Jjuran5I specifically booked a Egret Pool Room, but unfortunately, it was rainy for several days, and the water was cold. I only got to swim on the day I arrived. So, I suggest adding a constant temperature feature, and preferably a wave generator too, otherwise, you can only get about five strokes in per lap. The hygiene was good, and the environment was naturally pleasant, even though a lot of greenery was lost after the typhoon, making walking a bit inconvenient. However, wherever you want to go, just send a WeChat message to the front desk, and they'll arrange a car to pick you up or drop you off within 10 minutes. I was initially worried about getting back at night, but after exploring Yalong Bay and returning, it was quite convenient. The hotel has a 24-hour shuttle service to the rooms. As for the facilities, besides the switch panels showing their age and yellowing, the Kohler bathroom fixtures are still going strong. I'd recommend upgrading to smart toilets; once you get used to them, there's no going back to non-smart ones. For the building's exterior, the original wood siding, especially on the roof, has aged. I suggest customizing a batch of aluminum wood-look roof tiles for replacement. Replace all areas that can be touched with hardwood, and those that can't with aluminum wood-look materials to reduce future maintenance costs. Also, the shuttle vehicles need to be replaced; they're too noisy and affect the entire resort. The only benefit is that you know a car is coming when you hear the sound. The Thai restaurant is good, with excellent food and a nice view, plus live music at night. The Western restaurant has an amazing view. I only found out on the third day that there's a petting zoo downstairs, two other pools, and a wooden boardwalk that leads directly to the rooms. If I had known earlier, I would have just walked to the restaurant instead of always arranging for a shuttle.
