"Hotel itself is fantastic. Updated, Attentive & thorough employees, from cleaning staff to front desk, to valet, to security. They do however, have to deal with a lot of..... Stuff.... From ”the good old days”. You get MUCH MUCH MUCH more than you pay for, but your neighbors are paying the same price..... So you get their stuff too .... Which might reduce your experience. Noise from below can be easily cancelled out with earplugs from the Walgreens nearby. Neighbors will not be. But the hotel itself is top notch ."

"We were assigned a room with a view of the Sphere, which my kids absolutely loved! It was clean and odor-free, and the air conditioning was very comfortable. A special note: do NOT touch anything in the minibar. It's not about whether you eat it or not, but if you pick something up for over 60 seconds, even if you put it back, you'll be charged. The minibar prices are extremely expensive!"

"Booked at the morning of check in day. I made 2 different bookings and it felt like the hotel is almost fully booked. They haven’t asked me for a deposit as it was fully paid.
When I lived at the second floor, it wasn’t noisy at all. Sometimes there are plain around, but the noise is ok. But when I was on the first floor, the neighbors above were a bit noisy. Anyways, It’s always a great idea to have ear plugs with you.
The hotel is sweet. Location is comfy to get by bus from the airport, but there’s no bus to the strip. So it took 20-30 mins to walk there. There’re stores and restaurants war the hotel. Stuff is friendly. Can’t complain!"

"An unexpectedly amazing hotel experience! We arrived quite late, around 11 PM, due to delays on the road, but thankfully, we only waited a few minutes to check in—no long queues, which was a pleasant surprise. The front desk lady was incredibly welcoming and had a great sense of humor. She clearly explained all the hotel policies and even upgraded us to a suite without us asking. The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated with unique touches, creating wonderful memories for my mother and me. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it easy to go shopping, and the parking fees were reasonable."

"Thru Trip.com, we decided to book this hotel for the cheaper price as we only need to stay a short while - arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning.

"Checking in took a long time due to long queues. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room. Although check-out can be done via mobile, I imagine it would be difficult for older guests. I was in a rush to catch my flight and asked the information desk for help, but the person couldn't understand English and seemed even more impatient than I was. Frustrated, I resorted to ChatGPT and learned that in the US, you can often do an online check-out without needing a physical card. It would be perfect if they had a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk. The room's elevator is quite far from the front desk, and you have to take an elevator marked 'SPA' to get there. It's best to ask a staff member for directions, as the signage isn't very clear."

"Although we stayed at the W Hotel, we spent time enjoying the pool at Mandalay Bay. It was quite crowded over the weekend, but for my 5th-grade son, the lazy river and wave pool were an absolute highlight. "Stayed at Vdara recently and wanted to share a few highlights and realities from the experience. The location isn’t ideal for public transport—you’ll need to walk about 10 minutes outdoor to reach the nearest bus stop (which is quite challenging in summer time with over 100F). However, the hotel is well connected to others like Park MGM and Bellagio, which are just a 10–15 minute indoor walk away or could take monorail.
Dining options directly at Vdara are quite limited. For a wider range, you may head to nearby hotels like Cosmopolitan or Bellagio, though most options there are on the pricier side. we ended up order uber for meal delivery, which is a less expensive option. Lyft is a good choice for getting around more easily, coz if u take bus to downtown, it can take an hour for a single ride.
Rooms come with a kitchen, which sounds convenient, but kitchenware isn’t provided unless requested. If you’re planning to cook, be prepared for a bit of a hike—nearest supermarket is about a 20-minute walk away. We also had an unfortunate experience on arrival: found leftovers from the previous guest in the kitchen—pretty disgusting. When we asked for a kettle and cups, the cups still had stains on them, which was disappointing and frankly, unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
Definitely some upsides in terms of location and connectivity, but for what you pay, the convenience and cleanliness left a lot to be desired."

I stayed on a newly renovated floor, and while everything met 4-star standards and the stay was comfortable, I definitely won't be coming back. Reason one: it's incredibly inconvenient to go downtown for food, and the hotel's own food street offers poor value for money. Reason two, and the main reason: the deposit is $100 per night, and it wasn't refunded promptly after check-out. It's been three days now, and I still haven't received it back. When I've stayed at other hotels, the deposit was always refunded instantly after check-out. With inconvenient dining and transportation, a $100 deposit, and uncertainty about its return, I'd advise anyone considering staying here to think twice!

TriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

Dixie1112LV's hotel is nowhere near as good as Macau's. Let me describe what this 5-star hotel is like: I booked a newly renovated luxury city view room, and the photos showed it to be very luxurious with city views, so I had high expectations. Secondly, there are traps everywhere. The mini-bar water and snacks cost money, and there's no signage! My child accidentally opened a small bottle of mineral water and three mini-snacks, which cost $58 USD. There are two refrigerators; whatever you do, don't touch one of them, as even a slight movement will be sensed and added to your bill. Resort fees are a given, and definitely don't upgrade arbitrarily. As for hygiene, in one of our rooms, when we checked in, there were razor shavings left by the previous guest in the bathroom basin. The toilet paper was placed on the vanity, and the pillow had black stains, so the attention to detail was severely lacking. Overall, it felt inferior to a four-star hotel in China. It's old, stingy, and full of hidden costs.

And its painful experience, booking.com did not send Ctrip orders to the hotel, resulting in we check-in from 12:00 to 1 point, repeated attempts will not work. Finally, use your own credit card check-in, and wait for Ctrip to give me a final solution. Easy parking. Breakfast because check-in is too late, the elderly help to come to the room, because the child can not get up. Unable to comment.
