I booked this hotel specifically for a concert, and its proximity to Makuhari Messe made it incredibly convenient – just a 10-minute walk! You can take an express airport bus directly here from Narita Airport. There's an outlet mall right across the street, and a large shopping center is just a 10-minute drive away, making it excellent for shopping. Although it's in the suburbs, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby, so finding food and drinks isn't an issue. The JR station is only a 3-4 minute walk, and you can take the Chiba Line directly to Disneyland and the city center without any transfers. I was extremely satisfied with the transportation options!
The hotel room was on the smaller side, especially the bathroom. In a double room, the bathroom was barely big enough for one person, and the low ceiling might be inconvenient for taller guests. However, the hotel itself was very clean, and housekeeping tidied the rooms daily.
The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Although they didn't speak Chinese, English communication was perfectly fine. They assisted with booking taxis and storing luggage without any problems.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. I was very satisfied with the value for money at this price point. It's definitely a great choice for anyone attending concerts!
This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is friendly and patient and the location is great for quick access to the train system. We were there for the Star Wars Celebration and it was fantastic to hop on without massive crowds. Between the train station and the hotel are a handful of food options, including two 7-11s, which stay open until midnight or later. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.
This hotel was incredibly convenient, being within walking distance of Kisarazu Outlet Park and having convenience stores, supermarkets, and even a conveyor belt sushi restaurant close by. The hotel interiors were clean, and the bathroom facilities were comfortable and well-suited for families with young children. It was almost perfect, with the only minor issue being that the air conditioning would automatically switch off. I'd highly recommend visiting during seasons other than summer and winter!
Location: Great as it's near to Kashiwanoha-Campus Station and Lalaport (shopping mall). Surroundings was quiet and near to many amenities.
Parking: Hotel offers subsidised parking rates at JPY 1,000 at a multi-storey car park nearby, but the drop-off point (for large lugagges) is not easy to locate.
Service: Great and professional
Hotel amenities: Great, nothing to complain about as there's hot sauna, gym and laundromat within.
Room cleanliness: This was disappointing as there was a strong ammonia smell (pee) when you enter the room. Despite the hotel staff graciously changing the room, the other room had a slight ammonia smell which would be ”removed” / diffused if you switch the air con and air filter machine on. I hope the hotel tries to fix this as this was the only disappointing factor.
Location is super and room it ok bed is comfortable but alittle bit small for 2person and no microwave in room another thing is ok and they have free shuttle bus to airport.
The single room is really small, but clean and hygienic. It is completely sufficient for traveling alone. The window cannot be opened. Although there is a vent for ventilation, I am still not used to it. The tram makes a little noise, but the sound insulation is good. If you are not particularly sensitive, it will not affect you. The location is superb. It is close to the monorail and JR. There is a convenience store downstairs and AEON is opposite. There are many restaurants in the shopping district nearby. In short, the cost performance is super high
My 5-night stay at Hotel Francs was very positive. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep. The room size is standard for Japan, which was perfectly fine. The staff and housekeeping were excellent. The hotel's location is a major plus, being close to the train station and Mitsui Outlet, which has many restaurants and convenience stores. Getting here from the airport was also convenient via the limousine bus, which stops right in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
I had a nice one night stay at Narita Art hotel. There is shuttle bus to and from the airport. I takes 20 mins.
I arrives three hours before check so I left my luggage at the free cloack service. I checked in at 3pm and it was smooth and fast. My room was big and very comfy. I enjoyed the japanese theme decoration. Later that evening I went to use Thermal bath, it cost a small fee but the place is really great and I lost 1 kg in weight.
There is a 24 h Family Mart if You want to Buy anything and there are some restaurants. There is a 24h gym as well Next time i have to fly from or to Narita this Will be my first option.
Nice quiet hotel near the train station in narita. U get free bus shuttle to airport but need to book when check in. Room is quite big for Japan. Close to restaurants, convenience stores and the famous temple too.
The food selection was extensive, and the surroundings were beautiful. Our sea-view room was spacious, and the hot springs were incredibly relaxing. After a good soak, a variety of refreshing drinks were available, making for an incredibly satisfying experience.

Very Good
LLilyGohEverything is good in the hotel except it’s not that soundproof for the room. So far me n my spouse still ok with it.
Restaurant buffet is good.
There’s shuttle bus to aeon mall, narita station n narita airport.
GGuest UserAll good. Shuttle provided from narita airport to hotel. And also hotel to narita city. Which is very convenient. However shuttle time to narita city could be added for more flexibility since the hotel location is quite far
The pillow also need improvement, i hardly could sleep
GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel to everybody who doesn’t worry about living close to the center of Tokyo. The room was clean and big enough to fit 3 of us, the bath and toilet are clean and neat.
The breakfasts are AMAZING: a lot of tasty food, free beverages, snacks, bakery, different types of fish and meat.
This hotel has something they call “evening lobby” where everybody can come and take some snacks, beverages (beer, champaign, soda, water).
If you plan to visit Disney Land, this place is a great fit too: they have free shuttle busses that take you from the hotel and back.
Even though the hotel is located just next to a station (you basically walk out of the hotel and you’re on a station already), you should be ready to spend 40-60 time for commute to the central parts of Tokyo (that’s the only disadvantage this place has, in my opinion).
BBudget Solo TravelerOne of the most peaceful place I’ve been and there’s a seven eleven shop inside the hotel. They gave me a good room that I can look at Japan. I love the free sauna and transportation they provide. I have a free taxi ride also when they don’t have car going to hotel. Everything in my room is clean and the amenities were refill everyday. I will definitely go back to this hotel.
MM342299****I booked this hotel quite early, so the price was pretty reasonable. Its location is near the airport, or more precisely, it's situated between the airport and Narita JR Station. There's a shuttle bus service, which makes it fairly convenient. Although I was mentally prepared for the hotel's outdated facilities, my actual stay revealed that the most significant concern might be its cleanliness.
On the plus side, it's rare to find a hotel with a gym, especially one as spacious as this, likely due to its Narita location. The hotel also features a small Japanese garden, and I particularly enjoyed watching the koi carp in the pond; they were all plump and adorable.
GGuest UserSmall bed, fairly small room.
Has a small bath.
About 20 minute walk to the metro station.
The free shuttle bus to Disney doesn't leave until 9am, but there is a public bus close by
GGuest UserThe room was spacious and impeccably clean. The welcome wreath at the entrance added a lovely, ceremonial touch. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Stepping into the room and seeing the beautiful, distant view of Tokyo Bay instantly lifted my spirits. For added convenience, a shuttle service is available during morning and evening peak hours to Disneyland, DisneySea, and Shin-Urayasu Station. While Shin-Urayasu Station is about a 1.3 km walk from the hotel, it's also just a two-stop bus ride away.
MM581569****Of the three hotels I stayed at in Tokyo, this one is near Narita Airport and offers a shuttle service. The hotel itself is quite clean. As for breakfast, well, Japanese breakfasts are generally like that, so don't expect too much. But if you have an early flight, this place is quite convenient. Oh, and the air conditioning is a wall-mounted unit with individual room control, which is a nice touch.

BBendeyingzhengThe room was excellent, very clean and quite spacious. The hotel staff were very attentive and even upgraded our room for free, accommodating my two daughters and me.
The location is convenient, with a free shuttle bus to the subway.
Within a 10-minute walk, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants near the hotel.
Tokyo Bay is just a 5-minute walk away.
The outdoor scenery is beautiful.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.
