Ibis Styles Zurich City Center Reviews

Pros: Location is not that bad, walking distance to train station and tour bus area. Free coffee and tea and lobby. Need room key to tap in the lift to go to your level. Room is rather spacious. Cons: rooms are rather stuffy, we had to borrow fan. TV is spoilt. Meh: free luggage storage but no security. They just give you the pass to store your luggage in their luggage room yourself. Collection also the same (anyone can take your luggage). There is a mirror above our head, abit weird.

I was in Zurich for work, and staying at Ibis was convenient for me and my customers. We were near the train station, which made traveling for us very convenient and accessible. I'd stay here again when I return, especially that it's near the old town and the main station.

Limited amenities and the room was quite small, no aircon so the room was stuffy. Managed to get a portable fan.

Everything was good but not the location where is not close to the centre station. You have to walk 15-20min to go there. The staff was nice and the hotel have washing machine that you can wash clothes in there which is very convenient for us

First day of check-in given a dirty and smelly bath towel. Went to the receptionist, she quickly replaced. Free coffee at lobby from 1030am onwards. Room is small but manageable. Buffet breakfast was good.

The location is easily accessible by walk or 1 station tram. The room is well-decorated. You can walk to main station or along the canal for relaxing or finding something to eat.

Hotel was near the train station and bus stop! Everywhere was easy to reach

Good location with easy access to many places of attraction like Rheinfalls, St. Gallen and Basels, etc. We enjoyed our 4 nites in this hotel.

Good for a quick layover, cosy room but limited amenities provided

Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and helpful. The foyer had free coffee and water available. The fitness room was well stocked for a small room, good for maintenance workouts or hit workouts and had a sauna. The rooms were spacious and clean with lots of plugs. The TV had an assortment of English channels if you need to crash out on the bed!!

The location is close to main train station which is just 5 minutes walking distance! Closer to some of attractions and shopping center

Kindly the staffs counter & good service for our customer. Good location by walk can buy , eat. Something. Very near by the HOTEL
