This Hotel was perfect! We had a suite on the 8th floor with a wonderful view of the mountains and the city. The staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating when welcoming us! There is a free laundry room available to all! The hotel is perfectly located in the hart of the city right on the pedestrian street Zhengyang and 2 minutes from the Prince Jingjiang City to visit! Great breakfast at the Percent restaurant on the 9th floor also a restaurant for lunch and dinner! Right above a large underground shopping center! I highly recommend and will be back again!!!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel is right by the Yulong River, and the karst mountain views outside the window are picturesque, especially on a rainy day. The room was clean, with a new Chinese style that felt peaceful and comfortable. The infinity pool faces the green mountains, perfect for photos. Breakfast included Guilin rice noodles, and the afternoon oil tea was a comforting touch. The service was attentive, and the overall atmosphere is ideal for relaxing and unwinding. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Yangshuo.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Guilin and would highly recommend it to international travelers. The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and well-maintained, and you can really feel the attention to detail throughout the property. What stood out most was the service—staff were attentive, helpful, and went beyond our expectations to meet every need quickly and efficiently. Communication was smooth, even for international guests, which made the entire stay stress-free. A lovely bonus was the Italian-style coffee machine located downstairs, which served excellent coffee and made mornings even better. Overall, a fantastic experience and excellent value. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guilin.

Traveling solo, my stay at the Xiangbishan Gangshe Hotel was absolutely top-notch! The hotel's location is great, and the environment is lovely. It's super convenient for exploring the Two Rivers and Four Lakes and visiting Elephant Trunk Hill. The room hygiene was impeccable, and the Royal Bedland mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. My entire stay far exceeded expectations. This is definitely my top recommendation for anyone visiting Guilin!

I personally think the decor is fantastic and very unique. The owners are all really nice and recommend various attractions and tips. The room decor is also beautiful and distinctive. I think it's affordable and great value for money. The pictures accurately reflect the actual environment of the place, making it perfect for taking photos.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right by the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, with Ronghu Lake Park directly outside. The room views are incredible, offering a 180° panorama of the karst peaks at sunset, and you can also overlook the Two Rivers and Four Lakes at night. The amenities are thoughtful and convenient, including free parking. Each floor has a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and detergent. Food deliveries are sent directly to your room by a robot, and the bedding is perfectly comfortable. The service is warm and attentive; the front desk staff are super friendly, and a female staff member even helped with our luggage. Downstairs, there's complimentary water, drinks, and fruit. The afternoon tea and breakfast are excellent quality, with freshly brewed coffee from a machine. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it meets all needs, though you might miss out on the rice noodles if you go too late. The room was spotlessly clean, and as it's a new hotel, all the facilities are brand new. Don't miss out on this place if you're visiting Guilin; it's truly great value for money!

Outstanding hotel, highly recommended. The rooms are large, comfortable and practical, with lovely views of the river. The bathrooms are especially nice, with large bathtubs. Breakfast is varied, with an excellent range of delicious food. The staff are extremely polite and helpful: they were able to check me in even at 3:00am after I arrived on the night train. The cleaners are quick, thorough and efficient, too. The staff provide thoughtful gifts like free oranges for Spring Festival. The hotel is well located for getting around Wuzhou, and all the taxi drivers know it. There seems to be lots to do within the hotel, too, including restaurants, a spa, a KTV lounge, a tea house and a swimming pool, so it would be excellent for large groups too.

It was a fantastic stay at this gem. Right in the heart of West Street , easy to get to anywhere. We arrived early and our room was not ready. Girls at the reception were super helpful and upgraded us to a beautiful two level room on the 7th floor. Modern , clean , roomy , VERY comfortable bed a nice bath with a nice view. Oh and nice thick towels 👍 Customer Service was 10/10 , I contacted them on Wechat after I booked with many questions and that was never a problem to them. They were also so very helpful to book tickets for us on our arrival for Hot air balloon and Ruyi Peak with a discount price. We wanted to travel around on a scooter, the lovely girl from the reception offered advices and options to hire a longer or shorter distance scooter. Not only that she personally took us to get one. We had a great deal for one to use for the whole day , return before mid night for 50Y . Overall it was a superb stay . If there is one thing they can improve on , maybe an easy instruction on how to use their projector . A very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend it to all . The location of this hotel is just perfect in the heart of city centre of Guilin, zhengyang night market, solitary beauty peak, elephant trunk hill just walking distance 10-15 minutes. The hotel is great, the room is spacious and clean, including the bathroom. Our beds are comfortable, the cleaning lady did a good job and very nice, she gave us extra water for us. There is laundry room for guess too and thanks to that facility we bring clean and freshe clothes for our next destination. Breakfast was good as well. They served variety of food, including the specialty of guilin: Rice Noodle soup. Our last day, we couldn't have breakfast but we could take away our breakfast so we packed some food to enjoy on the train to guangzhou. The check in/out process was very smooth. All the staffs were very kind and helpful, specially Jollin. She helped me with direction and when I told her I am IHG member, and because I booked the room through Trip instead of direct booking it couldn't be recorded in my membership she gave me welcome gifts. Thank you Jollin. Our 3D2N stay was perferct. Defitely will come back to HIE.
