue sur les deux tours du Grossmünster !
La chambre est cependant petite avec un matelas assez basique. Le petit déjeuner est également assez light.
Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, avenant et parle Français.

This is a small hotel with good location less than 100m away from the beginning of the Limmat river which flow out from Lake Zurich. We are able to walk to the old town attractions nearby including the bustling x'mas markets. We are a family of 5 and the size of the 2 rooms we had were ok and not exceptional. The were no telephones in the room so we cannot call and talk to our children. Telephone should be a standard item in the hotel room. The rooms and sheets were clean but the mattresses were hard and the pillows were small and soft. If the hotel improves on these, then the sleep could be better. There were noises into the night from the street below and were annoying. Service at the front desk was good although it doubles as a cashier point for the small restaurant on the ground floor. The space at the service desk in front of it is small and we have to haul our luggage up the flight of steps into the small lift. A ramp could instead be provided.

It was my husband and my first time in Zurich and we honestly couldn't have picked a more convenient and comfortable hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with information on what we should do in Zurich and good restaurant recommendations. We were so happy with our room as we got the roof top terrace. The view was breathtaking!
