The rooms are fantastic, and it’s in a convenient location near the airport and the visitor park, not far from the S-Bahn station Besucherpark. There’s also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel has a modern feel.

I ended up at the Novotel somewhat unwillingly due to a flight disruption, but I was "compensated" with a very high hotel standard. It's well-connected to public transport, with a commuter train to central Munich and the airport just a 5-minute walk away, plus a bus stop right outside for the airport. In the morning I asked for breakfast in room because I felt a bit sick and they sent me foods and drinks including fruits without room service charge (normally hotels will do). Ooh that is such lovely high standard customer service. 🥲 I tried their sauna too to warm my body. They have two sauna rooms for female and rooms for unisex. They also have an indoor swim pool.
