The Crystal Caves in Atherton are definitely worth a visit, if you’re visiting Cairns Queensland Australia.
We came here spontaneously and it was truly one of the biggest highlights of our trip - it was amazing how we were able to go into the museum and touch and feel crystals.
Highly recommended as it is an incredible experience!

One of our favourite places for lunch when visiting Cairns Queensland Australia is none other than The Teahouse at Lake Barrine.
It’s a quaint restaurant serving locally grown foods for breakfast and lunch. Just outside the back of the Teahouse is a large balcony with patio seating - it’s a great spot to have lunch and enjoy the scenic view.
The food served is very tasty and service is excellent!
