Narita Airport Immigration clearance took quite a long time ( mine was a full flight) and queue was long. Maybe because Narita still haven't implemented Automated Lane, Face verification, etc... which other well known airports have implemented. So it was a big stress to try to catch the hotel shuttle at 8.50 pm at Bus stop 16 outside.
Our room has a view of the Temple at Omotesando Street where we could walk 10 min to reach for shopping, food,...
Hotel Breakfast is good with great variety and worth to purchase.
I had a layover in Tokyo and chose this hotel because it's very close to Narita Airport. I stayed here last year and had a good experience, so I came back again this year.
This time, I opted for a room in the main building. I think the room must have been recently renovated as the facilities were brand new, but there was a faint smell of new paint, and the window couldn't be opened, which somewhat affected my sleep.
The hotel service overall was excellent, and the breakfast was decent, though I'd say it's just average for a Nikko hotel. The Japanese restaurant on the top floor was quite good, and Nikko hotel members get a 10% discount.
The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the JR station and Narita Mall. If you have some time, you can explore the attractions around Narita; it's quite nice.
It is given a free service shuttle bus from Narita train station to Hotel , AEON Mall and airport. Good service and on time .
I Like the Onsen in the Hotel, need paid. . But the hotel is a bit Old. The hotel staff is an Indian girl ( in the photo) her service is very good and very patient , luckily she knows English 👏 The hotel does not provide drinking water.
I've stayed at many Toyoko Inn hotels before, but this was my first time at the Narita Airport branch. I originally booked a single room for myself, but they upgraded me to a twin room, which was incredibly spacious. Being on a high floor and a corner room, I had an unobstructed view outside. I was worried it might be noisy staying near the airport, but to my surprise, it was very quiet with no disruptive sounds. There's a shuttle bus to and from the airport every 20 minutes, which is super convenient. The only downside was that I wanted to store my luggage overnight, but the hotel only allows same-day storage.
The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was a compact, modular unit, which was small but very convenient to use. The bedding was changed promptly and thoroughly disinfected. Breakfast was served at the ramen shop next door on the first floor, with four set menus to choose from, offering excellent value for money. The downside is that rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy at night due to passing vehicles; light sleepers might want to request a room on the other side. It's about a 10-minute walk from Chiba Funabashi Station, and there are many dining and shopping options around Funabashi Station.
too much convenient, it's just right beside the station MAKUHARI TOYOSUNA, which is just a station away from MAKUHARI MESSE event hall, or probably we can just walk via AEON to arrive at MAKUHARI MESSE.
Hotel staff are friendly and approachable, check-in process was also quick via the automated machine (check-out can be done via the TV in the room!). Amenities are all available at the lobby, they restock them up real fast, i never see them going empty at all despite i had been walking in out several times during the day! Wide range for facilities on rental, got myself the iron and hair straightener was helpful.
Charging cable for microusb/typeC/lightning was already available in the desk drawer for quick access as well. Wonderful room layout with the table right beside the bed for easy access to anything, even though there's space made for phone on charging at the bedside. Love the bedside lamp as well, then the massager, the air purifier, their choice of shampoo with KNOLL series! Nothing going extra in the room or anything i need but wasn't available. There's even an accessory case on the table!!!!
Would like to visit Hotel Mets again, some other branches even if im not off for events at MAKUHARI MESSE like this time round. Came on a solo trip with a big suitcase, with sufficient space, it should get crampy with 2 pax, but way wide for a single traveller.
Keep it up guys! I had so much a wonderful stay this time round, which my cousin did as well when i found this hotel for her, she herself loved this hotel soooooooooo much!
The hotel is conveniently located on the west side of Chiba Central Park, very close to the Yoshikawa Park monorail station. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Chiba-Chuo Station.
The room I had was only partially renovated, and the bathroom fixtures felt quite old-fashioned, though the bedding was decent. The room itself was pretty spacious, but not as large as stated on Trip.com; I'd estimate it to be around 20-22 square meters. It came with two single beds, two chairs, and a tea table.
Dining options nearby are plentiful, but if you're looking for shopping, I'd recommend SOGO and BIC CAMERA near Chiba-Chuo Station for a wider selection.
Breakfast is a buffet, costing 1980 JPY per person. It offers both Japanese and Western options, providing good value for money with a wide variety and tasty dishes. You can even try Chiba's local specialty, the Rakka Peanuts Monaka.
Nearby attractions include Chiba Port, Inohana Castle Ruins, and Kisarazu Outlet Park. Getting to Makuhari Messe is also quite convenient from here.
I was traveling solo and chose this hotel because it offered airport shuttle service, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. As a Chinese traveler, I found the room facilities to be very comprehensive, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The shuttle buses to the airport, JR station, and Aeon Mall were all excellent. The drivers were very friendly; if you asked them anything while they were parked, they would answer patiently. If you're only staying one night, you could go to the JR station on the first day, as there are many fun and delicious places there. On the second morning, you could go to Aeon Mall, then return to pick up your luggage and head to your new hotel. You'd arrive around 3 PM, just in time to check in, haha. This bus seems to be a loop, which is very convenient. If I come to Japan again, I would definitely choose this place.
Let's start with the positives: The window view is beautiful; breakfast is plentiful; great value for money; and the shuttle service is quite good.
Now for the negatives: The shuttle bus frequency is quite long; and they don't provide small, individual toiletries.
The front desk staff were very warm and patient. To get to the hotel, you just turn right after exiting the ticket gate at JR Funabashi Station, and there's an elevator directly to the 6th-floor reception, so you don't even need to leave the station building. If you're heading to Narita Airport by train, it's a direct ride, taking about an hour to reach the terminal. There's also an airport shuttle bus stop next to the building, though I didn't use it myself. Getting to Tokyo from here is also convenient, with a direct 30-minute train ride to the bustling city center. There are several large shopping malls nearby, along with many convenience stores, restaurants, a Don Quijote, and drugstores. I'd highly recommend this place for tourists visiting Japan, especially for its great value for money. My only minor wish is that the room could be a little bit bigger. Overall, I had a very good experience.

Very Good
楚楚晰Overall, I have no bad comments on this hotel. They are doing pretty good.
Just that maybe they have to take note on 2nd floor where there are few rooms allocated for cabin crew for few airline.
My experience was, the specific airline room make lots of noise, like having party, time is about 9pm. The noise is loud till you can hear it loud if you are in the lift.
Bear in mind there were other rooms on this floor as well, their behavior, of the crews disturbing other guests. This is the most annoying part.
The sound proof in between the room can be improved. The rest are ok, the hotel is good. Shuttle bus on time, staff are friendly. Family mart is on the ground floor.
GGuest UserI forgot to take pictures, but there's a direct airport bus from Narita Airport that drops you off at Shin-Urayasu Station, which is super convenient. You'll find convenience stores, a subway station, and a mall, all within easy reach. And for Disney, it goes without saying, the hotel makes it incredibly easy to get there and back. Breakfast was delicious too 👍🏻
AAnonymous UserHotel is not much far from the Narita airport (NRT) and train station. Even not accessible to NRT and train station by walk, the hotel provides free shuttle bus between the hotel <-> NRT and hotel <-> train station and Aeon Mall at specific time.
Breakfast buffet is excluded but it's worth to try at least once. If not, there is a convenient store ”Family Mart” at the hotel which makes things easier. Breakfast is mainly Japanese food but also international food, its restaurant is big and has garden view.
Our luggage can be stored at the hotel when we check-out for a night and get back to the hotel the night after.
Room is quite spacious compared to the price and other Japanese hotels in the city. The room (Standard Triple Room) can fit and still has some space even there are 3 beds inside the room.
Hotel has 3 parking spots with various fare around the hotel and the hotel will subsidize some of it.
KKenThoThe hotel is very near to Narita AirPort and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Free parking if you are driving. There’s a public hot spring next to the hotel where hotel guests can enjoy complimentary entrance but only from 1300 to 2100. Room is super spacious but facilities felt old. Good enough for a short stay especially if you need to catch early flight from Narita.
There’s also a small 7-11 convenient store at the hotel lobby.

GGuest UserGreat location for people like us that are going to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. Although there is free transport to the park, it starts late. And if you want to get to the park before it opens, use the local bus. The bus stop is 5 min walk away.
DDantianniziThe hotel provides a shuttle bus service to Disneyland and the subway station, which was really convenient for our trip to Disneyland the next day. The only slight inconvenience is that it's a bit of a walk, about 1.2 kilometers, from the subway station. However, the hotel's location around Tokyo Bay is quite peaceful, and you can even enjoy sea views.
HHONG YI XUANIt is given a free service shuttle bus from Narita train station to Hotel , AEON Mall and airport. Good service and on time .

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby is stunning, and it's incredibly convenient to get to, with a direct bus from Haneda Airport's bus stop number 5. It's actually right next to Bayside Station on the Disney Line. Even if you miss the hotel shuttle, it's just a short walk to the Disney Line. The staff are warm and polite, and the hotel's dinner buffet is excellent value for money with a great variety of dishes. We were late coming back from the park and decided last-minute to have dinner at the hotel, and the buffet was open until 10:30 PM. The rooms are much larger than those in the city, clean, tidy, and comfortable.
