Assago travel guide and discussion

Exploring Milan and Assago was a blast! 🌤️ Think stunning piazzas, iconic architecture, and a killer OneRepublic concert that made the trip unforgettable. Here’s my top picks if you want a mix of culture and cool vibes. Must-See Places in Milan & Assago: · Piazza del Duomo (P.za del Duomo, 20122 Milano MI): The heart of Milan, it’s open all day and the atmosphere is always lively. Early mornings or evenings are great if you want less crowds for your pics! · Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II (20123 Milan, Metropolitan City of Milan): Walkable from Duomo, this gorgeous glass-roofed arcade is shopping heaven. Honestly, just being here feels like stepping into a movie scene—perfect spot for architecture lovers and Instagram vibes. · Hotel: Stazione Centrale - Duomo - Comfort, WiFi e Netflix a Milano (18 Via Stresa): Highly recommend staying here for fast WiFi and Netflix downtime after exploring. Super convenient base! · Unipol Forum (Via Giuseppe di Vittorio, 6, 20057 Assago MI): Catch a concert here if you can—OneRepublic totally rocked the stage and the light show was epic. If you go, arrive early because it gets busy on show nights. Open 7:00–20:00 weekdays, 7:00–13:00 weekends. Insider travel tips: · Milan is best explored by metro—especially for zipping from Stazione Centrale to Duomo and Assago. Grab a day pass for unlimited rides and save cash. · Late afternoons: The sunlight makes photos pop against the western-style buildings. · Bring comfy shoes (cobblestones galore) and keep an eye on the weather; sun means perfect street vibes! Eat & Drink: Try aperitivo at a local bar near Galleria—happy hour snacks are a Milanese must. For a quick bite, street pizza near Duomo hits the spot. #MilanTrip #ConcertVibes #ItalianArchitecture #TravelTips #tripdotcom

📅 Itinerary Day1:Trip to Lecco, Lake Como from Milan Central. Spent the day exploring the beautiful islands on a ferry. Headed back to Milan for dinner in exquisite restaurants. Day2: Slow morning with a breakfast at the hotel followed by a quick swim. Viewed the Galleria Centrale Milano Day3: Visited the Dumo for desserts. 🏨 Belstay Assago 🍴 Motto Milano Centrale 📌 Comfortable footwear is a must.

The first thing I did after arriving in Italy was eat pizza! Haha. The crust was thin and crispy, and it was loaded with cheese, so it was really delicious. The breakfast the next day was also satisfying, as it was neat and made with fresh ingredients. But the most amazing thing was meeting a rabbit in the hotel lobby! I don't know if the hotel keeps it or if it just wandered in by chance, but a cute rabbit was roaming around the lobby, so everyone was fascinated and taking pictures. It was a special experience right from the first day in Italy! 🥰 #JanuaryTravelSupportEvent #ItalyTravel
