"We booked the Zutphen City arrangement to great satisfaction. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted with coffee and a delicious pastry. Our room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The city center of Zutphen is walkable from the hotel and offers plenty of terraces and shopping possibilities. Upon return we enjoyed a 6-course fine dining. Staff is very friendly. The no-nonsense spirit of the owners - Marieke (Maître d'Hôtel) and Niels (Chef) - is reflecting on the team, who are very knowledgeable about all dishes, very service-minded, with the capacity to adjust customs in line with the guests. Michelin star potential!"

"We had booked 3 single rooms for a weekend. The hotel has a fantastic location, it was surprisingly quiet. The rooms are functional and clean . A bit small. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back."

Broederenklooster ★★★★
"We loved our stay and found all staff polite, friendly and professional. A real credit to the hotel and they are very knowledgeable about their jobs and the food and wine they serve.  Amazing that they could also explain everything so accurately in English too! Particular mention of the sixteen year old lad serving us dinner - friendly, engaging and clearly passionate about a career in fine dining. We were super impressed by his hard working attitude! The rooms were clean and the whole place full of character. Great location near the station. Overall a memorable stay and I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you."

Fletcher Resort-Hotel Zutphen ★★★★
"It was a hotel with various facilities, but it was quite noisy inside. It was easily accessible via the public road, and there was a bus stop less than 500 meters away that took you very easily to the city of Zutphen. In terms of service, it was fine, except that when they wanted to clean the rooms around 11:00, they kept knocking loudly on the door without permission because we were still asleep and they probably would have come in if I hadn't locked it. Otherwise, we had a nice time and enjoyed the city."

"The room is nicely decorated - and the hotel is whithin walking distance of the train station. The only minor thing is the small shower head. Breakfast is excellent! And service at breakfast and reception is lovely and with a smile! The bar and restaurant had decent prices but only I went for a drink (or 2) and they served me nuts with it, so this is a plus for me."
