I really like the hotel's futuristic design with its modern and appealing concept. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located next to Pakuwon City Mall, and it's also close to Park Shanghai, making it easy to find anything you need. During my stay, the hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and very diverse, and the staff's friendliness made the stay really enjoyable. Definitely highly recommended!

The hotel’s direct connection to the mall was very convenient whenever I needed to grab something urgently without traveling far. One of the highlights for me was the breakfast selection. With a good variety of options, I never got bored even after staying for a week. I also enjoyed the dining options at Pak Shanghai, which offered plenty of variety throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for a business trip, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Surabaya.

Had breakfast at the restaurant with my family. The place was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food was both diverse and delicious. Service was fast and friendly, with the front office staff always offering kind smiles. I had the chance to chat with the GM in the lobby, who was humble and very communicative. The lobby of the hotel was clean, the receptionist was friendly, and the room was both spacious and spotless. The view overlooking the city was stunning. The housekeeping staff were also very polite and had great manners. During my two-night stay, I asked for my room to be cleaned, and the room attendant, Arif from Surabaya, promptly and cheerfully attended to my room. He cleaned thoroughly and restocked all the room amenities without me even asking. As I was checking out, Arif greeted me warmly while cleaning another room. Truly excellent service!

Later, we booked this hotel again for my graduation. Then my second sibling stayed here, also for their college entrance and graduation. We had a fantastic time at Aloft Surabaya. The breakfast options were amazing, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, including Mbak Riri, Chef Zainal, Mbak Yola, and Mas Naufal. My daughter especially enjoyed her time here, particularly during Wi-Fi sessions, hahaha. The pool was spotless and safe for kids. Also, make sure to try their delicious Rawon! The hotel is connected to Pakuwon City Mall, so if you're bored, you can easily stroll around the mall. Our family had an incredible stay and will definitely return. Thank you!

The lobby is roomy and perfect for working, with a dedicated workspace area. The rooms are spacious and quiet, ensuring comfort during your stay. There's plenty of parking space, so no need to worry about security. The lobby features tenants offering snacks, rice bowls, ice cream, as well as jackets and clothes for purchase. Really complete and convenient! 🥰😍

Overall, my stay was wonderful. The service was top-notch, and all the staff were very professional. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to Sazwa and Rafael at the concierge. However, the dining experience fell below expectations—flavors were bland, the decor outdated, and the variety uninteresting. Sahur breakfast was even less satisfying, as they served the same menu and condiments from the prior night's iftar. There were only a few pastries, no juice, yogurt, or parfait, and the exact same salad as before. A change to Caesar salad or other simple options would help, or even just offering a build-your-own salad bar with greens, protein, and various dressings and toppings would make a difference. For IDR 1 million per room per night, plus IDR 400,000 for iftar, it doesn't seem worth the price.
