Hitrental Oerlikon Apartments

Can house 4 adults. The apar**ent smells like the name of the suite (Level 5 Strawberry) using an air freshener, is a very nice addition. The storage space is adequate. Very nice kitchen & comfy bed.

What is good: *Great Location, near buses, trains and supermarkets *Cozy room with everything we need *We can receive mail without problems -Washing machine and dryer downstairs free of use What is bad: The management was just terrible by a lot of reasons: *Even though I would stay for more than a month and I asked for the "Einzugsanzeige", they did not sign it and I wasted a lot of time going to register and it was not accepted. Later, after I explained to them, then they signed it and I could register myself. Can't believe that hotel workers do not know the procedure, seems more like negligence. *The shower suddenly sent very hot or very cold waves of water, depending on the use of other rooms. They sent maintenance but nothing changed. *Cigarette smell coming from the bathroom pipes, they sent maintenance to check but nothing changed, still some smell coming, it was rare but still annoying since I have allergy and the hotel is smoke free. *With 1 month of stay already paid beforehand, I paid for another month and even sent them the proof of payment, with them acknowledging it. 2 days before the beginning of the new month though, they sent me an email apologizing that they forgot to book me. Because of this, I had to urgently book another hotel, and of course the prices were way higher since it way quite near the start date, and used my day off from work to move. And this is not the worst thing: even after all of these inconveniences, I asked for a compensation and they got quite naive making excuses that it was not the case. This is pure negligence with the customers and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
