Grindelwald travel guide and discussion

Switzerland is dreamy… but the flight fare can wake you up real quick 😭🏔️ Here’s the KL → Switzerland return fare overview for Jul–Dec 2026 to help you see which months are more worth watching before booking. Based on this fare snapshot: 📉 Cheapest month found: November 💰 Lowest fare spotted: From RM2,420 return 📍 Zurich avg return: Around RM2,660 🛫 Cheaper options: Usually 1-stop flights ⏳ Sample travel period: Around 11–14 days What this guide is useful for: ✅ Comparing fare trends across the next half year ✅ Knowing which month may be more budget-friendly ✅ Understanding whether Zurich, Geneva or Basel fits your itinerary better ✅ Avoiding “cheap ticket, painful layover” situations 📝 For first-timers, Zurich is usually the easiest pick, especially if you’re planning Lucerne, Interlaken or Grindelwald. Geneva works better for western Switzerland, while Basel is useful for France/Germany combo trips. 📝 My tip: don’t just book the lowest fare. Always check baggage, layover length, arrival time and total journey time before paying. 🚨 This is based on Trip.com fare snapshot checked in Jul 2026. Prices may change by booking date, baggage, airline, seat availability and promo period.

Grindelwald First is undeniably one of the most popular spots in the Swiss Alps. While its fame has skyrocketed recently thanks to being featured in a hit K-drama, it’s the raw, breathtaking beauty of the landscape that truly draws travelers from all over the world. The moment you step off the gondola, you're greeted by panoramic views that look like a postcard come to life. Lush green meadows roll out beneath your feet, and the towering, majestic presence of the Eiger north face looms above. The air is crisp, the scenery is vast, and the energy is purely magical. The highlight of the visit, however, has to be the hike to the lake. The trail itself is stunning, offering incredible viewpoints at every turn, but nothing prepares you for the moment you arrive at the water's edge. The lake is absolutely pristine, acting like a perfect mirror reflecting the snow-capped peaks and the brilliant blue sky. Standing there, surrounded by total silence and the sheer scale of the Alps, is an experience you won't soon forget. Whether you're an avid hiker or just someone who appreciates stunning natural beauty, Grindelwald First is an absolute must-visit. The combination of the majestic mountain peaks and the tranquil, reflective lake makes it a truly unforgettable destination. Have you ever been to Grindelwald First? Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald truly felt like heaven on Earth. 🏔️✨ Surrounded by majestic mountains, endless green valleys, beautiful waterfalls, peaceful rivers and charming Swiss villages, every view was more breathtaking than the last. Walking through these beautiful places, surrounded by nature and fresh mountain air, felt like being inside a dream. 🇨🇭❤️ Some moments are difficult to describe with words—you simply have to experience them. Switzerland gave me memories I’ll carry forever. A place where nature feels perfect, peaceful and magical. ✨🏔️🇨🇭 #switzerland #lauterbrunnen #grindelwald #naturalwonders #heavenonearth

🏔️🇨🇭 Bachalpsee: A dreamlike mountain lake view If you're visiting Grindelwald and have some extra time, I highly recommend making your way to Bachalpsee. 💙 ✨ The highlight is the stunning reflection of the Alps on the water's surface, particularly on clear, calm days. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking! 📸✨ Getting there is straightforward: take the gondola from Grindelwald to First, then hike to Bachalpsee. The entire trail offers incredible views of mountains, meadows, and wildflowers—a true Swiss nature experience. 🥾🌼 I suggest wearing comfortable walking shoes, bringing plenty of water, and checking the weather beforehand, as it significantly impacts the visibility of the lake's reflection. 📍 Bachalpsee, Grindelwald, Switzerland If you love mountain views, alpine lakes, and hiking in nature, this place is a must-visit! 🇨🇭❤️

When I look back, I rarely remember the rain first. I remember the beauty, the little moments, and the story that happened that day. Grindelwald was absolutely pouring, but somehow, I was still happy. Just standing there, watching the fog slowly drift through the mountains, taking it all in. Basically, I was willing to get sick for the view. 😂 Worth it? Absolutely. Then the next day, the sky finally decided to be nice to me. ☀️🏔️ Clear views, slow mornings, and plenty of time to just sit there and chill. I really do love this kind of freedom. You don’t have to spend your whole life chasing money. Trust me, go somewhere sometimes. 🌍 Life feels a lot more interesting when you give it a chance to show you something new. 🤍 #Grindelwald #Switzerland #SwissAlps #TravelMemories #TravelInspiration

Planning a Switzerland trip and feeling overwhelmed by all the options? Start here. If it were my first time visiting Switzerland, this is the exact route I’d follow: 10 days, entirely by train, with the perfect mix of cities, lakes, mountain villages, and some of the most beautiful scenery I’ve ever seen. 📍 Zurich (2 days) Stroll the Old Town, cruise Lake Zurich, and visit the Lindt Home of Chocolate. 📍 Lucerne (2 days) Explore the charming lakefront city, then spend a day riding boats, cogwheel trains, and cable cars up Mount Rigi. 📍 Interlaken (3 days) Use it as your Swiss Alps base while exploring Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, & other mountain villages. 📍 St. Moritz (1-2 nights) A great jumping off point for the grand finale. In between, take the Bernina Express through the Alps - easily one of the most breathtaking train journeys in Europe! From there, you can either continue on to Milan for an Italy trip or return to Zurich for your flight home. This route gives you iconic Swiss views & a diverse mix of city and mountains!

#slowtraveling Grindelwald’s Café 1612 sits on the main street, but the trick is the upper balcony facing the Eiger Nordwand—moss grows on the balcony’s wooden rail, and if you go at 8:15 am after the first cable car to First, you get the wall lit gold while your rösti cools. Hot chocolate 7.50 CHF, card accepted, no cash needed in town. I took the Bern–Interlaken Express to Grindelwald Terminal (2h40m from Zurich, ~70 CHF with Half-Fare), then walked 25 min from the terminal to the village core—skipping the 4 CHF bus. The mossy lane past the churchyard is where locals walk dogs; tourists funnel down the Hauptstrasse. Wrong call: I hiked to Bachalpsee the same day—too much, rushed the café. Better: café balcony first, then the Eiger Express cable car (one-way 72 CHF full, 36 with Half-Fare) later afternoon when shadows fall on the moss. A waiter refilled my water glass unbidden and said “die Wand schläft nie, nur das Licht wechselt” (the wall never sleeps, only the light changes). True—the Eiger is a slow object. Is a 7.50 CHF hot chocolate worth it for a view that doesn’t move?

I can't even! Stayed two nights right by the dreamy hillside in Grindelwald 🇨🇭 Every day, I opened my window to snow-capped mountains, meadows, and wooden cabins—it felt like living inside a postcard. Highly recommend this to anyone planning a trip to Grindelwald. 🌄Location It's right across from the First cable car entrance. Hiking in First and the paragliding sign-up point are within walking distance. The main street in the town center, train station shuttle, Pfingstegg cable car, and the skydiving meeting point are all within walking distance. You can reach the classic photo spot for the dreamy hillside by turning out from the hotel garden's side gate. It's less crowded in the morning with backlighting. 🛏Room amenities Some rooms have balconies facing the Eiger North Face, offering views of snow-capped mountains by day and starry skies by night. Standard amenities include a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, coffee machine, safe, and a bathroom with separate wet and dry areas. The warm lighting and wood tones, paired with a down duvet, feel like a bear hug when you return from the cold mountains. The soundproofing is also good. 🎿Activities In summer, you can walk the First Cliff Walk and visit Lake Bachalpsee. In winter, take the cable car directly to the ski slopes. It's convenient to rent ski gear, sign up for paragliding, or take the train to Jungfrau in town. The front desk can help with tickets. If you don't want to do much, just take a slow walk along the dreamy hillside. The cowbells provide the perfect soundtrack, and you'll have more than enough photos for your social media feed. 💆Services Free shuttle to/from the train station, 24-hour front desk, and concierge services to help plan your itinerary. The spacious spa includes an indoor pool, wooden sauna, Roman baths with four temperature zones, and massage services. The breakfast buffet features made-to-order omelets, Swiss cheese, cold cuts, and freshly baked bread. Eating while looking out at the snow-capped mountains is just unfair.

The Eiger is one of Switzerland’s most iconic mountains, rising to 3,967 metres above the Bernese Oberland. From the green valleys of Grindelwald to its dramatic snow-covered summit, the mountain transforms beautifully throughout the year. 🌸 Spring — Fresh Alpine Awakening As winter begins to fade, the lower slopes around Grindelwald come alive with fresh green meadows and spring flowers, while the upper Eiger remains covered in snow. The contrast between colorful valleys and the white mountain peaks creates an unforgettable Alpine landscape. ☀️ Summer — Green Meadows & Majestic Peaks Summer brings long days, clear mountain views, hiking trails, and lush Alpine pastures. The Eiger rises dramatically above the surrounding landscape, with the Mönch and Jungfrau completing one of Switzerland’s most spectacular mountain panoramas. 🍂 Autumn — Golden Alpine Magic In autumn, the landscape changes into warm shades of gold, orange, and brown. Cooler air and fewer crowds can make this season particularly atmospheric, especially when the changing forests contrast with the rugged gray cliffs and snowy upper slopes. ❄️ Winter — A Snow-Covered Giant Winter gives the Eiger its most dramatic appearance. Heavy snow blankets the surrounding mountains and villages, while the famous north face stands above a spectacular white landscape. Grindelwald becomes a classic winter scene surrounded by towering Alpine peaks. ⛰️ Elevation: 3,967 m 🏡 Nearby: Grindelwald 🏔️ Mountain group: Bernese Alps ✨ Four seasons, four different personalities — but the Eiger remains breathtaking all year round. Whether surrounded by spring flowers, summer greenery, autumn colors, or winter snow, this legendary Swiss peak is a true masterpiece of nature. #Eiger #SwissAlps #Switzerland #BerneseAlps #Grindelwald #JungfrauRegion #SwissMountains #AlpineLandscape #MountainViews #TravelSwitzerland #NaturePhotography #FourSeasons

Stepping out of the train into Wengen feels like arriving in a classic alpine sanctuary suspended high above the roaring valley floors. Tucked away on a sun-drenched terrace beneath the monumental peaks of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau, this charming car-free village is world-famous for its traditional wooden chalets, flower-draped balconies, and sweeping views of the deep Lauterbrunnen valley far below. Strolling quietly down the pristine alpine paths in the crisp morning air, with the sound of cowbells echoing across the meadows and the massive white wall of the Bernese Alps towering overhead, was an awe-inspiring and soul-restoring experience. 🏔️🌼 . 📅 What I experienced · Riding the Wengernalp Railway: Taking the historic red cogwheel train winding up the steep slopes through alpine meadows and pine forests, offering breathtaking panoramic views at every turn. · Hiking the Kleine Scheidegg Trail: Trekking along the high-altitude trails directly beneath the towering, glaciated north face of the Eiger, surrounded by dramatic peaks and sweeping alpine vistas. · Exploring the Car-Free Village: Wandering through the peaceful streets of Wengen, where the absence of cars leaves the air remarkably pure and the atmosphere entirely tranquil. . 🏨 Where I stayed · I stayed in a traditional, family-run wooden chalet hotel with a wide balcony facing the massive snow-capped mountains. Waking up to the crisp morning air and watching the first rays of sunrise strike the peak of the Jungfrau was absolute serenity. 🛏️☕ . 🍴 My culinary highlights · Swiss alpine cuisine is hearty, comforting, and deeply satisfying after a long day of hiking. I savored a traditional, bubbling pot of cheese fondue made with local Gruyère and Emmental cheeses, served with cubed bread and boiled potatoes, paired with a crisp Swiss white wine. 🫕🍷 . 📌 My tips for visiting · Embrace the Car-Free Village: Wengen is entirely pedestrianized and accessible only by train from Lauterbrunnen, so leave your car parked in the valley garage and enjoy the peaceful, quiet streets. · Start Mountain Hikes Early: Alpine weather in the Bernese Oberland can shift rapidly by the afternoon, bringing sudden clouds or rain to the peaks, so starting your hikes in the early morning ensures clear views. · Ride the Jungfraujoch Railway: Take the connecting train all the way up through the mountain tunnel to Europe's highest railway station at Jungfraujoch for an unbelievable look at the Aletsch Glacier. 📸🎒 . #Wengen #BerneseOberland #SwitzerlandTravel #VisitSwitzerland #TravelDeep #SwissAlps #CarFreeVillage #BucketList #ExploreSwitzerland #TravelDiaries

It’s only when you visit Grindelwald, Switzerland, that you truly understand the meaning of "scenery that needs no filter." The town is surrounded by the Alps. Look up, and you'll see towering rock walls and snow-capped peaks; look down, and you'll find a vast expanse of grass so green it almost looks unreal. Traditional Swiss chalets dot the hillsides, and the faint sound of cowbells occasionally echoes in the distance. Even a casual stroll down the street feels like you've accidentally wandered right into a postcard. The most charming part of Grindelwald isn't just its spectacular mountain views, but also its incredibly comforting pace of life. Whether you're taking a cable car slowly up the mountain, watching the town shrink beneath your feet, or making no plans at all—just sitting by the meadow watching the mist drift across the mountainside—time seems to effortlessly slow down. Especially when the majestic Eiger stands right before you, you realize that the true awe of the Alps isn't just about their towering height; it's that profound feeling of suddenly becoming so insignificant when standing in their presence. If fairy tales really do feature a hidden Swiss village nestled in a valley, I imagine it looks exactly like Grindelwald.

Here’s the key takeaway: ✨ Jungfrau + Matterhorn = magnificent nature ✨ Bern = healing culture Make sure to experience both!

I’ve been fortunate enough to visit both Switzerland and Finland, and while they’re often praised for their stunning landscapes, they couldn’t feel more different. In Switzerland, every train ride felt like part of the adventure. Watching the scenery unfold between Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, and Grindelwald was unforgettable. One afternoon, I stood beside Lake Oeschinen, surrounded by crystal clear water and towering peaks, wondering if anywhere could really be that beautiful. Finland surprised me in a completely different way. Instead of dramatic mountains, I found peaceful forests, frozen lakes, and a sense of calm I’d rarely experienced before. Wandering through Helsinki, visiting Suomenlinna Fortress, and later chasing the Northern Lights in Rovaniemi made the trip feel almost magical. Even a quiet evening in a traditional Finnish sauna became one of my favorite travel memories. If you’re looking for breathtaking alpine scenery and iconic mountain villages, Switzerland is hard to beat. But if you want peaceful nature, unique winter experiences, and a slower pace that lets you truly disconnect, Finland offers something equally unforgettable. After visiting both, I realized there’s no wrong choice. Switzerland amazed my eyes, while Finland gave me a kind of peace that stayed with me long after I returned home. #switzerland #finland

Off the beaten path yet classic, avoiding the crowds and soaking in the Alps’ green and blue✨   1️⃣ Lake Lungern (Lungern) “The fairy-tale lake in Tiffany blue” Not as popular as Interlaken, but a hidden alpine gem in central-northern Switzerland loved by locals. The water is as clear as jelly. A slow little train runs along the shore. Wooden houses reflect on the lake, naturally filtered by soft light. Stroll along the lakeside meadows, hear the cowbells ringing, wildflowers covering the hillsides—every snapshot feels like a postcard of healing calm. 📸 Photo spots: wooden boardwalk in the lake center + roadside viewpoint with snow-capped mountains in the background 🌿 Vibe: like stepping into a forgotten town from a Studio Ghibli film, so quiet you just want to daydream   2️⃣ Lake Oeschinen (Oeschinensee) “The emerald secret lake embraced by mountains” A high alpine glacier lake above Kandersteg in the Bernese Highlands, a candidate for world natural heritage with stunning beauty. Take a short cable car ride and a light hike up. The lake shifts from emerald green to deep blue with the changing light, backed by jagged snowy peaks. In summer, locals bring kids to row boats and sunbathe on grassy slopes. In autumn, golden foliage lines the shore, full of wild charm without feeling deserted. ⛰️ Off the beaten path but accessible: smooth transport connections, doable in a half-day trip, friendly hiking difficulty 🌤️ Atmosphere: where snow mountains and lake gaze at each other, cool yet gentle   3️⃣ Weggis — the rose town “The south-facing warm slope on Lake Lucerne” Located along Lake Lucerne’s golden route but much quieter than Lucerne’s old town, known as “Switzerland’s cutest place” (endorsed by Mark Twain). Every balcony is covered in climbing roses, palm trees mix with Alpine views. Arriving by boat feels like stepping into a miniature Riviera. You can leisurely walk along the lakeside path to nearby villages or hike up for panoramic views. The lake breeze carries floral scents over red-roofed wooden houses, pure relaxation. 🌹 Experience: no rush to see sights, just daily life with lake light, roses, and the slow whistle of boats   4️⃣ Mürren “The car-free cliffside aerial village” A hidden village in the Bernese Highlands reachable only by cogwheel train and cable car, completely off-limits to cars, with air filled with grass scent and cowbells. Facing the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau peaks, morning sunlight turns the mountains golden right on your balcony. The village has just a few inns and trails. Walk along the ridge toward Lake Bachalpsee, with a deep valley below and snowy peaks ahead—wild yet safe. 🚠 Atmosphere: like a hanging garden on the mountainside, dark enough at night to see the Milky Way, perfect for a short escape of one or two nights   💡 Short trip tips Central route: combine Lake Lungern + Weggis with a Lake Lucerne boat tour in one day for a seamless lake and mountain experience Bernese Highlands route: combine Lake Oeschinen + Mürren from Interlaken/Lauterbrunnen without backtracking Swiss trains, buses, and boats connect perfectly, so no need to drive. The window views themselves are moving scenic spots~ 📌 Summary: These four places may not be widely known, but their scenery rivals famous landmarks. Together they form a mini collection of alpine lakes, secret lakes, lakeside towns, and cliffside mountain villages. Even short trips can capture 70–80% of Switzerland’s green and snowy beauty🌍

Switzerland is stunning — and famously pricey to get around. The good news: two travel cards can seriously cut your transport costs. But they work in completely different ways, and picking the wrong one can cost you hundreds. Here's the simple breakdown. 👇 🎟️ The one-line difference The Swiss Travel Pass is an all-inclusive ticket; the Half Fare Card is a discount card. That single distinction drives everything. 🚆 Swiss Travel Pass (the "full pass") This is the hop-on-anything card. You get unlimited travel on intercity trains, trams and buses in the cities, and most lake and river boats across the country. On top of that, it includes free entry to 500+ museums, and premium scenic routes like the Bernina and Glacier Express are covered (you just pay the seat-reservation fee). Mountains are where it gets nuanced: it fully covers only a few peaks (Rigi, Stanserhorn and Stoos), gives 50% off most others — and only 25% off the famous Jungfraujoch. Price (2026, 2nd class): from CHF 244 for 3 days up to CHF 513 for 15 days. Travellers under 25 get 30% off, and there's a "Flex" version that lets you pick your travel days within a month (3 days from CHF 289). 💰 Half Fare Card (the "half pass") Exactly what it sounds like: 50% off almost everything — trains, buses, boats, panorama trains and most mountain railways — valid for a full month, in both 1st and 2nd class. In 2026 it costs CHF 150 (up from CHF 120), and it can only be bought by non-residents. You still pay half of every fare, and it doesn't include free museums — but the flexibility is unbeatable, and on Jungfraujoch it actually beats the full pass (50% off vs 25%). 🧭 Which type of trip suits each · Go full (Swiss Travel Pass) if: your trip is fast-paced with lots of city-to-city train days, boats, city transport, museums and scenic routes — unlimited travel saves you time and the hassle of buying tickets each time. · Go half (Half Fare Card) if: most of your activities are near your base, you're only doing a couple of mountains or you're travelling 15–30 days (since the card is valid a whole month). Best for slower, longer, base-yourself trips. 📊 The quick math trick: add up the full-fare cost of just your intercity train trips — if it's about 80% or more of the Swiss Travel Pass price, the pass usually wins; if it's less, the Half Fare Card is the better buy. For my 8-day Switzerland trip: 📍 Zermatt 📍 Grindelwald 📍 Interlaken 📍 Zurich …I chose the Half Fare Card. My trip was relatively relaxed and I skipped Glacier Express, GoldenPass and Jungfraujoch, so I didn’t need unlimited transport every day. Paying discounted fares as I travelled gave me more flexibility and suited my itinerary better. Neither is automatically cheaper — the best pass depends on how YOU travel. Save this before planning your Switzerland trip. 🇨🇭🏔️🚆 #switzerland#switzerlandtravel#swisstravelpass #switzerlandtrip #swisstravel #swisstraveltips #travel #travel2026

Lake Bachalpsee in Switzerland is a popular destination boasting a stunning hiking trail, breathtaking reflections of the Alpine peaks, and magnificent natural scenery. Starting Point: Take the cable car from the town of Grindelwald up to the Grindelwald First station. Hiking Time: The round trip takes about 2 hours (roughly 50-60 minutes each way). Distance: Approximately 6 kilometers round trip. Trail Difficulty: Easy to moderate. It's perfectly suitable for beginners, children, and active seniors. Highlight Views: A crystal-clear lake mirroring the snow-capped mountains and famous peaks, set against a backdrop of alpine meadows and vibrant wildflowers in the summer. We highly recommend bringing along your own food and drinks, as the hike covers a fair distance. Once you arrive, you can relax and enjoy a lovely picnic right by the lake—the atmosphere is simply phenomenal.

🌞 Switzerland 🇨🇭 | You’ll really regret not coming here! 🏔️ After 5 days of exploring Switzerland 🇨🇭, I checked off: 📍 Thun 🌊 📍 Brienz 🚂 📍 Interlaken 🪂 📍 Lungern 💙 📍 Grindelwald 🏔️ 📍 Hiking the Jungfrau 🥾 But! The most stunning place is still the town of Spiez on Lake Thun!!! 💖 💫 It’s peaceful and gentle 🏰 And hides some of the world’s most breathtaking lake and mountain views 🌅 Every scene looks like a beautiful oil painting~ I’m so glad I randomly booked 3 nights in Spiez this time❗️ Every glance out of that unbeatable lake view window Is a soul-healing, stunning sight 🏞️ It’s truly a hidden gem! 🌟 My personal recommendations: · Spend the early morning daydreaming on a bench by the lake · Watch the sunset from the castle at dusk · Stay at a lake view hotel! (The one we stayed at felt like a postcard when we opened the curtains!) If you’re going to Switzerland 🇨🇭, don’t miss this magical town! Trust me! It’s definitely worth stopping for~💕

If you have 6–8 days in Switzerland, this is the classic route for first-time visitors. 🚄 Paris → Basel Take a train from Paris (you can also squeeze in a stop at Colmar before crossing into Switzerland). Booking tickets early usually gets you a great deal. Basel is perfectly nestled right where France, Germany, and Switzerland meet. It's famous for its charming old town along the Rhine River and makes for an ideal gateway to kick off your trip. 🏔️ Basel → Spiez A tranquil town on Lake Thun with picturesque scenery. From here, you can check out the Sigriswil Panorama Bridge—featured in Crash Landing on You, explore the striking turquoise waters of Lake Blausee, or trek up to Oeschinensee, easily one of Switzerland's most stunning lakes. 🪂 Interlaken The ultimate hub for outdoor adventures. Don't pass up the chance to go paragliding, hop on a boat cruise across Lake Thun or Lake Brienz, and visit the village of Iseltwald, home to the iconic pier from Crash Landing on You. 💦 Lauterbrunnen A breathtaking valley boasting over 70 waterfalls, highlighted by Staubbach Falls and quaint little villages nestled right in the heart of the majestic Alps. 🚞 Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe The highest railway station in Europe you can reach by train. Up here, you'll be treated to sweeping views of the Aletsch Glacier and a winter wonderland all year round. It was also a backdrop for Crash Landing on You and a 007 movie. ⛰️ Grindelwald A dreamy fairytale village at the foot of Mount Eiger. Ride the cable car up to the First Cliff Walk, then take about a 1-hour hike out to Bachalpsee—a gorgeous alpine lake that beautifully reflects the famous peaks of the Jungfrau region. 🏨 If you're exploring the Jungfrau area, making Interlaken your home base is your best bet, as it's a super convenient transport hub connecting you to Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, and Iseltwald. 🌉 Lucerne Famous for its historic wooden Chapel Bridge, but what really blew me away was Lake Lucerne. Framed by striking mountain ranges, it creates some of the absolute best scenery in all of Switzerland. 🏙️ Zurich Wrap up your journey in Switzerland's biggest city. If you still have some time to kill, take a quick trip out to the Rhine Falls—Europe's largest waterfall, just about an hour's train ride from Zurich. ✨ This itinerary packs in almost everything that makes Switzerland so incredible: scenic train rides, vibrant turquoise lakes, fairytale villages, snow-capped peaks, and signature outdoor adventures.
