Great location with a multilingual staff! The free 3-hour access to Saunia is a big plus + the added convenience of an in-house clinic that offers several therapies as well as spa services. The breakfast buffet is very filling and varied. All in all, a very convenient location and hotel stay!

Hotel Palacky impresses with its unique location in the middle of the old town of Karlovy Vary. We had a nice room with everything you need and the furnishings were functional. The breakfast is good, offers variety and is plentiful at the self-service buffet. We felt very comfortable in this hotel and would be happy to come back. Preservation measures required in terms of window renovation, these urgently need to be refurbished. Thank you to the team at Hotel Palacky Frank and Kerstin Müller

Very convenient that there is a source of mineral water in the hotel. Staff on the recipes, in the restaurant and swimming pool very kind. For me there was a teapot in the room, I love to drink hot water during the day. There is a good bar on the first floor in the hotel

Next to the hot spring area, you can take bus No. 2 from the bus terminal (the bus terminal name looks at the picture handwritten), about ten minutes to reach the stop sign in front of the hotel. Opposite the hotel, there is a famous golden elephant coffee. You can experience the 100-year-old coffee when you have time. There are not many foreigners in this hot spring area...

Perfect except for paid car parking. Excellent room. I wished I could stay for more nights. Did not try any of the facilities. Had a view of them. Very nice. Would stay in the same hotel in future.

Booked room in Quisisana, the Pupp Hotel dependance (not main building, across the street). Was ok but would prefer main building. Rest according expectations. Casino not vey big. Only one roulette table active when I was there. Table limits unclear.

The services are good, the breackfast was excelent (very good home made cherries pie). The only downside are the pictures from trip.com and other booking sites: they are misleading. The hotel does not have a swimming pool. It is only near a public one.

Very good. I could check in even at 11 in the morning, instead at 2 pm. The room was small, but perfect for solo traveller. Plenty of the SPA facilities, friendly staff, speak multiple languages. Nice breakfast ( except water melon, at some point, in the beginning it was empty, but not refilled during the service) I really loved the tea room with the amazing choice of different teas. I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Karlovy Vary.

Wir waren vor kurzem in diesem Hotel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer war sauber und die gesamte Atmosphäre war äußerst gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das ausgezeichnete Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Well, the hotel has enormous potential... Problems at check-in and check-out made the stay less than enjoyable overall. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and everything is of high quality. The location itself is a matter of taste; what's disappointing is the street opposite, which is very busy and noisy. The air conditioning in the room didn't work at all; we had 26°C at night with an outside temperature of 15°C. The service has a lot of room for improvement; it seems like the staff only started running the hotel a few days ago. We decided to have dinner at the hotel on our first evening. The quality was okay, but they couldn't manage to get the wine we ordered and a second one in 45 minutes. We were almost finished eating when we were brought two glasses of Chianti, which were of subpar quality. We were really looking forward to having breakfast on the terrace due to the nice weather, but this wasn't permitted. Thirty minutes later, however, other guests were allowed to do so. The staff is trying hard, no question, but they're completely overwhelmed by the workload at this sophisticated hotel. We certainly have high standards, but given the prices, they're justified. Unfortunately, this three-day short break was significantly marred by the things described above. If the service matches the quality of the building, this would definitely be a recommendation, but currently, it's not for us at all. A shame!
