Erg prettig verblijf gehad in dit fijne hotel. Het gebouw is prachtig en ademt geschiedenis. Het is niet gehorig en we hebben heerlijk geslapen. Zeer comfortabel ook dat het in het centrum gelegen is. Bij terugkomst deden we nog een roséetje in de Brasserie. Heel fijn. We dachten even last van de kerkklokken van de naastgelegen kerk te gaan hebben, maar die staan zo zachtjes afgesteld dat je ze nauwelijks hoort (als ze op het hele en halve uur slaan). Op zaterdagmiddag luidden ze even volop, maar dat doen ze kennelijk alleen bij een speciale mis of gelegenheid. Parkeren kun je voor de deur, maar dat is wel prijzig. Het is eenvoudig om een stukje verderop te parkeren tegen een veel lager tarief. Zutphen is zeer goed ingericht met veel parkeergelegenheid om het centrum heen zodat je in de binnenstad weinig last hebt van autoverkeer. Zutphen zit vol verrassingen en je vindt mooie dingen om iedere hoek. Wij hebben genoten.

The room is nicely decorated - and the hotel is whithin walking distance of the train station. The only minor thing is the small shower head. Breakfast is excellent! And service at breakfast and reception is lovely and with a smile! The bar and restaurant had decent prices but only I went for a drink (or 2) and they served me nuts with it, so this is a plus for me.

Mooie kamer in het nieuwe gedeelte. Goede bedden. Fijne badkamer. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. Met allergie werd rekening gehouden. Nogmaals bedankt. Ligging van het hotel perfect. Goed te bereiken met openbaar vervoer, 10 minuten lopen van het station.

Een heerlijk verblijf. Bedden waren erg goed. Auto kon je tegenover parkeren. Tot 18:00u betaald parkeren. Daarna gratis, ook op zondag. Ontbijt was ook erg goed. Veel variatie. Enig minpuntje was het douchen in de badkuip en de straal was erg zacht. Ik kom zeker een x terug

Prima bedden in een ruime kamer. Het ontbijt was zeker heel lekker. Verse broodjes, veel extra’s en goede koffie. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook is het hotel mooi en goed gelegen en bovendien is het een prachtig historisch pand, gelegen naast het museum. Een pluspunt is ook dat je direct in het centrum van Zutphen bent.

I last came here 6 years ago. Still delivering a great level of service and it was another seamless trip. Great consistency! I definitely recommend it to anyone passing through this town, excellent location and good friendly service, nothing much else needed!

Zeer centraal in Zutphen gelegen in historische omgeving. Wij hadden een schone, ruime superior kamer met kleine douche- en toiletruimte. Royale prettige bedden. We boekten halfpension; ontbijt uitgebreid, heerlijk 3-gangen diner in aanpalende Brasserie 6.

Grand old building, but rooms don't correspond with the style. Room we had was smallish, felt like cabin on cruise ship. Small but modern bathroom. Very comfortable beds, windows open, ample closet space, no decor to remember. Excellent "Dutch" buffet breakfast. No hotel parking. Walking distance to everything with downtown location and a museum is part of the hotel complex.
