English: We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The room for two people was not very large, but it was very cozy and lovely. There is an open rooftop on the 14th floor with a beautiful view. The room has everything you need. The reception staff were very helpful and answered our questions quickly. The hotel views are absolutely stunning! You get beautiful scenery outside the window, with snow-capped mountains visible from both the front and back, plus a nearby stream. It's incredibly therapeutic to just relax and take in the views. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive throughout my stay, always quick to respond to any requests. Their service was both thoughtful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable too. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

Stayed in my dream room with a friend! I love the marble decor, it's simple yet luxurious. We came here for the infinity pool, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning! It felt so much like a vacation, and taking a bath was incredibly relaxing. My friend and I didn't want to get out of the pool, the experience was really good. They offer 24-hour butler service and all the amenities are well-equipped. Coffee was even delivered to our door in the morning, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay.

Truly an amazing stay. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. He met me downstairs when I arrived and showed me up to my room and spoke great English. The room was absolutely spotless, like truly spotless. They changed my towels daily and provided me with more water and cleaning if you requested it. I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was so central and walkable to Chunxi road. I could easily come back to the hotel and rest for a little before going back out. I would highly reccomend this hotel to any foreigners and will absolutely stay here again when I’m in Chengdu again. The hotel also helped me book an airport ride to TFU when I had a very early flight. Truly a 10/10 stay and view! I felt very taken care of by the hotel owners 😊

We had a very good stay overall and everything was great. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the experience was very pleasant. The only issue was the air conditioning. It seemed to be set mainly for ventilation, and the room became quite cold during the night. Unfortunately, I caught a cold because of it. Apart from that, everything was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. My stay this time was incredibly comfortable and pleasant! The front desk lady was so gentle and spoke softly, and she was really enthusiastic and thoughtful. She even called me before check-in to remind me about my reservation, which was incredibly considerate. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to get a free room upgrade! The front desk even wrote down the delivery address for takeout, which was super convenient~ The room environment was fantastic, with green trees right outside the window – it was so relaxing to look at. All the room facilities were fully equipped too. Later, I accidentally left my necklace at the hotel, and when I contacted the front desk, they were incredibly patient and helped me search for it. They found it very quickly, which was truly heartwarming! I genuinely thank the front desk lady. Next time I'm in Chengdu, I'll definitely choose this hotel again! 🥰

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

The hotel is super close to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and the subway station – you can just walk everywhere. There are tons of food options nearby too! They even gave us complimentary afternoon tea and a non-heritage handicraft experience. We stayed for 5 days straight, and an auntie came to clean every day. The ladies at the front desk were also very enthusiastic and welcoming.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic, primarily due to the incredibly kind and approachable owner. We encountered some personal issues during our stay and when we asked the owner for help, they were incredibly enthusiastic and supportive in resolving them. Because our hiking route was quite unique, the owner even gave us a blessing bracelet for a safe journey down the mountain. The room was very clean and offered stunning views of the snow-capped mountains. The hotel's location is also excellent, right inside Yading Village, less than 50 meters from Station 1 where the shuttle bus from the scenic area entrance stops. This is perfect for those who've just arrived at high altitude and want to avoid too much walking. Station 2, where you catch the bus into the scenic area, is also less than 100 meters away, and it's just a 10-minute ride to the park entrance. The hotel's elevation is 3990m, just under 4000m. If you're planning a longer trek, I highly recommend staying here to acclimate to the altitude first. Once you've adjusted, the hike should be no problem at all.
