Excellent location. Walking distance from Zurich HB. Breakfast was included in the price. Spread was just right. Family room was a decent size. No kettle but was given one upon request. Will definitely book again

The room is very small and only accommodates one bed. There is no room for one person in it, and the price/performance ratio is not high. The parking lot is far away, and every time you enter and exit, you have to ask someone to open the door

I randomly booked this hotel and after a tiring journey it was so nice to be welcomed by such a wonderful and personal staff at the front desk (Ronja and Marc).I truly cannot say enough how friendly they were. Actually the entire staff from the breakfast to the housekeeping was so friendly. I will miss this hotel because of that! As a person who has stayed in many hotels for a living and also works for a company that prides itself on hospitality, I say BRAVO and well done!!! I highly recommend this cozy place. Also great location!!

We loved this hotel. It was in a perfect location. We were just minutes away from walking to the train station. Also, we were able to walk around the city of Zürich with ease. The hotel had a wonderful free breakfast, and the amenities in the room were free as well. The staff was kind and accommodating. The room was clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Zürich.

Not a place if you’d like to sleep. Even a room on the 4th floor, even with earplugs, and even with windows shut tightly (on a warmish night) the bar/party/revelry/music noise permeated well past 3AM. The room itself is barren; a sole desk chair, and a big bare spot where it would be nice to have an armchair/table. No carpet or nice curtains. No decoration save an oddly sized something on the wall.
