A very beautiful hotel! The breakfast offers a wide variety, and in the evenings, there’s a show. Restaurants and shops are nearby and easily accessible. The program is fantastic; there’s something for everyone. The games are really fun, and you can even win a free beer, cocktail, or soft drink. There’s also a wonderful kids’ program with crafts, a children’s disco, and much more. Augustin is super friendly and entertained us very well, but the entire animation team deserves praise—they’re amazing. The hotel was absolutely worth it. We had so much fun and would gladly come back!

We had a wonderful stay and can truly recommend this hotel. The entire property is spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. What stood out to us was the friendly and attentive staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and took care of everything, making sure guests feel completely comfortable. A major plus is that some staff members speak German, which makes communication much easier. The food was excellent – varied, delicious, and of high quality. We also loved the overall hotel setup. We truly had a fantastic stay at Prinsotel La Pineda and felt comfortable right from the start. Our two-year-old son especially had a great time. He eagerly looked forward to the mini-disco every evening and had an absolute blast. We found the entertainment program to be excellent and diverse, offering bingo, music and singing evenings, and a variety of activities that catered to everyone. The food also impressed us greatly. There was a wide selection with different themes and specialties, such as sushi, tacos, African dishes, and much more. This variety kept things interesting even during a longer stay, giving us the chance to try new foods all the time. We’d also like to give special praise to the entire staff. The waiters and other employees were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, and the entire property stood out for being exceptionally clean and tidy. The location is very convenient too. There is a good bus connection to the beach and nearby areas, and there are many shops and even two supermarkets within a short distance. This made it easy to find everything needed for our holiday. As a family, we felt very at home and had an amazing time here. Especially for families with young children, we can highly recommend Prinsotel La Pineda. We’d love to return and extend a big thank you to the entire team for an incredible stay! ❤️

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Agustino, the entertainer, was absolutely fantastic. We also thought it was great that the assistant director, Phillipp, participated in several activities – really top-notch! The food was good, and the facility was very enjoyable. One small area for improvement would be the pool loungers, as it was sometimes difficult to find an available one. Overall, a very nice vacation, and we would love to return.

The hotel definitely deserves high praise. Of course, anyone intent on nitpicking might notice a chipped spot of paint or a slightly smudged wall, but in my opinion, these are truly minor details compared to the overall experience. First and foremost, a huge plus goes to the service. Every single staff member we encountered during our stay was smiling, kind, and readily available to assist whenever needed. It’s the attitudes of the personnel that largely contributed to making the stay so enjoyable. The food was excellent and wonderfully varied. Each day offered something new, and the themed dinners provided welcome variety and were a fantastic added touch. We were also very impressed with the activities and entertainment. The programs were diverse and catered to both younger and older guests. The evening performances were a perfect way to end the day, delivering a lot of fun and enjoyment. A special thanks must go to the Polish animators, Martyna and Sonia. These ladies were full of energy, deeply engaged, and incredibly friendly. Their presence undoubtedly enhanced the overall atmosphere of our stay. To sum up: while small imperfections are a part of life everywhere, what mattered most for us were the atmosphere, the people, the excellent food, and the array of attractions. We’re very satisfied with our stay and would gladly return.

The entertainment is not overbearing but exactly what’s needed. The shows don’t end too late, allowing for proper rest. Mornings are always quiet, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and practical. The half-board is of excellent quality—truly the best I’ve experienced in a 4-star hotel. The pools are great and sufficient, with plenty of sun loungers available. We’re only halfway through our stay, and it’s absolutely fantastic! We love it!!!

We had a truly wonderful boat tour with Mallorca Sea Paradise. The ride was very pleasant and relaxing, offering a fresh perspective on Mallorca's stunning coastline and bays from the sea. 🌊⛵ The entire experience was well-organized, with a friendly and attentive team. The calm ambiance on the water was especially enjoyable—perfect for unwinding and soaking up the beauty of Mallorca during a vacation. We visited during peak season, and although Cala Ratjada and the hotel were bustling, there was still plenty of tranquility. The staff was extremely friendly, and the spacious restaurant always had room. The buffet, offered at both breakfast and dinner (drinks at dinner cost extra), was abundant with a wide variety of options, ensuring something suitable for everyone. Despite the high outdoor temperatures, the room’s air conditioning was quiet and efficient, allowing for restful nights. The pool provides direct access to the promenade leading to the beautiful Cala Agulla beach. While this area is quite busy, walking a bit further reveals quieter spots. For those who prefer skipping the sand, multiple entry points along the promenade lead to smaller rocky coves in front of the hotel. The clear water, frequented by snorkelers and hosting activities like SUP tours, is a delight. Adjacent to Cala Agulla is a protected area with pine forests and hiking trails, although they offer minimal shade as they are rather open. The hotel’s central location is advantageous; the highly touristy main shopping street begins right outside and leads to the harbor and scenic southern coves, such as Cala Gat. A large bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away, providing affordable and convenient transportation (easy payment via credit card) to nearby towns like Capdepera and Artá, which offer glimpses of historic Mallorca rather than the party tourism focus of Cala Ratjada. During our stay, the hotel hosted live music on its restaurant terrace three times a week. Impressively, they coordinated with neighboring hotels, ensuring a harmonious schedule and no overlap. The artists consistently showcased amazing skills. A thoughtful gesture by the hotel was providing free protective glasses to all guests due to a total solar eclipse coinciding with our visit. Even without the eclipse, the sunset behind the island’s mountains is a breathtaking sight.

Our stay at Aluasoul Costa Marina Carolina was thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing. The hotel was spotless, and the food choices catered to all preferences. Its peaceful location featured a stunning beach and breathtaking sunrise views. The pool area was fantastic, always offering plenty of available sunbeds. Renting a car is advisable due to the location, but the convenient bus stop in front of the hotel provides great connectivity. A delightful room upgrade added to our experience, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, accommodating every request. Highly recommended!

We just spent a lovely week at this hotel—two adults and two children aged 12 and 14—and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The surroundings were beautiful, and our junior suite overlooking the pool was spacious, cool, and comfortable despite the hot weather. The buffet was delightful, and we appreciated the option of getting lunch near the pool on some days. Additionally, there were plenty of nearby places to eat, shop, and take in beaches and stunning views. During the day, there were numerous activities for both adults and kids. My 12-year-old especially loved the water carpet. The staff were friendly and helpful, while the animation team stood out for their enthusiastic and cheerful approach. The hotel and the area felt safe overall, and we highly recommend staying here. We're already planning to return soon. Thank you! 🙏

The hotel is in an excellent location, and we found it absolutely lovely. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, making us feel at home. There were some delightful gestures like little messages and chocolates delivered to our room each night, which were very much appreciated. They even left Eclipse glasses in our room, a thoughtful touch. The entertainment was enjoyable, with a singer often performing, creating a pleasant atmosphere whether relaxing by the pool or having a light dance. Our room was fantastic, offering the most breathtaking view. Though the resort had mainly German guests as noted in other reviews, it wasn’t an issue; everyone was friendly and nice. Occasionally, translating the menus was tricky as English translations were uncommon, but using ChatGPT helped. I do recognize it’s better to learn basic phrases in the local language rather than expecting everyone to speak English, as their English was far better than my Spanish or German! The restaurants were great, and though we didn’t try the hotel’s evening meals, wandering through town to dine out each night was a lovely experience. We were on a bed-and-breakfast plan, and the breakfast was fantastic — so much variety and special touches like pancakes, smoothies, and made-to-order omelets. During our stay, we went on the little train to Cala Agulla, which was a cute outing, and took a boat ride to Cala Millor one afternoon. Although we didn’t make it to the lighthouse due to the heat, we look forward to exploring more on our next visit. The downtime between the beach and pool was wonderfully relaxing. While sunbeds were often full, we managed to find spots and enjoyed sitting in the shade until one became available. The Balinese beds were a great alternative, though we weren’t aware until the last day that they needed to be reserved and possibly paid for. Despite this, poolside service for drinks and food was an excellent touch. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would love to return. Thank you to the wonderful hotel staff for making our stay so memorable. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and we booked through TUI without any issues.

The hotel was truly fantastic! Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed with a glass of champagne and a smile. My room was a suite with two terraces—one small one perfect for watching the sunrise and glimpsing the sea to the left, and a larger one overlooking the peaceful oasis pool (a round pool with a zen atmosphere, super calm, featuring Balinese beds) and the garden. The suite itself was excellent—spotless and beautifully designed. The living area had a massive TV (I didn’t watch it, but it’s great for those who enjoy Spanish programming), a sofa, a round table with chairs, a mini kitchenette equipped with a kettle, coffee, tea, herbal teas, a fridge, and storage cabinets. The bathroom was spotless, spacious, and had a great shower. The large bedroom featured a comfortable bed with divine bedding and plenty of storage, with a big console and another large TV at the foot of the bed. The overall vibe was clean, serene, and elegantly minimalist with light wood accents. As for the rest of the hotel, there is a choice of pools: the tranquil round oasis pool perfect for relaxation and reading, the infinity pool with water mattresses just a few steps away, a sun deck and rooftop bar, and another pool below with a stunning sea view, cool jazz music playing softly from midday, and a spacious bar area. The fitness room was impeccable, and the spa was excellent. The food was outstanding, and the dining area offered a terrace overlooking the sea. The staff were utterly charming and always smiling. The only thing to note is that the "cove" beneath the hotel is a steep slope leading to a small 10m² area of mostly rocks and pebbles. Water shoes are a must, and it’s not a typical beach but more suited for sporty activities. There is a diving club and a seafood restaurant nearby. For an actual beach, you’d need to either walk 10-15 minutes along a beautiful coastal path or take a bus. The city center is just a 5-minute walk away and has everything you might need: supermarkets, clothing stores, jewelry shops, beach gear, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and more. Buses are also easily accessible. I was absolutely delighted with my stay. After a hectic work year, I needed rest and tranquility, but also the possibility to explore the town, visit its two charming little ports (20 minutes away), and enjoy a coffee, smoothie, or drink. This hotel was perfect, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!

We had an amazing day with Mayurca Yachting, an experience that begins as soon as the catamaran sets sail, gliding gently on the sparkling blue sea 😍⛵. The boat moves smoothly, and you instantly feel an incredible sense of freedom 🌬️🌊. The crew is super friendly, highly professional, and extremely attentive 😊👏. You feel safe, well cared for, and warmly welcomed as a valued guest. The outing includes several stops for swimming in crystal-clear waters 💙🐠. Snorkeling is pure joy: vibrant underwater scenery full of life makes it perfect for exploring and marveling. The catamaran also anchors about 100 meters from a natural cave, an absolute must-see 🤩🪨. A short swim leads you into the cavern, where you’re greeted by a stunning, almost otherworldly sight. After these swimming sessions, there’s a delightful gastronomic break 😋🔥: homemade grilled dishes, delicious and carefully prepared, served with unlimited drinks 🍹🥤. A truly high-quality meal, creating a convivial atmosphere and adding even more charm to the day. Between sailing with open sails, the feeling of gliding on the open sea, snorkeling spots, the cave, the tasty meal, and the outstanding crew, this outing was simply unforgettable ❤️✨. A complete, authentic, and heartwarming experience—highly recommended! 👍🌟

When something is bad, it’s important to say it, but when it’s good, it’s even more crucial to highlight it! We spent two weeks at this establishment, which at first seems enormous, but thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff, the nearly nonstop meal service, and the cleanliness of both the rooms and the overall property, it felt very welcoming and almost intimate! From the housekeeping team, bar and dining staff, chefs, receptionists both day and night, to the manager and anyone I may have missed, kudos to everyone for their kindness and dedication! A small note—not a critique but a suggestion—a cheese corner at the buffet would be a nice touch (at least for the French guests). Also, a special shoutout to Mary, the pool supervisor, who delighted us with her enthusiasm and professionalism. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a fantastic holiday as a family of four with two teen girls. This was our second year visiting, and we’d come back without hesitation. The hotel is beautiful and located in a lovely area of Majorca with two nearby cove-style beaches. Our room on the third floor included a kitchen—it was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. While the air conditioning was a bit noisy, it felt like a luxury, so we didn’t mind. Minor issues like a small problem with ants were resolved within an hour, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The staff was amazing and so hardworking. A special shoutout to Josefina and the restaurant team, who were incredibly personable and took the time to get to know us and our preferences. The breakfast and dinner options were fantastic, especially BBQ night, and the breakfast spread was outstanding. There were great vegetarian choices, and my daughter declared their pizza to be the best ever! The pools were clean, not too crowded, and a joy to use. We also loved the nighttime entertainment, which we could enjoy from our balcony. The added touches like slippers, dressing gowns, and toiletries in the bathroom made the stay even more special. The overall attention from all the staff was excellent. The area around block 7, with a smaller pool, was wonderful. The bar staff were always very attentive, especially the piña colada master. Special mention to André and Malono at the night reception—without them, the experience wouldn’t have been the same! The room was very clean, had its own balcony, and the breakfast buffet was incredibly complete. It’s a shame we had to leave; we’ll miss them!

A real highlight was our wedding anniversary: upon my husband's request, our breakfast table was lovingly prepared, and even a stunning bouquet of roses was arranged. It was a fantastic surprise and a gesture we deeply appreciated – absolutely top-notch! The entertainment was also amazing – especially for our children. The animation team was always friendly, cheerful, and full of energy. Even in the heat, they danced and kept the atmosphere lively. 😊 One small thing we would have appreciated: some light lounge or summer music by the pool in the afternoon, and maybe in the evening after the shows, would have added to the already lovely atmosphere, giving an even greater summer vibe. ☀️🌴 We felt completely at home at Prinsotel La Pineda, had an incredible week, and are taking many wonderful memories back with us. An excellent hotel on Cala Agulla beach. The rooms are spacious and very beautiful, even the shower boasts sea views. The staff is extremely friendly, especially Paula at reception, Pachi in the kitchen, and Ainoa at the terrace bar. The food is outstanding, and the marvelous infinity jacuzzi overlooking the sea is a highlight. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels on the island.

Our family of four, along with friends, enjoyed a wonderful holiday at the newly refurbished 5-star Hipotels Hipocampo Palace and Spa in Cala Millor. We want to express our gratitude to all the staff, from reception to room maids and restaurant/bar employees, for their attentiveness and cheerful service. Despite arriving late due to our flights, the reception staff thoughtfully arranged a cold platter for us. Our room was clean, well-ventilated, and had large, comfortable beds. Amenities included a free safe, a daily replenished minibar fridge, and a balcony with a table, chairs, and drying rack. Shower gel, shampoo, body cream, and spa/beach towels were provided, with the towels available for daily exchange at the pool between 4:30 and 5:30 PM. Breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of foods, paired with a selection of fine wines. While the evening entertainment could improve, we’re hoping next year to witness flamenco dancers, Spanish guitar performances, Majorcan singers, or perhaps enjoy a private stretch of sandy beach. By then, the backyard’s grass should fully grow, creating a haven for the hens and chicks. The area offers diverse activities like visiting caves, bottom-glass catamaran rides, karting, hot air ballooning, exploring the Rafael Nadal Tennis Academy, or viewing his catamaran at Porto Cristo harbor. We highly recommend this place for a seamless holiday experience. Enjoy!

We stayed in the northeast of Mallorca, a stunning and relatively unknown area. The hotel was delightful, clean, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms were appropriately sized and equipped with all the amenities of a four-star hotel; some, like mine, had views of the pool and sea (see photos). Both breakfast and dinner featured high-quality, fresh ingredients. The table service was courteous and professional. Within a five-minute walk, you can reach Cala Aguilla, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Other beaches are also nearby, within 8 km, accessible via the efficient local public transport. Numerous restaurants and shops surround the hotel, and the nearby small harbor is a fantastic spot for evening outings, offering plenty of options for drinks or dinner. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful, nature-filled stay with top-quality comfort.
