Fair hotel in an excellent location!

A straight forward stay with no hiccups. The place is quaint with interesting construction. Also located in the heart of the old village which is very picturesque and busy with shops, restaurants and bars. The room was comfortable as well the the bed and pillows. It’s modestly decorated. The service was polite and courteous. I wouldn’t say overly so but a professional.
We also got to see the hotels mascot pug which was cute.
As a Canadian the breakfast was good, more European in style. Fresh bread with jams, fruit, yogurt, granola, deli meats, boiled eggs, tea and coffee.
Great value for what you get at this hotel.

Nice centrally located hotel with friendly front office staff, a relaxed breakfast environment and nice food. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Zurich main station and great location for the old town and Lake Zurich Rooms are comfortable and spacious

The lady that checked us in was rude and not very accommodating. There is construction going on at 7 am
