The location is very good. It is very close to Sakuragicho Station. It is located at the entrance of Noge-koji. You can go upstairs after eating. The house was renovated in 2017 and is very clean. The breakfast is also quite rich and very cost-effective. I ordered a smoking room I was worried about the heavy smoke in the room, so I brought a spray to eliminate the smell of cigarettes, but when I entered the room, there was no smell at all. The room has an air purifier and large windows that can be opened. There are very few hotels in Japan that can open the windows. liked. The only bad thing is that there is a lot of dust on the window handle. Probably most of the guests staying here are Japanese and they don't have the habit of opening the windows for ventilation. Next time my friends come to Yokohama, they plan to stay here! Chose this place because of the price and the offer of Mount Fuji view. Certainly the view did not disappoint us, love the sea view and Mount Fuji. Room was spacious and the layout was nice though dated to some extent. The grounds looks like it need some sprucing and maintenance work. Checkin was efficient though parking came with a price. Maybe hotel should consider free parking for guests as most would be driving to get to this area. We ate at the Japanese restaurant though you had to walk in the rain on the day we were there as the restaurant was located on a annex building. Food was good and service was fine but on the higher end of prices. I like the neighbourhood vibe, there is a supermarket, hardware/pharmacy and bakery within walking distance from the hotel. There are a few restaurants by the beach and we tried the Pacific place. Prices of food along the beach are much more reasonable. Would stay here again except that traffic along this stretch of road is very bad as it is only a one lane road and traffic lights at almost every junction. Be prepare for a long and slow drive between hotel to town.

There were several shower rooms and powder room toilets, and it was a full room day during the consecutive holiday, but I think it was easy to use.

Check in was smooth. The hotel clerk who checked us in was friendly. Check out is self serviced. There are check out kiosks on the ground flr and the 20th flr. The hotel staff told us to check out on the ground flr. But if you planned on storing your luggage at the hotel after check out, you should use the check out kiosk on the 20th. The hotel has WiFi coverage in the entire premises. No telephone in the room (not really necessary anyway), but there is a telephone to the reception on each flr by the elevators. The room itself is new and clean. Toilet is separated from the shower. There is a stand shower and bathtub. Breakfast is good at this price point. 7-11 is on the ground flr right next to the hotel entrance.
