Nida is a small island located in the west of Lithuania, close to Palanga, about 1-2 hours' drive away. Since Nida is a small island in the Baltic Sea and there is no land connection, there is no need to transfer to a ferry. The bus goes directly to the ship and then drives a distance after arriving at the shore. This experience is very special. Looking out the window from the bus is the sea. The feeling of riding on the sea bus is very novel. I can't think of any other words to describe Nida except paradise. There are very few people in Nida, and there are some scattered small houses on the roadside. Especially when we first arrived at the city, it was still early in the morning and there were very few people around. After taking a walk around the pier, we randomly found a cafe to have breakfast. We were the only table in the cafe, and we ordered authentic Eastern European dishes in the quiet atmosphere, which tasted good. When you come to Nida, you must of course visit the small sandbar which has been listed as a World Cultural Heritage. We first explored the way everywhere, passed through the woods, and walked along hidden gravel roads. It took us half a day to finally find this small Sahara Desert - a sandbar called Curonian Spit. The entire desert appears to be small in area, in fact it is only 98 kilometers long. But for those who see the desert for the first time, it is quite satisfying. Looking into the distance, there is a dense forest on the other side of the desert. It seems to be an uninhabited place and has a bit of mystery. Facing the endless Baltic Sea, the vast blue sky, and the large empty sandy land, I couldn't help but rush down the slope, rolling in the sand, having fun playing with the fine sand like a child. However, it was easy to walk down the slope, but it was extremely difficult to return to the higher place. I had to use the thick branches I picked up and climb back to the starting point step by step.

#新年好去处2024 Nida is a small town near the Pineapple Sea in Lithuania. It takes about two hours to get there by bus from Lithuania. The town is like a paradise with few people and an indescribable tranquility. There are many homestay options in the whole town, all of which are very warm cabins, clean and comfortable. Most of the restaurants in the town are cafe-style, not only providing all-day breakfast, but also tasting traditional Lithuanian food. 💥Specially recommended, there is a sandbar near Nida that is listed as a World Cultural Heritage. This sandbar is called Curonian Spit. Although the desert area is not large, it is shocking for me who saw the desert for the first time. The whole desert faces the Pineapple Sea, and it is endless and full of mystery when you look ahead! !

Yesterday, I went to Nida Island with exchange students! You can get to Nida from Klaipeda Port by bus or ferry! It was a place with really pretty scenery. You can also see the sand dunes, so if you stop by Klaipeda, it would be nice to go for a walk. ㅎ #It would be good to come as a couple's trip!! #It's perfect as a date course😘 #Summer

#tripaway t was late August and we visited the highly rated Curonian Spit, extremely pretty, gorgeous little villages however....there is not enough legal parking, we found one spot between the ferry and Nida where we could park and do a short walk. Nida looked great, small market in progress, cafes and souvenir shops, again no parking available, we did find a small area that you drove into and then had to be a Houdini to reverse out of there because there was not a car space available. This is a challenging issue that needs to be addressed. #tripaway
