The floor of the room we checked into was very dusty and many traces of hair from.orevious guests! It was all over, on the bedroom floor, window, bathroom and shower.. I requested them to vacuum the floor and they did. Then I got a sec ere headache from altitude. I couldn't sleep through the might be of the main reasons I booked the hotel because they provided Oxygen machibe in the room. U fortunately ours was not working. Went to the reception at around 3ish am and she gave me an oxygen canister. Which helped a little bit. I also booked a more expensive room to get a more spacious room and better view. Unfortunately I had the worst view of all!. It was my only window facing a rooftop with all the cables and metals. The following day my guide called the manager at least 3x to speak to him and share the concerns but the manager didn't answer and never returned the call. Thus us another IHG terrible experience with hitel manager! No personal interaction with customers for feedback. Litang itself is a wonderful.and very special place. We loved it there.

Room facilities: The room is very good, the room is Tibetan style, and then it is a bit cold, the windows are a bit lax, there is an electric mattress that is not easy to use, there is no air conditioner, it is said to be floor heating, but there is a carpet that does not feel warm. Bed: The bed was very comfortable and large. Parking: Very good, there is a parking lot. Service: The waiters are very nice and the waiters at the front desk are very nice. The key is also very close to the temple. There is also a 318 museum of its own next to it. My dear brother is also very friendly, and the stay is very comfortable. You can book this one for travel.

Disadvantages: The camp still has a certain disadvantage compared to the hotel, the bedding is damp, and you need to turn on the electric blanket all night. The camp does not provide meals at present, you need to go to the hotel on the side to eat, but there is less choice to eat. If you bring your own stove, you can be very happy to camp. I wanted to ask if there is no water company filtering in Litang? Is our hotel the river that I picked up from the mountain?

The room is close to the road, because at the intersection, large vehicles will honk their horns when passing by, it is very noisy, and the sound insulation of the room is relatively poor! The oxygen generator is also similar to a tractor! Not worth the price!
