El hotel es nuevo, se ve que está hecho muy rápido, con poco cuidado por los detalles y poca calidad, algunas bombillas no funcionaban, las mesitas de noche tenían suciedad y líquidos de los anteriores ocupantes, el agua d la ducha se salía, las sabanas estaban lavadas pero no limpias tampoco planchadas. Aún así por el precio que pagamos 28€ por una noche me parece razonable.

The hotel is new, the room is spacious, and the price is great. Its excellent location near a shopping mall is a plus, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel's architecture is perfect with a single word. It is also a very nice feeling to be included in the purpose and service they serve. The hotel is landing with a staircase on a part of the common area in the most affecting and most enjoying part of the hotel, and the disabled people are thought to have set a seat on their own, and they can go out on the automatic system. 🤍 And it was also very nice to see them doing it with feelings without any publicity purpose, putting it into the spot on any social platform. How nice it was to say that good people are still. Love 🌸

The most prosperous street in the city, the hotel is the river that crosses the city. The scenery is good and the breakfast is pretty good, because the local food is just the same, and the level is similar. There are many places to eat when you go out. There are many small bars on both sides of the river. You can have tea and chat, the disadvantage of the hotel is that the room is relatively small, and everything else is fine

I had preferred and regretted the location of the hotel. I was happy to see one of the most functional streets of Eskişehir when I looked through the window. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We went for New Year's Eve. They welcomed us incredibly warmly and pleasantly. Everything from room cleaning to facility cleaning was great. It was a very thoughtful thought that they greeted us with a heater when we were cold in the cold weather. The only thing missing is parking. It can be easily found along the street. At least we were able to find it on New Year's Eve.

The hotel was clean enough, but it's a very old hotel with outdated facilities, and the carpet looked dirty because it wasn't kept properly clean. However, there aren't any better options at this price point in the area.

It must be very promised, especially because it was included in the breakfast concept. Although the restaurant was paid, we had no menu fee for sheep meat.

GGuest UserWe spent two nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. We loved that it is pet friendly so we were able to travel with our dog. It was also a great location for walking a dog as the hotel is right next to a main boulevard with a great pedestrian walkway. The hotel was also well situated between tourist attractions with the Oldupazar neighborhood about 2.5 km in one direction and the Savoza park about the same distance in the other direction. The staff was helpful and friendly and the restaurant was very good. We also used the gym and the spa for a massage and were happy with both of these facilities. We will likely travel to Eskisehir again and will definitely choose Park Dedeman hotel for our stay.

IINARAThe hotel has a place to grow - it is evident that the fund is outdated and needs cosmetic repair. The room did not have air conditioning, but it was cool in the evenings, so it didn't need it. The downsides were the door in the bathroom, the soap was uncomfortable and everything flowed, the shoes had to be asked separately. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the staff responded quickly and helped in the trimmings. The bed linen was with small spots and the sheets in the cushions. Together 2 nights, I stayed only 1 night and then left for another hotel.

HHerriesHotel location is in walking distance to canal or shopping streets. Room is quite spacious for 4 adults but shower room maybe a bit small. Reception is friendly & able to speak English. Police station just at the main road, the hotel is next to a barber shop. The road in front of hotel is closed but still can park for loading luggage. This area most of the streets are one way, when you missed have to go another round. Street parking may take you some time or you can park at the car park building.

DDarDar BinxI came back to Eskisehir to get a new tattoo, and of course, I had to stay here again. I love the bright, clean rooms and the great art work all over the hostel. The location is perfect for exploring the city and close to the downtown core. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Cons: incredibly loud.floors creaking from upstairs and your own room. Too much stuff in the room makes it difficult to even walk around. Loud outside also due to music from a nearby bar. Even with ear plugs still loud. Towels had stains and shower head was broken. Shower leaked also.

GGuest UserAlthough we booked a deluxe king room, which is normally non-smoking, we were given a smoking room that smelled of smoke. We declined. Since there were no other rooms available, we had to stay in a standard room. The rooms were below Hilton quality.
