Located past security in the restricted area, it’s super convenient and close to the boarding gates. The sleek, modern exterior gets you excited before you even step inside. The interior is bright and spotless, with power outlets at every seat, so I could comfortably charge my phone and get some work done on my laptop. The buffet spread is impressive! Beyond snacks like bread and salad, there’s a great lineup of hot Korean dishes, including bulgogi, tteokbokki, and mandu (Korean dumplings). There’s even a "DIY Bibimbap Station" where you can customize your bowl, letting you savor the last bit of Korean food before you leave. They also have the classic Shin Ramyun cup noodles, draft beer on tap, and a wide variety of soft drinks. I grabbed a bit of everything—mostly focusing on the bibimbap, along with some hot dishes and salad. Being able to have a proper, warm meal before boarding is such a treat. The hotel’s biggest draw is definitely its unbeatable location—a literal paradise for shoppers. You can take the 6015 or 6001 airport bus from Incheon Airport and get off at Myeongdong Station; the hotel is just a 3-minute walk away, so even with heavy luggage, it's a breeze. It’s also only a 2-3 minute walk from Exit 8 of Myeongdong Subway Station, making it incredibly easy to explore Seoul. Whether you're heading to Namsan Tower (which is within walking distance), Gyeongbokgung Palace, Dongdaemun, or Hongdae, you're perfectly connected. Myeongdong comes alive at night with bright lights, and you’ll find endless restaurants, K-beauty shops, KOREA MARTs, and convenience stores. Coming back late feels very safe, especially since you need a room card to access the guest floors. Check-in is on the 3rd floor, which also features a restaurant where guests can relax. I recently went for a drive to Incheon! It’s an island called Sindo. It’s right next to Yeongjongdo; it used to be accessible only by boat, but ever since a bridge was built, it’s become a major hot spot!!! Since there aren't many cafes in the area, I did some searching and found a place that opened in late July. I heard it was massive, so I had to check it out myself! We arrived just as the tide was coming in, which made it absolutely stunning!!! They had a great variety of bread too!!!! But when I visited today, it was incredibly crowded. I highly recommend finding a seat first before you head over to order!! Also, parking is free, but they do check your cafe receipt when you leave. Make sure to keep your receipt handy!!!! It’s also a fantastic jumping-off point for exploring Gyeongju, Pohang, or Andong. For me, the best parts about Daegu Airport are its proximity to the city, the variety of transport options, and the overall relaxed vibe. If I plan another trip to Korea, I’d happily start in Daegu again—spending a few days getting to know the city before heading deeper into Gyeongsangbuk-do.
