Breakfast started at 8 AM, which was a bit late for me as I was heading to Snowdonia for a hike. I missed it on the first day. The second day I had more time and was able to enjoy it. For the price, it was quite good with a decent variety and a very English taste. Plus, they had two types of cheese that I really liked.
I stayed for two nights, and their policy is not to enter guest rooms. While I'm okay with no cleaning service, they should at least replenish toilet paper and towels.
Close to the station Clean Stay at the stone hotel in the Welsh mountains, the picturesque valley outside the window. The fireplace is warm, the owner is warm, the homemade Welsh cake and the local malt are unforgettable. Waking up in the morning amid the bells of the flock and exploring the surrounding trails on foot is the perfect healing place away from the hustle and bustle
Service at front desk was good, lift to the third floor run smoothly, our room was situated next to a corridor door, which when someone passed through and left to swing shut, made our room door rattle. Room was dark due to scaffolding above windows, only two plug sockets, one for the mounted tv. Bathroom shower not very powerful, entertainment in the evening was good, good service at the bar and not overpriced, only stayed one night.
Very refreshing. The beds were also very clean. Tea bags and milk sugar are provided. There is a sink and water heater in the room. There are many sockets in the room. There is also a USB interface. Each bed has a small lamp. Eight beds in total. Pretty empty. The bathroom was also very clean. The kitchen has a fridge and microwave. There is also a large lounge.
Nice and cosy place. With big spacious family room and nice amenities. The breakfast was good with a scenic view of the river nearby. Really recommend booking this plac
Great place to stay to enjoy the many wonders of the Snowdonia National Park.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked with excellent local real ales and the food is superb and really good value. Especially good is the Tuesday night Curry and a Pint for £15! Breakfast excellent, served quickly and great value.
Had a slight issue on arrival where I was given a double room instead of the twin I had booked, but they were able to move me without problem. Was also expecting a Mountain View according to Trip.com but didnt get that either.....wasn't bothered in the end as I was out in the mountains all day anyway, but others may be disappointed if that happened to them.
Room was very clean and serviced each day, although the coffee/tea/etc was not replenished and the cups weren't cleaned - possibly an oversight on my particular visit. Again, not a big issue for me but others may be more critical.
All in all a great place to stay and good value for the money.
The hotel is not far from the beach, although it is not directly facing the beach, but you can still see the hotel facilities. Although it is a bit old, it is still clean. The room has free costa coffee capsules. Milk and mineral water in the refrigerator are free 15 pounds per person. The breakfast is also very good with a sea view The price-performance ratio of this hotel is still very recommended. There are many restaurants when you go out. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the small train on Mount Ohm
Hotel location is very good, facing the Ferris wheel 🎡 to the attractions and restaurants are convenient. Breakfast is provided every day, the staff is very friendly, there is a cute cat in the yard 🐱

Lovely hotel at good location, around 10 mins walk to the town centre. I love the swimming pool, sauna & steam room, excellent facilities. And the food there was good too!

Overall, a good experience, but some essentials like a toothbrush and a hairdryer were not mentioned in the room. The toothbrush was unavailable, and the hairdryer was not working.
It was a great stay in terms of location, the Marine hotel is only 5 minutes' walk from Llandudno station, and the view from the hotel is fantastic. We planned to visit The Great Orme, and the tramway was only 15 to 20 minutes' walk from the hotel. Overall, the location is in the heart of the city, and the pier is very close by. The breakfast was very fresh, we had dinner for one day, which was very nice and substantial. Simply adding a few of my clicks for reference, it was an incredible experience overall. I truly love the items. Another interesting part of the hotel is it's hot water swimming pool. Also, they placed the Happy Birthday poster on our door at my request because it was my husband's Birthday. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would love to visit again.
Lovely pub based room. Room was spacious, bathroom was great with shower only (my preference). Food was good pub food for dinner and breakfast was great in my opinion. Everyone I spoke to was really lovely, would recommend.
Great stay thank you, location was fabulous plus enjoying cocktails with a sea view. Pure bliss. Tony & Kyle who served our breakfasts were amazing a credit to your hotel. On a negative our room was so hot. The ladies toilets were a nightmare as you had to navigate round the toilet to actually sit down because of the sanitary unit being too large - a bug bare of mine. Looking forward to staying again. Many thanks.
What a treasure! Firstly the host was lovely and had some wonderful information about the house and surrounding restaurants and activities. The location is stunning! Comfy bed and pillows, spotlessly clean bathroom and room, breakfast was delicious and the best we have had in 6 weeks of travel. It's made to order so freshly cooked and there are plenty of options also there's fruit, juice, yoghurt and cereals. We walked to a fabulous restaurant only 100m away. Quiet at night for a perfect uninterupted sleep! Thankyou Sean and Marianne for a wonderful stay!
What a wonderful hotel , me and husband loved it . The room was beautiful and great. The staff so helpful and friendly. The location is just stunning. I would happily stay at this hotel again
