However, this visual feast is fleeting—according to municipal advice, the best viewing period lasts only until early March. After that, cherry blossoms will take over, extending the romance until the end of the month. From the city center to the outskirts, these 5 flower viewing spots each have their own charm: The French Orchard in Retiro Park hides over 300 apricot trees near the Fallen Angel statue, offering stunning spring scenery without leaving the city; the apricot grove in Valdebebas is located near the entrance to Las Cárcavas, with old trees showing strong, graceful forms, open 24 hours for anytime visits; Quinta de los Molinos Park boasts 1,919 apricot trees and is especially notable this year—it’s the first blooming season since being designated a cultural asset, with 50 newly planted apricot trees completing the landscape. It’s recommended to visit in the early morning or on weekdays to avoid crowds; Las Presillas Park in Alcorcón is a quiet flower viewing spot cherished by locals; Juan Carlos I Park focuses on cherry blossoms, with the area near Nantang and the Auditorium parking lot being excellent viewing points. The cherry blossom season is slightly later and can last until the end of the month. From the city center to the nearby suburbs, take advantage of the beautiful spring days, bring your camera for a brief rendezvous with the flowers, and collect fallen petals and the unique gentle light of this March on the cobblestone paths.

I had an amazing trip that I'll cherish forever. Every detail was executed perfectly, from accommodations to meals to routes and rest stops. The bikes are high-quality, well-maintained, and late model vehicles. Plus, the guides are fantastic! They're an enthusiastic, diverse group who work diligently to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment. I'm already contemplating my next adventure. One piece of advice: don't overestimate your riding skills or stamina. If a trip is marked for advanced riders, it truly requires experience—it's not the time to learn how to ride.

Central Spain Tour ~ Madrid (Region) This is a really cool museum that takes you through the development of modern (non-industrial) robots. It's a shame the guide is only in Spanish. Plus, you can't visit the museum without a guide...and no one tells you ahead of time that the tour is only in Spanish...so if you're not fluent in Spanish, the tour can be quite tedious. The Robot Museum isn't very large, but you'll be amazed by the robots that can talk, dance, and even hold your hand. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and best of all, they let you play with drones, laser guns, and robots. #SeptemberDestinations2025#SpainTravel

The Northern Green Spain Tour guides, Chano and Martin, along with Scott during the first week, were incredibly considerate of everyone's preferences, making sure all participants felt wonderfully cared for the entire trip. There are some very good pieces. A selection of works by contemporary glass artists from different countries, a wonderful exhibition full of art and color. Very spectacular!
