2026 Conrad Travel Guide: must-see attractions, popular food, hotels, transport & travel experiences (updated in August)

The open beach bar at Mezquite immediately sets a casual coastal mood with palms, sand, and ocean views surrounding the counter. Dinner becomes more refined once the plated courses arrive, but the atmosphere remains relaxed enough for a resort evening. Before the meal, take a look through Conrad’s lobby sculptures, enjoy the loungers on an ocean-view suite balcony, or stop for a poolside cocktail. These experiences are visually and physically different, yet they fit naturally into the same slow day. The balcony is especially comfortable during the cooler parts of the morning or late afternoon. For Mezquite, request an outdoor table when weather permits and allow enough time to enjoy the changing light.
