Pleasantly surprised with the friendly service received at the reception. Breakfast was good, especially the mini croissants and the fresh butter and cheese. Would advise you make it clear to the staff on your eggs order as one would offer you plain scrambled egg while the other would ask if you prefer to add on ingredients. Location is good, there is a shortcut to the train station from the back of the hotel. Room design could be improved but no complaints. All in all, I am thankful the service was warm and that really matters to me.

This was our 2nd stay at B2 and we are pleased to say that it was as good the 2nd time as the first. Check in was quick and efficient and the room was available even though we arrived early. Staff were very friendly and explained all facilities to us. Spa and baths were excellent as was the extensive buffet breakfast. We ate in the library one evening, menu isn’t huge but we both found things that we liked and the food and wine were really good. We had a very relaxing weekend here and would definitely come back.

Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out alles ok. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen (Nähe Stadt) und das Spa Angebot hervorragend. Einzig zu bemängeln, das Essensangebot im Restaurant könnte vielfältiger sein.

Hotel in a very quiet area next to one of the Google offices in Zurich. Built on the ashes of an old brewery of which some machines are preserved next to the reception. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Large hall open towards a magnificent library used as a breakfast room and bar/restaurant during the day. Imposing structure renovated and expertly furnished. Large room equipped with all comforts with exposed shower, a detail that is not always appreciated. Well-stocked minibar (even with the beer produced in the past in this establishment) and free. Breakfast with quality products although with some problems with cleaning the dishes available. Paid parking available with valet parking at 35 CHF although with not very flexible management if you need to pick up something forgotten in the car. Challenging cost but in line with what the city offers

Check in staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. said they would make the changes I'd requested to my room and I could have a drink at the bar while they sorted it all out. very professional and capable. My room was a little on the small side for the price but the rest of the experience there was fantastic

We ended out trip to the Jung Frau region at the B2. After days/miles of hiking it was exactly what we needed. Absolutely perfect experience.

We were delighted with this second stay at B2 and all the charming attentions from the team for my birthday and the marathon that my husband ran. The hotel is original and superbly decorated but the quality of the team really makes the difference like the restaurant in continuous service which allows you to take your time and completely de-stress from our hectic lives!
