We had a perfect stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou! The suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, consisting of two connected rooms. One room featured a king-size bed, a large living room, and a luxurious bathroom with a huge bathtub. The second room had two single beds, which was perfect for our two adult children. The layout was very thoughtful, with two separate bathrooms and toilets, plus an additional guest toilet in the living room. With four of us staying together, we never had to wait for the bathroom — a huge convenience! The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning, featuring beautiful gardens, traditional architecture, and a pagoda, making it feel like a scenic attraction in itself. As a special bonus, the hotel provided a complimentary 60-minute Hanfu experience, allowing us to take wonderful photos around the property. Honestly, the hotel is so beautiful that you could easily spend a day exploring the grounds without leaving. Another thoughtful touch was that each room was provided with an entire carton of bottled mineral water, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, an exceptional stay with spacious accommodations, beautiful surroundings, and excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Suzhou!

Stayed here for a business trip, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, making commuting and getting things done very convenient. The room was clean, perfectly adequate for both resting and working, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk staff provided great service, and the facilities were comprehensive. Overall, a pretty good experience.

My stay at the Furong Garden, Building 8, at Yangzhou Xiyuan Hotel was fantastic overall. As hotels with ”Xiyuan” (meaning 'guesthouse' or 'reception hall') in their name often are, the environment truly lived up to its reputation. The garden landscape is beautiful; it felt like I was living right in a park, and morning and evening strolls were incredibly pleasant. Building 8 is relatively new, with elegant and sophisticated decor. The room was spacious and bright, the hygiene details were well taken care of, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to a very peaceful night's sleep. The service also deserves praise. After booking, the staff were all very warm and professional, and any requests were generally met promptly. The breakfast selection was rich, and the local Yangzhou specialties at Quyuan were very authentic and definitely worth trying. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to visit Slender West Lake. It offers both the tranquility of a garden hotel and the convenience of easy access. If you're visiting Yangzhou for travel or a family vacation, Building 8 comes highly recommended. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Yangzhou.

The room is located on Pingjiang Road, offering a view of white walls and black tiled roofs right from the window. The butler service was excellent and thoughtful, especially with parking and check-in. Following the butler's advice, I pre-booked tickets for a Pingtan performance, which was truly captivating.

This hotel is nestled in an alley in Laomendong, right opposite the popular Pioneer Bookstore, which is a great location. The only downside is that it's 1.5 km from the metro station, but we took taxis everywhere, so it wasn't a big deal for us. We originally booked a tatami room, but only found out upon arrival that it was on the B2 level. It had a musty smell, was damp, and poorly ventilated, making it quite uncomfortable. We paid an extra 1000 RMB to switch to a room on the second floor, which was much better. If you're booking, definitely avoid the basement rooms. The hotel has three adorable cats! Aside from the little hiccup with the room upgrade, everything else was pretty good, even though the price doubled during the holiday.

I booked this hotel with the mindset of canceling if it wasn't good, but it turned out to be surprisingly great! Aside from the room being a bit small, everything else was perfect. It's also conveniently located close to all the attractions. The landlady was very welcoming and even helped us carry our luggage up to the third floor. Highly recommend staying here.

The location is fantastic, with a bustling view of Xinjiekou right outside the window. What impressed me most was the service – friendly, polite, and incredibly responsive. The dining options exceeded expectations; the breakfast was diverse with Nanjng specialties, and the formal meals were exquisitely prepared. The room was well-maintained, clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and responsive. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food quality was surprisingly good. I especially want to commend the Jia Restaurant on the 56th floor of the Asia Pacific Tower. On our first night, we tried their mini hotpot, and the two single sets were more than enough for two people. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic, promptly helping with drinks, clearing plates, and cooking items. We also loved the buffet selection! We had such a happy meal! The next morning, we debated between the ground floor breakfast buffet and the 56th-floor one, but decided to go back to the 56th floor – and we were so glad we did! It was another wonderful experience, feeling right at home. There were many dishes available in the morning. For instance, a waitress kindly cut the Jinling large meat bun for us so we could each have half, which we really appreciated. A big thank you to CY and MYF from Jia Restaurant for their attentive service. The view was also excellent; we could see the beautiful city from our seats. All in all, I highly recommend trying it! I truly appreciate such thoughtful service! We booked afternoon tea at the Executive Lounge, which featured a beautiful birdcage design. The happy hour's light dinner, part of the executive benefits, was also delicious! I had previously celebrated a birthday at Meiyuan, so this time, I decided to try the Pacific Western Restaurant before checking out, which also offered a beautiful setting and attentive service. I feel like I'll be back very soon just for the delicious food.

The hotel is right opposite Guanqian Street, so the location is excellent and super convenient for shopping. I appreciate that you don't need a key card to get electricity, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel feels quite new and is clean. Our family room was spacious and bright. However, it was quite noisy facing the street, and the soundproofing of the room door wasn't great. Being close to the elevator, there was constant noise from people passing by in the hallway, especially since we had to use our key card to go up to our room ourselves and weren't escorted. It was hard to find, and people would often linger and talk right outside our door, which woke us up throughout the night. The breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted good. There's also a late-night snack service, and if you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your door. Overall, it was okay, but on Sunday afternoon, there were many people smoking in the hotel lobby. As soon as you stepped out of the elevator, it reeked of smoke, and no one seemed to be doing anything about it, which was very unpleasant. I might consider staying here again if I'm traveling alone or with just one other person, but I definitely wouldn't choose it for a family trip again.

The interior decor shows its age, and there's only one elevator. However, the room features smart controls, good hygiene, and comfortable bedding. The location is excellent – the subway and bus stops are both within 200 meters. A taxi to Humble Administrator's Garden is only about 16 yuan. The beef noodle and bun shops directly opposite the hotel are both delicious. I'd especially like to commend the young man and woman at the front desk on the 27th during the day; their service was warm, sincere, and very thorough. They proactively upgraded our room because we had a child with us, which I really appreciate. I'm very satisfied.

The room has a separate wet and dry area, it's clean, and the new hotel environment is quite good. The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, are very enthusiastic, quick to solve problems, and helped with our luggage. We'll definitely choose this hotel when we come to Nanjing again. We wished we could have stayed longer!
