The Ancient Kiln Site at Mae Nam Noi
The Ancient Kiln Site at Mae Nam Noi is located in the area of Wat Phra Prang. This place is a historical and archaeological tourist attraction, where many ancient artifacts and kiln sites have been excavated, proving that in the past, this area was a community hub where people lived and produced a large number of pottery. It was the largest pottery production site during the Ayutthaya Kingdom. In addition, traces of ancient kilns are scattered along the Mae Nam Noi River for a distance of 2 kilometers, with more than 200 kilns found.
Wat Muang Chum.
Wat Muang Chum is a beautiful and ancient temple in Sing Buri, over 400 years old. Originally named Wat Kradangnga, it was built during the Ayutthaya Kingdom. The highlight is the enshrinement of Luang Phor Dam located behind the temple. In 1881, the villagers of Bang Rachan District came together to build a new temple and renamed it Wat Muang Chum. The name comes from the fact that the villagers used to gather under a mango tree.
