Really good location, I liked how the hostel is made out of big wood logs, they had a washing machine and dryer to clean our clothes. The breakfast is pretty basic for a hostel, but i was happy with a banana, boiled egg and cereal. Overall enjoyed our stay and the staff were very polite and helpful with any questions about booking a taxi or giving us restaurant recommendations.
Booked one night, planned to stay for three extra, but left with pleasure. Very and very noisy . In the building, the restaurant 24/7 is all open , a bunch of different people, no silence in the hostel . The bathroom, toilet and shower are offered for guests of the restaurant on the first floor . The second floor is already for those in the hostel . But the first floor also hosted and you still enjoy it . The restroom stand between the tables where people eat in the cafe. The common area is very noisy , the whole noise of the cafe is heard . I have moved to a quieter place with pleasure .
Of the pluses there is a supermarket next to the hostel , the hostel is located on the main street , but the el chalten itself is not big because where living in it is not important at all .
And the staff is some kind of very unfriendly . The atmosphere I'm so happy to leave . The women's toilet on the first floor didn't work light .
The bed was filled out of the pluses , but the beds are very strongly vibrant
I stayed in a hotel here for one night. The hotel is very good. The room is clean, tidy and warm. The bathroom is large. There are many choices for breakfast, which is also good. The view from the window of the room I booked is really amazing. It is just a little far from the main street in the city, so you need to take a taxi to go out.
Large stylish rooms, stunning view of the lake, good breakfast. polite and friendly staff. Of the downsides: thin walls, very well heard neighbors, take the berushi; our room didn't work jacuzzi, no bottled water in the room.
This price is simply great! Very suitable for families who need to plan expenses! Very cost-effective! The location is very good, 10 meters next to the big supermarket, there are all sold! The whole town residents are here to buy vegetables and daily necessities. Ten meters from the main street, you can walk to any restaurant and travel agency. There are bunk beds in the room (high, not suitable for children, when you climb, the handle will shake, feel unsafe) and a double bed, theoretically can live four adults, or two adults, with a small baby, and two children, can live five people. The house is small, but it has a toilet, shower, sink, shampoo, living room, dining table, four chairs, TV on the wall, and two retro gas heating (looks rotten, it seems to leak, but everything is fine, working normally, we bake socks with it) has kitchen, microwave, There are pots and pans, dishes and utensils, refrigerators, detergent. Although it is not modern and old, the price shows everything and it is worth the price.
Great location. We stayed in the private room and everything was great just the restaurant downstairs is a Parilla Restaurant so when we came back from trekking the room smelled like parilla apart from that everything was good.
- Good bathroom
- Friendly staff
- Big shared kitchen
- Good water temperature
- Delicious food in the restaurant downstairs
The hotel is located on the hill of Calafate, overlooking the entire town. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and it is less than ten minutes' walk from the main street.
Unfortunately, due to an equipment issue, I was unable to stay at the hotel. However, the service and communication prior to my arrival were excellent. The staff responded promptly to every request and handled everything efficiently, allowing me to stay at an alternative hotel without any concerns. I am truly grateful for their support and would definitely like to stay here on my next visit.
Clean and modern. Friendly staff and service. The only downside is the breakfast, upgrades on what's offered is needed.

GGuest UserFront desk lady speaks perfect English. She let us get in our room before check in time, very helpful. She explained everything clearly. The room is small and shower water is great. Obviously they are not lack of water there. Breakfast is basic with fresh boiled eggs.
GGuest UserThey were looking for a accommodation near the center and the bus station. Hosted with a good location, with everything necessary for an active tourist.Original interior of the common space. Although we did not have breakfast, the basic set for it was access (bread, yoghurt, boiler, snacks, cocoa) and there was an opportunity to cook (with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, inventory and dishes). The host host Danny and his assistants joyfully met us and helped us in all matters.
AAnonymous UserLoved the peace and privacy of couples’ room. Place has heated floors and super warm showers. Breakfast was plentiful, amenities awesome! Kitchen has lots of basic cutlery and plates but really needs some more cooking utensils and pots and pans, but the actual kitchen layout is great, with 3 gas stoves and ovens. Good labelling system for food. Restaurant and bar onsite… terrific options. Evening entertainment while we were there… ace!

GGuest UserThe hotel is new and clean. Beds are comfortable with extra pillows. Wifi is strong. Location is fantastic, close to main road downtown with many restaurants and shops. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. Specially want to mention Luciana who had helped us in booking round trip to glaciers and transfer to airport. Only may be breakfast can have better variety like fried eggs.

CChristopherThis hotel was very clean and nicely decorated to make it welcoming and cozy. The front desk personal were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast consisted of sweet breads, jams, cereals, yoghurt, multi grain bread and hard boiled eggs. It was quite enjoyable and filling. The mattresses were very comfortable also. We made a great choice in selecting this hotel.
