2 people 1 towel despite request. Breakfast not fresh. warm yogurt. No salty food for breakfast on Sunday morning. Lack of hygiene for bread. Everyone touches it so they can cut it. Bedroom with bed facing the window with through balcony. Everyone enjoys the room views. No air conditioning, it was very hot but impossible to open the window, people went onto the balcony. Too bad the green exterior setting is nice. Very disappointed.

The staff are very friendly, and the hotel is centrally and very well located. We especially appreciated the luggage lockers, which allowed us to enjoy the city without our bags both before check-in and after check-out. The only downside for us was that the beds weren't ideal (they were quite firm).

Loved the location at the center of Thionville. There are pedestrian roads just around the corner with bars and restaurants and a supermarket and mall just next to the hotel. There are also lots of public parking spaces next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly,the rooms are modern and nice. So there is a nice rooftop at the hotel with a view and sofas and a bar to relax. At that floor you have a wellness area with sauna and upon appointment you can also book a massage. I did not have breakfast there, but it looked good. I would go back when I am in Thionville. Whether for business or even as a getaway weekend.

Location a bit away but that suited us, easy to drive to other places. Staff was helpful, room is basic, beds are soft, room was serviced but clothes were not folded, just placed on a pile on the desk. There is a water boiler but still has the 1990’s instant coffee. Parking costs E25/day….., park across the road for free (3 min walk). We arrived at 14:05 and as 15:00 was CI time they did not honour earlier CI because ‘they run 100% occupancy the day before’ but for Euro50 extra I could get a room immediately… yeah right! Free hot xmas wine in the lobby is a nice gesture.

Everything was fine as expected from a budget hotel. Receptionists were nice, although they can’t really speak English. The only issue upon check in was that I was asked to pay the hotel fees again even if I already prepaid online. They said that they did not charge the card when i made the prepayment as it was only meant to reserve the rooms. So i paid right then and there at the reception once again. Then this morning, i check that both cards (the one used for prepayment and the one used at the reception) were actually charged. Now, i have duplicate payments which I’m still tryint to resolve with Trip customer service. In addition, we were suddenly awoken the next morning due to all the noise right outside our door. Somebody was shouting/talking so loudly and kept banging things. When i opened the door, it was the housekeeping lady. What is the purpose of putting the “do not disturb” sign on the door if the person who’s not supposed to disturb you is actually disturbing you from directly outside your room. This is the first time i have met such a loud housekeeper and the first time a housekeeper did not greet “good morning” eventhough we met eye-to-eye.

Very close to the train station, just a few minutes walk, and not far from all the attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Strasbourg Cathedral is absolutely stunning with its Gothic architecture, and the surrounding half-timbered houses are truly fairytale-like. The hotel front desk staff were excellent, very warm, professional, and helpful. The room was clean and tidy.

Hotel well located, room correct bedding to be reviewed too dilapidated makes noise and not very pleasant for the back. No additional coverage depending on the season. Price without discount too expensive for the service Fortunately on the trip site. Com the room remains affordable at a fair value.

The hotel is located near the invasion and devastation, has a spacious parking space and looks friendly. It is not a 5-star hotel, but a very pleasant, pleasant hotel with friendly people who like to remember. Relax, emotional atmosphere where you are not difficult to feel at home. I haven't suffered cold, ha, ha. The rooms were clean, also the bathroom. It is clean every day. Eating was simple, but delicious and surely enough. There are households in this hotel, which I am very grateful as a animal friend.
