This hotel is like a renovated antique house. Because it's so popular, we booked a room with a single queen bed. It was a bit cramped, but since it was the only room left, we had no choice. It was very clean. Despite being on the roadside, the room was very quiet, so I slept soundly. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. They cleaned the room thoroughly. It was a five-minute walk from the Tika bus stop, so it was very convenient.
It's a shame that no accommodation in Central America has a coffee pot. So, we went to the restaurant to get some hot water and made some drip coffee.
Overall, it was a great value for the money.
The side near the pool is quieter. Although there is music at night, it is quiet at 9:10 in the evening. Breakfast is relatively simple. Service attitude is very good, there are supermarket restaurants around.
Abundant breakfast. Location in the area of Scala, full of restaurants and near San Benito. Clean and pleasant swimming pool. Acose we have this hotel very much especially for the experience we live with the staff of the hotel
Overall it is an affordable hotel, priced under US$90, with everything you need, including a swimming pool, breakfast, etc. However, the facilities are relatively old, such as air conditioning and no elevator.
The place was ok, small cute hote, the room was pretty decent, how ever I wish I could have had another chair.
The only little problem was when I ordered the breakfast, it took a bit more that 30 minutes to arrive to my table, I even had to come to the reception to ask why my breakfast was taking so long and they waiter told me that they didn' t hear the bell from the kitchen which indicated that my food was ready, apart from that, I like it.
Price is very accesible, the place is in a very quite location, so there no too much traffic neither noise.
Location of Lorenzo hotel just opposite Guatemala Embassy. it is just 10mins walk to the Downtown of Palace. It’s hotel surrounded by shops, supermarket and restaurant. Will go and stay again.
Located in the business district, the surrounding shopping malls and various shops are very convenient. The hotel has a swimming pool and an open breakfast area. The lounge area looks at several books in El Salvador for people who are new to the country to learn about.
I stayed for one night, because I left early, breakfast was not enjoyed, and the service staff worked hard and enthusiastic.
The hotel has a drop-off service, pick-up because my email and customer service message no one responded.
MMostboringdudeeverNot much comments to add on service given it was a one night stay. Central location. Has a lovely pool. Hotel is slightly old but room size is generous and pretty much has what needs to be there. Do note that if you did not purchase breakfast there is a shopping mall right across the street (see picture) where there’s just a lot to choose from meal wise
MMostboringdudeeverNot my first time here, see my earlier post. San benito is essentially the gentrified area where all the nice hotels and good food are. I rebooked Kaleo hotel after my last stay, because once again I am relying on San Salvador as a hub for onwards travels - this time to copan ruinas. This time they bummed me up to their suite upstairs and I am very very very happy. My room this time has a balcony but it stares at a tree I won’t open the doors don’t wanna bring in mosquitos :). Breakfast choices are generous: anything from the local breakfast (quite bean and egg heavy) to French toast to pancakes and good supply of coffee.
GGuest UserThis is my favorite hotel during my 3-weeks trip around Central America. Very well designed, cosy hotel with restaurant-garden, perfectly matched my expectations. The district around (San-Benito) is nice and secured, supermarket (Super Selectos) is in 900m, healthy food shop as well as the restaurant is attached to the hotel (more options to eat is also closely available). The room was very big and spacious, comfortable bathroom, small kitchen with dish/cafe also available. Excellent!
GGuest UserVery nice place, located in safe, peaceful area of San Salvador. Staffs are extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast were also good, but the most is that inside the hotel is very clean, fashionable.
I really want to stay again!!
SSusanaThe location of the hotel is very convenient to find restaurants. Located right across the mall in a major road.
The double pane window really did a good job at insulating the street noise. Unfortunately, interior walls were not able to sound proof at all. We heard our next door neighbor snore. Upstairs footsteps.
Room is clean, but quite some wear on the furniture and flooring.
It provides complimentary bottles of water.
Room 629, Ambassador floor.
MMineth MarinaExcellent location, excellent friendly care, impeccable rooms first breakfast, definitely it's worth visiting this hotel personally I recommend you 100%, thank you for your attention ......
GGuest UserGood basic hotel in San Benito which is a very nice area. Close to couple of malls with many dining options. The hotel provides a basic breakfast and also cleans the room and changes towel every day. No coffee machine in the room but other than that all good. Good value for money. To historic centre, it’s a I’ll out a 20min Uber.
