The service is very good. The location is a bit remote. We have to take a car to go out. They helped us upgrade to a superior room. The service is good. The photo is of the nearby scenery.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das gesamte Personal im Haus sehr zuvorkommend, herzlich und mit der richtigen Einstellung.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Suiten sehr geräumig und gemütlich und komfortabel ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar ist zum Teil ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber das hat uns nicht gross gestört.
Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, Welcome Drink, kostenlose (alkoholfreie) Minibar, Nespresso Maschine auf dem Zimmer.
Unsere Erwartungen wurden gesamthaft übertroffen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent hotel and service. Old school, proper hotel, absolutely nothing to complain about, five stars. Room perfect, food great and staff brilliant. Bed super comfy and everything clean and immaculate, central location too. We stayed on business 4 rooms and all loved it. Good value for five star in Zurich. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay. Really nice staff (specially Meca and Tarzan)... so lovely and friendly... they made us feel like home. Really recommend this hotel...
