"Facilities: Alright, the automatic toilet wasn't very responsive.
Cleanliness: Good, quite clean, just a slight odor in the bathroom.
Environment: Very convenient, easy to find, and the lobby is grand. There's also a parking lot.
Service: Excellent, they even provided a complimentary fruit platter!
No air conditioning though. On my first night, I experienced the local style of no AC, which was a bit stuffy and dry. Luckily, June 30th wasn't a high-temperature day, so I managed to get through it, haha! 😝
Dining: It's passable, but I'd recommend eating out."

"After our trip to Qinghai, we returned to the Holiday Inn Express, and it felt like coming back to civilization. The front desk staff were professional and friendly. There's underground parking, and the room was clean and spacious. For dinner, we had 'Kaiguo Lamb' at the hotel restaurant – selected short ribs simmered in broth for 15 minutes, then dipped in sauce, which was absolutely delicious! We finished with some vegetables cooked in the same pot. The breakfast spread, a mix of Western and Chinese, was also very rich. Compared to other Holiday Inn Express hotels in mainland China, this one offered local specialties like yogurt and noodles. If I ever come back to Xining, I'll definitely choose to stay here again."

"The room is very large, comfortable and beautiful (the front desk seems to have upgraded the room) The facilities are very good, but there is a problem that parking may be the peak season plus it is a bit late to park and then the elevator opened two a bit slow. It is also very convenient to have a breakfast shop and a supermarket downstairs. There is a square next to it. Overall it is good."

This time I brought my two kids to Qinghai, and because of our itinerary, I specifically chose this hotel close to the airport. It turns out this decision was incredibly smart! Definitely a five-star review.
Location & Transportation: The hotel is very close to Caojiapu Airport and offers a 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle service. After we landed, one call and the driver arrived quickly, which was super convenient. For travelers with late flights or those catching an early flight the next day, this is absolutely the top choice.
Room Facilities: The room was very new; you could tell it had been recently renovated, but there was no strange odor, which I really appreciated. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. Although it's near the airport, the soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night, and the kids slept soundly.
Cleanliness: The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. From the lobby to the hallways and the room itself, everything was spotless, which made our stay very reassuring.
Service Attitude: The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they proactively informed us about breakfast and the shuttle service. They even gave us yogurt upon check-in, a thoughtful detail that was much appreciated.
Overall Experience: This is a highly cost-effective airport hotel, suitable for family travel. Next time I fly to Xining, I'll choose this place again!

"The hotel experience was great! The room was super spacious and even had an oxygen concentrator to help with altitude sickness. The location is really convenient; you can see the salt lake right from the room. It's only a 7-minute drive to Chaka Salt Lake. They also gave us complimentary yogurt and a small gift. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, plus a Mixue Ice Cream & Tea and a Luckin Coffee nearby. The service was thoughtful, and the bedding was comfortable. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Chaka!"

"A perfect stay experience. The hotel is fully equipped with gym, laundry room, intelligent control room. The room is large, convenient to wash, dry and wet separation. Most importantly, the amount of water and temperature for washing are also very good! Breakfast is also very powerful. There was no breakfast when I booked. The front desk lady was very intimate to upgrade the room, give breakfast coupons, and the service was very thoughtful. There's also a game machine and billiards table in the lobby on the first floor, which I unfortunately only noticed when checking out because I didn't expect the lobby to be so large. Overall, it was pretty good."

The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and efficient; check-in was quick, and they even helped carry my luggage to the room. The room's facilities were new and complete, with a fresh and elegant ambiance. The decor was simple yet cozy. Complimentary disposable toiletries, bottled water, and tea were provided. The hotel maintained strict hygiene standards; the bedding was changed after each guest, and the entire room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust in even the trickiest corners. Overall, everything was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xining.

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, the environment was beautiful, the facilities were complete, and the soundproofing was excellent. The hotel is very close to Xining Station, within walking distance, which is super convenient for catching high-speed trains. The front desk staff were very dedicated and proactive in helping with any issues. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant was spacious. They also have an underground parking garage, which is great for those traveling by car. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel's surroundings have a well-developed commercial area, making shopping and strolling very convenient. It's close to Xining's shopping streets and night markets. Highly recommended!

BiyaluojiayanghuFrom the moment I walked in, I felt the genuine service. There's underground and above-ground parking, and you just need to swipe your card at the front desk before driving out. The room was clean and tidy, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The housekeeping team thoughtfully left a handwritten card and complimentary Qinghai specialty yogurt. Breakfast was plentiful. It's very close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque, which has incredibly unique architecture. The Xi'nanguan Night Market is also nearby, perfect for a stroll.

BaomeiThe decoration is very big, the facilities are complete, the front desk girl service is very good, we arrived early in the morning, the little girl took us to the garage to park, see that we drove hard, the thin little must give us luggage, the bathroom in the room paper, napkins, disposable towels, Shampoo, etc. are not the kind of inferior products, all good ones, the room has no smell, the front desk and the corridor are in Nongfu Spring, just drink, don’t want to have a hotel, in addition to the room two bottles of water to have a bottle, that difficulty, in short, good

Guest UserOur first night on the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, and what a fantastic stay! The hotel is surrounded by shops, making it super convenient to stock up on travel essentials and do some retail therapy before hitting the road. We were on a high floor, offering a stunning panoramic view of the city at night – absolutely beautiful!
The service was exceptional. We got a free room upgrade, a small gift at check-in, and the breakfast spread was incredibly generous. I even left an item in the room, and the staff found and kept it safe for me. Honestly, a truly great experience, I highly recommend it!
