"Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel in El Calafate. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and they even hung up my clothes and tidied up my belongings after cleaning my room, which was very thoughtful. Check-in was efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and it was quiet at night, so I slept very well. The breakfast selection wasn't particularly extensive, but the food was tasty and filling. The hot water in the bathroom was plentiful, and the water pressure was just right. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in El Calafate. I would also recommend it to friends traveling to the area."

"Hotel is very central and we walked around town everywhere. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking a massage it was delightful. Got rid of my knots and would have gotten another massage but we didnt book in advance so we werent able to. Spa area was unexpected little gem. Jacuzzi and a sauna. The only down side to the hotel was the water pressure wasn't great. Makes a lot of strange noises as well. But this doesn't take away from the rest of the positives from the hotel."

We were looking for accommodations close to the city center and the bus station. This hostel was well-located and had everything an active traveler needed. The common area had a unique interior. Although breakfast wasn't included, the basics were available (bread, yogurt, hot water, snacks, and cocoa), and we had cooking facilities (an oven, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, and dishes were available). The hostel owner, Danny, and his assistants greeted us warmly and assisted us with everything we needed.

It has an amazing lake view, but a bit further from the center which makes it a bit hard to walk back and forth to eat etc but if you don’t mind that then it’s perfect.
Lucia at the front desk is incredibly helpful and knows everything you need about the places you want to visit.
It’s clean and comfy.
Only there is no hairdryer and also it can be a bit noisy if you face the road from passing motorcycles at night, but that’s only an issue for light sleepers like me, while my friend was not affected at all.
Overall worth the stay and a good spot to use as your base.

I tell you this hotel had everything thing going for it. It would get a perfect review, but they hired this **** that works nights, he is lazy , cocky, worthless, he should not be there. He told me this is a Spanish speaking country so deal with it, I know it's a Spanish speaking country, but you are in the tourist business. Would I stay here again, yes if I knew he wasn't here, but if they retain people like that, lots of hotels in this town no need to stay here.

Loved the peace and privacy of couples’ room. Place has heated floors and super warm showers. Breakfast was plentiful, amenities awesome! Kitchen has lots of basic cutlery and plates but really needs some more cooking utensils and pots and pans, but the actual kitchen layout is great, with 3 gas stoves and ovens. Good labelling system for food. Restaurant and bar onsite… terrific options. Evening entertainment while we were there… ace!
