Very clean and modern hotel, friendly staff. Location is one Tram ride from the centre. No air-con in the rooms which may be an issue in the summer but was fine for Autumn. Hotel restaurant was decently priced and served good food. Would recommend.

Good value for business trip

A distance from the train station. Hotel provided bicycle that can easily be rented! Great cycling experience. Hotel is clean and comfy. No fridge in room but can easily request for ices from restuarant. Overall great stay!

Design hotel. The style is very cool. The hotel is located in a place similar to an industrial park. The location is relatively remote and not very convenient for public transportation. The breakfast is also quite rich, and the reception staff is warm and helpful

The room is super beautiful. The three large windows can see the city and the snow-capped mountains in the distance. The facilities are very good and new, and the hygiene is very good. The parking space is difficult to enter, the entrance is very narrow and the parking space is not large.

The hotel service is average. The bathroom has no curtain. We can park in the basement and take the elevator up, but they asked us to move our luggage and then park the car. They charged us 3 francs more for parking. Ctrip said 25, but they charged us 28 francs.

The rooms are very clean. It's a little far from Zurich Central Station, but it's close to the hotel, so there's no problem.

Booked the wrong check-in time and negotiated to postpone it by a day. There is no room for negotiation.
