I ended up loving it the most out of all the cities I've visited so far. The incredible blue beaches, the laid-back atmosphere unique to Brazil, and the shallow waters were truly beautiful and soothing. Safety is relatively good on the main streets, but I do feel like you should be a little careful if you go down a side street or at night.
