Experience a quiet patch of greenery away from the hectic train station 😌 🍨 Get an ice cream on the sea front, taking in the lovely surroundings. One of the town's oldest buildings, yet so many photo opportunities 📸 In the afternoon: 🚊 Take the heritage tram up Constitution Hill, seeing Aberystwyth from above. I had an amazing 5-day tour of Wales with Go Tours. Our driver, Claire, was incredibly knowledgeable and kept us entertained from morning until evening with fascinating facts and stories about Wales. She also had an excellent playlist that got us singing along whenever she wasn’t talking. The hotels were comfortable and well-located, and the breakfast was substantial enough to keep us full until lunchtime. My favorite hotel was in Aberystwyth, right on the coast, with my room overlooking the Irish Sea. I kept the window open and enjoyed the soothing sound of the waves all night long. The stops during the trip offered a great variety and duration, though I wished for more time to explore Wales’ charming villages and ancient castles. As our group consistently returned to the bus early, Claire treated us to surprise extra stops, which were a delightful bonus. I have no complaints about the tour—it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I highly recommend Go Tours for an unforgettable Welsh vacation.
