📍Beauport, Sleeper-McCann House Absolutely stunning!! From the garden to the interior to the decorations. Beauport was one of the attractions I recommended last week under Historic New England. It's best to book a guided tour in advance. Beauport is the seaside summer home of Henry Davis Sleeper, one of America's earliest professional interior designers, and is considered a pilgrimage site for interior design enthusiasts. The house has over 40 themed rooms, each like a movie set, with bold colors and abundant details. It boasts a huge collection of stained glass, antique furniture, and countless other decorations. From the wallpaper to the ocean views, everything is so beautiful you can't stop taking pictures. A day trip is possible! 📍by the Sea Coffee Co.: This coffee truck is super cool! They're in a different location every weekend, often at Utopia Farms. Check their Instagram for the weekly locations. I especially love the banana latte with a cold form, and they have many other unique flavors. #getgoing2025 Good Harbour Beach is a public beach which sits at the mouth of a river, opposite Salt Island just east of the city of Gloucester. During low tide, visitors can even walk to Salt Island. Access to Good Harbor Beach is via its dedicated car park off Thatcher Road, or via the footbridge which crosses the river mouth at the beach’s western end, close to its volleyball courts. Surrounded by dunes and marshes, Good Harbor Beach has excellent swimming conditions, while bodyboarding is another popular way of enjoying the waves. Formed of attractive white sands, there are restrooms and showers, a concession stand at the main entrance, and lifeguard patrols during the summer. Non-resident parking permits need to be purchased online before arrival. Dogs are prohibited from Good Harbor Beach from the beginning of April until the end of September.
