Usually, I'm just brewing coffee at the shop. But when the opportunity arose, I decided to escape the chaos of Bangkok and fly out to soak up the nature at Lake Como, Italy. It's just a little over an hour's journey from Milan. This trip was all about quiet relaxation, so I checked out Passalacqua, a historic villa that was newly renovated and even crowned the best hotel in the world. With only 24 rooms, the vibe feels like a dreamy secret garden hidden away in the valleys. The interior features a luxurious classic design—it’s absolutely gorgeous everywhere you look. Another spot I completely fell in love with is the Mandarin Oriental, which was transformed from an old mansion. The highlight here is the floating swimming pool right on the lake, with the stunning Alps as a backdrop. Sitting there, flipping through a magazine, and enjoying the cool breeze was incredibly relaxing. It was such a soul-nourishing way to recharge my batteries. If I get the chance, I definitely want to visit again! 💖
