The 2025 Tokyo DisneySea Halloween event will also feature "Coco," making the Day of the Dead well-known in Japan! Here's how to take a taxi from Guanajuato Airport to Guanajuato City. 🚕 The nearest airport to Guanajuato is 📍Guanajuato International Airport The three-letter code is BJX The destination sign may also say "Bajio." After collecting your luggage and going through customs, you'll find the taxi counter (see photo 3). This is where you tell the driver the number of passengers and your destination. 🪄It's helpful to have your hotel address ready! A taxi fare to downtown Guanajuato is around 550 pesos. You can specify your destination and pay at the counter, so there's no need to negotiate the price or speak Spanish with the driver! Receive a slip of paper with the vehicle number at the counter, and look for the vehicle with the designated number at the taxi stand to the right of the exit. If the driver helps you load and unload your luggage, tip them at least 20 pesos! Why not experience an authentic Day of the Dead celebration in Guanajuato? #TravelGuide #Guanajuato #RememberMe #SummerCampaign

#0yentravel Rockstar Burger is a hamburger restaurant located right in front of the Triumphal Arch of the Causeway of the Heroes. It's a great value restaurant with great portions. The interior is very spacious and the seats are spacious. It started as a takeaway hamburger restaurant and now has several branches. I recommend the basic Rockster burger. After eating your hamburger, take a look at the Triumphal Arch of the Causeway of the Heroes✨ The Arch of the Causeway of Heroes in Leon, Guanajuato, is one of the most iconic monuments in the city. Built in 1893, this neoclassical arch pays tribute to the heroes of Mexican independence. The structure is topped by a majestic bronze lion sculpture, a symbol of strength and representative of the city. Located at the beginning of the Heroes' Causeway, the arch is an iconic meeting point that connects history, culture and Leonese pride. #mexico #leon #mexicotrip #Mexico #MexicoTourism #MexicoTrip #Leon #Tourism

#0yentrip Leon is a city in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico, with a population of about 1.6 million, making it the seventh most populous city in Mexico. The city is known as the center of the leather industry and is also known as the "Leather City". It is also rich in historical buildings and art museums, making it a popular tourist destination. In recent years, the automobile industry has also developed, and the city is establishing itself as an economic center. A beautiful church suddenly appears on the right hand on the way from the Arc de Triomf to Centro in Leon. This church, with an exterior that is beautiful at first glance, is located along Calle Francisco I. Madero, which is one of the symbols of Leon, from the Arc de Triomf to Centro, so it is a place you should visit as one of the tourist spots. #mexico #leon #mexicotrip #Mexico #MexicoTourism #MexicoTrip #Leon #Tourism

Honestly, after staring at data spreadsheets in KL for months, my eyes really needed a break from the usual concrete grey. Guanajuato was the perfect antidote. It’s this gorgeous, sloping mountain town in Mexico that looks like someone accidentally tipped over a giant box of crayons. Getting here from Mexico City was quite straightforward—just a comfortable coach bus ride, watching the landscape shift into dry, sunny highlands. The moment you step into the old town, you realize cars don’t really belong here. The streets are narrow, winding, and paved with old cobblestones. Note to self (and anyone planning to visit): leave the fancy shoes at home. My 33-year-old knees were complaining a bit by day two, but the sheer charm of the place keeps you walking. What I loved most were the quiet, random details. While wandering the alleyways, I spotted a beautiful ginger cat nap-trapped on a bright turquoise windowsill, completely unfazed by the midday sun. Later, near the main market, a scruffy but very polite street dog was sitting patiently outside a bakery, waiting for a treat. As someone who misses his pets the moment he travels, seeing these little street scenes made the town feel instantly warm and welcoming. For the ultimate view, I took the walk up to the El Pípila monument just before dusk. It was a bit of a climb, but looking down at the entire valley as the sunset turned the colorful houses into shades of gold and soft pink was incredible. It’s one of those rare moments where you just quiet down and take it all in. Food-wise, you can't go wrong here. I had some rustic pork tacos at a corner stall—so simple, wrapped in fresh corn tortillas, and incredibly cheap. I also tried their local caramel flan for dessert. It was a bit too sweet for my liking, but the texture was unbelievably smooth and creamy, perfect with a cup of black coffee at a quiet pavement cafe. If you're looking for a place to unplug, slow down, and just watch the world go by, this little Mexican mountain town is definitely worth the journey.
