Beautiful Walk Through Vall de Boquer
Vall de Boquer is a stunning valley in the Tramuntana Mountains, near the town of El Port de Pollença on Mallorca's eastern coast. The walk from Port de Pollença to Boquer Bay and its beach is truly lovely, following the Boquer Valley all the way. Along the trail, you'll enjoy incredible views of the sea, the bay, and the surrounding valley. The path is suitable for both adults and children—I’ve visited with friends this time, but I’ve also brought my 9-year-old daughter before. A picnic at the beach is highly recommended, along with a swim and some sunbathing, if you wish. Keep an eye out for local goats along the way; they’re notorious food thieves! A fantastic destination overall. (Also check out Cala Boquer.)

Amazing Place with Excellent Service
It's an incredible place with great attention from all areas, starting with the rooms, breakfast area, and reception! Not to mention the fantastic surroundings that make your stay enjoyable. A place worth staying... Thanks to everyone, especially Eli and Conchi, who always greet you with a smile and dedicate their time to you. This is a place you'd want to come back to...

Wonderful Hotel Stay with Fantastic Service
We spent a week here and felt completely at ease and well taken care of. Yes, the rooms are small, as we had read and heard beforehand, but they’re perfectly equipped. We were lucky to get a room with a small balcony, which was handy for drying swimwear and towels. It was too hot to sit outside anyway, so it wasn’t an issue.
The highlights of this hotel include the amazing breakfast, featuring very fresh items, rotating healthy options like fresh smoothies, and even live music once in the morning. On the day of arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that we could have breakfast immediately, even though we arrived at 10:00 am—this was completely unexpected.
The staff deserves special recognition, especially Andreea at reception—she is a total gem and an incredibly kind person. Her colleagues at the reception and the service staff, particularly Eli and Gabriel, genuinely make you feel that they love their job and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. Their hospitality was truly exceptional.
The beautiful terrace, perfect for enjoying an evening drink, the peaceful surroundings, the beachfront location, and the pleasant guest atmosphere make this a place worthy of a repeat visit.
Thank you for such a wonderful holiday! C and K-E :-)

Charming Museum Showcasing Local Art
Museu Dionís Bennàssar is a small museum situated in the heart of Pollença's charming old town in the northern part of Mallorca Island. The museum is dedicated to the works of Dionís Bennàssar, a painter born on the island who created many beautiful pieces depicting Mallorca. During our visit, we had the opportunity to meet the painter's grandson-in-law (if I'm not mistaken), who manages the museum. We enjoyed speaking with him and admiring the collection of paintings, many of which were truly captivating. It was particularly intriguing to see the paintings of Can Axartell winery, which we had visited earlier on this trip. The museum, the artworks, and even the house itself were all delightful.

Lovely Hotel with Great Views and Friendly Staff
This hotel is in a fantastic location and consistently spotlessly clean. The staff are extremely friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Our room was spacious and situated above the entrance, offering a beautiful view of the mountains. Although we could hear some noise from the road, it was never bothersome.
I would suggest they consider providing larger bath towels (not everyone is super slim) and more comfortable chairs for the balconies. While the meals served at the hotel were tasty, they were occasionally not warm enough. The swimming pool area was delightful, and the bar had reasonable prices, though the seating could be more comfortable.
It’s a pleasant stroll along the promenade to reach the main area of Puerto Pollensa, which is full of bars, restaurants, shops catering to all tastes, and a beach just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel—you won’t be disappointed. We’re definitely planning to return!

A Stunningly Beautiful Beach
What an incredibly beautiful beach this is. Even the drive to get there is impressive. And once you arrive, it’s a whole experience—the rows of trees along the beach give it a very different look compared to the typical beaches on the island. There’s also plenty of parking available.

Charming Store with Authentic Artisan Products
A beautiful shop with excellent quality and varied products, ranging from bags to decorative textiles. When we visited the factory next to the store where the fabrics are made, we saw the impressive artisanal work involved in creating Mallorcan textiles and came to understand the value behind the price. It’s now clear that the cheaper fabrics sold in markets are printed imitations that harm genuine craftsmanship. A must-visit!

Perfect for Large Families, Great Entertainment and Amenities
We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this for large families. The staff were fantastic, the place was very clean, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. There were plenty of activities during the day, and the nighttime entertainment was enjoyable for all, starting with kids' shows and followed by adult entertainment.
The rooms were a bit small with limited space for three people's clothing, but aside from that, everything was excellent. The food was delicious, though the selection wasn’t extensive and could become repetitive, but the quality was excellent.
We loved having the room keys on our wrists, which was a really convenient touch. The spa was amazing too, with the steam room, jacuzzi, and pool all set at perfect temperatures. This is a fantastic choice for families who enjoy engaging in activities.

Unforgettable Bike Rental Experience at Kilometre Cero
Dropped into Kilometre Cero last minute, and it turned out to be the best decision of the trip. Their selection of bikes is incredible—I started with a Factor VAM and later tried a Colnago V5RS. Francois suggested an out-and-back route to Sol Calobra, which included about 6,900 feet of climbing, the legendary ascent out of Sol Calobra, and an 8-mile descent into Soller. It was absolutely breathtaking!
We only stayed in Soller for three nights and spent seven in Port de Pollenca. They delivered the Colnago to Pollenca, and I rode it for five amazing days. A funny side note: the morning after they picked up the Colnago, I rented from another shop in Pollenca. Let’s just say downgrading to an SL8 was amusing, to say the least.
Francois and Boris were fantastic—great service all the way. I’ll definitely make it a point to rent from them again on our next trip!

Charming Sunday Market in Pollença
Pollença market is the weekly market held in the streets of the old town of Pollença, a delightful town in the northern part of Mallorca Island. It takes place on Sundays, and I recommend visiting early in the morning because by noon it gets crowded, and finding parking becomes difficult. The market offers a wide range of fresh local products, including vegetables, fruits, meat, cheeses, and various foods. You can also shop for clothes and other items. It's truly an excellent market where we occasionally buy food to enjoy local products for dinner. Highly recommended!

Charming Market in a Picturesque Town
A lively market set in a beautiful small town. It's best to arrive by 8 a.m. to secure parking and take a leisurely stroll up the Cavari steps, perhaps stopping for a pastry and coffee. Start exploring the market by 9:30 a.m. before the crowd arrives. The early morning atmosphere is serene, as shown in the photos.

Charming Pebble Beach Nestled in Scenic Valley
Cala Boquer is a quaint pebble beach situated at the end of the Boquer Valley in the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, on Mallorca's northeast coast. It’s a lovely spot for swimming, sunbathing, and even spotting local goats (though be cautious—they might try to snatch your food!). Surrounded by picturesque mountains, this beach is a bit secluded. To reach it, you’ll need to embark on a scenic 3-4 km hike from El Port de Pollença, as cars can’t access the area. Along the way, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the valley and the sea. Once you arrive, you can relax, enjoy a picnic, and take a dip in the water.

Peaceful Walk to a Scenic Pebble Beach
Cala Bóquer is a small pebble beach on the East coast of Mallorca, near El Port de Pollença. There's a lovely walk from the town to this beach, taking you through a charming little valley. The path offers stunning views of mountains, the sea, and even some local goats. We visited to enjoy the trail and relax at the beach, where you can swim and sunbathe. This secluded bay stays quiet in spring, especially in April. It's suitable for adults and kids, and bringing water and food for a beach picnic is a good idea.

An Unforgettable Family Vacation at Four Seasons Mallorca
Our stay at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail left us in awe. The property is stunning, the service is impeccable, and the warmth and hospitality from every staff member exceeded our expectations.
What stood out the most was how personalized the experience felt. Every interaction was sincere, thoughtful, and attentive, making our family feel incredibly welcomed and cared for. Our room was a serene masterpiece—elegant, beautifully designed, and with incredible attention to detail. It became a haven we looked forward to returning to each day. We honestly didn’t want to leave.
The food, the atmosphere, the natural beauty of Formentor, and the entire experience were beyond exceptional. It's rare to stay somewhere that feels truly flawless, but this resort achieved that effortlessly. When asked if there was room for improvement, we truly couldn’t think of a single thing.
Everything was perfect from start to finish. We cannot wait to return. Thank you to the entire Four Seasons Mallorca team for making this one of our most special family vacations.
Sincerely, The Volkmer Family

A Perfect Family Stay at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca
My family and I enjoyed a fantastic week at the Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Our room was gorgeous, offering a breathtaking view of the sea, and it was impeccably cleaned throughout our stay. The accommodation overall was excellent. The spa was incredible, and the gym stood out as top-notch, fully equipped with Technogym equipment, which I used daily.
What truly earns this resort its five-star praise is the staff. They are simply outstanding, especially in accommodating families with children—our 16-month-old son was warmly welcomed. Every staff member we encountered handled our requests with a smile, and each one was genuinely kind and friendly with our son. We also had the pleasure of meeting some delightful fellow guests who seemed to be enjoying their stay as much as we were.
A special mention goes to the hotel manager, George, and his department manager. George is an exceptionally nice individual and clearly oversees a well-organized operation. Each department manager personally introduced themselves to us within the first two days of our stay—a thoughtful touch we greatly appreciated.
I couldn't praise this hotel more highly. We'll definitely be booking again for next year. Thank you!

Wonderful Hospitality at Cabot Las Velas Apartments
We want to thank Lita and her entire team at Cabot Las Velas Apartments for their excellent service and care during our stay. Their attentiveness, warmth, and those special little touches truly make a difference, making us feel special at all times and allowing us to enjoy an experience full of thoughtful details. Without a doubt, it's a place we'll return to. Thank you for everything!

Perfect Stay at Las Velas - Can't Wait to Return
This was our fourth stay here, and we’re already planning to return in October. The highlight of these apartments is undoubtedly the fantastic staff—Xisco and Aina are so kind, helpful, and welcoming, truly a credit to the Cabot group. We stayed in a ground-floor apartment with a jacuzzi, which was ideal as it caught the morning sun and was conveniently next to the kids' pool (room 204).
The room was cleaned every second day, which worked perfectly for us. As returning guests, we received a thoughtful gift of a lovely bag and a toiletry bag—such a nice touch. Booking directly with the hotel also provided us with beach towels and access to the safe, which was a bonus.
We love the laid-back atmosphere here and even met some wonderful people during our stay. There were plenty of kids around, which was great for our children to make new friends. I injured my foot during the stay, and the lifeguard was incredibly helpful, providing ice and advice on handling it.
The location of the apartments is ideal—close to both the bus stop and the beach. We’ve previously stayed at Hobby Club, but we much prefer Las Velas. A big thank you again for another amazing stay, and we can’t wait to come back in October.
Warm regards,
The Duffy family and co.

A Peaceful and Authentic Stay in Mallorca
My partner and I stayed at Can Guillo for two nights this July. It’s a peaceful place, surrounded by nature and very authentic, staying true to Mallorca's traditions and roots. The landscape of the valley where it’s located is gorgeous. Truly a treasure to preserve.

Exceptional Stay with Stunning Views and Fantastic Service
We absolutely loved the view from room 403. The hotel breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. Cristina at reception was fantastic, and the one-day tour to Palma she recommended was truly worth it. Our room was cleaned daily, and we would return without hesitation.

Exceptional Service and Perfect Location
This hotel has everything you could ask for. The staff are incredibly attentive and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. The property itself is stunning, spotless, and offers great comfort. The rooms are spacious and very cozy. The location is ideal—just a 15-minute walk to the town and only 30 seconds to the beach. Special thanks to Sasha and Lucia for their amazing service. Can't wait to return!

Wonderful Stay at Duva Aparthotel
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Duva Aparthotel in Puerto Pollensa. The property was immaculate, the facilities top-notch, and the staff were truly exceptional – always friendly, supportive, and eager to assist. It’s a fantastic spot to unwind and explore the surroundings. The pool was superb. Definitely recommend!

Charming Church with a Scenic Climb
It is a small church (closed on the day of our visit…) that can be reached via a climb of about 300 steps. The view is pleasant but not extraordinary. The village itself is quaint with its narrow alleys. We don’t regret the visit if you’re in the area.

Mallorca Cap de Formentor to Cala Figuera Lighthouse Cliff Drive — Worth the €1.80 Bus or the €150 F
I based myself in Port de Pollença in June 2026 and learned the hard way that the Ma-2210 road to Far de Formentor is closed to private cars 10:00–22:00 daily from 15 May to 18 Oct. I arrived by rental car at 9:40 am, drove the 20 km spine past Mirador Es Colomer (stopped 10 min—spectacular 180° cliff drop), reached Formentor Beach car park (€5 summer, fills by 11), and pushed on to the lighthouse by 9:58. By 10:01 a camera would have fined me €100–200 if I'd been one minute later. The lighthouse itself is a white 1863 tower on a 200 m cliff, free to walk around, no café, no toilet—pack water. Then I backtracked to the Cala Figuera / Cala Murta bus stop, parked the car at Formentor Beach, and rode TIB line 334 back (card tap €1.80, cash €3, 50 min to Port de Pollença). Cala Figuera here is not the famous fishing village in the southeast—it's a pebble cove beneath the northern cliffs, no sand, no chiringuito, accessed by a steep 15-min descent from the roadside stop; the water is that impossible Mallorcan turquoise. Mistake: I assumed "Cala Figuera" meant the postcard harbor and wasted 20 min confused. Another mistake: not bringing windproof layer—the cape gusts 50 km/h even in June. Verdict: drive before 10 am for sunrise control, or surrender to the bus and hop off at Es Colomer + Cala Figuera. The cliff drive is one of the Mediterranean's best; the fine risk is real. Question: is a pre-10-am stressed drive better than a relaxed €1.80 bus ride with the same view?

Superb Beachfront Stay with Great Value
We arrived without high expectations, understanding it was a 3-star hotel and not the Ritz. To our delight, the location was phenomenal—just 25 steps across a quiet road to a stunning white sandy beach. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, with ice-cold air conditioning if needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
After our first night, we upgraded to a sea view for about €95 per night. While not cheap, it offered a breathtaking view and a slightly larger room, which we felt was worth it. The downstairs bar provides beachfront seating with great views and a refreshing breeze. Local wine by the glass was a good deal at €5, and breakfast offered a wide selection. However, for a flat white, real fresh orange juice, or authentic Greek yogurt, we visited local delis that had excellent options.
We also took a local bus, only about €1.50, to Pollenca town. There, we enjoyed its magnificent church, charming streets, and delightful cafés in the square. The hotel is adult-only, providing tranquility, though families with kids can access the public bar and beachfront restaurant. Overall, it’s a great value in an excellent location. Highly recommended!

A Delightful 3-Star Hotel with Exceptional Service
Just returned from a 10-day stay at this fabulous little hotel. We requested a specific side sea view room, and it was offered to us. The view of the sea was fantastic, and the room felt bright and airy. Though both the room and bathroom were somewhat small, they suited us perfectly. We were incredibly impressed with the cleanliness—new towels and daily room cleaning exceeded expectations, even surpassing some 5-star hotels we've visited.
Breakfasts were excellent, featuring fry-ups, cereals, various milk options, and an abundance of fruit. Cakes and cookies were also available, providing plenty for everyone to enjoy. We didn’t try the evening meals since we chose the Bed & Breakfast option, but others praised the food. The staff were always helpful; they even offered us a courtesy room for a shower when we had a late flight.
The location is convenient—a 15-minute walk to numerous good restaurants and shops. A stroll to the square and the Illa Dor hotel at the furthest point is a must, where you might even catch a water show from training sea planes.
This small hotel truly deserves a visit. Give it a try—you won’t be disappointed! Huge thanks to all, Jill and Jack Barton.

Charming Stay with Great Breakfast and Ideal Location
On my fourth stay at this charming little hotel, I decided to try the breakfast, and it’s absolutely delightful. There’s a wide variety to choose from—I enjoyed the tasty olive bread with scrambled eggs, chopped tomatoes, and olive oil. The fresh fruit selection and warm mini croissants were equally wonderful. Definitely worth the extra cost. The staff are incredibly efficient, and the restaurant is impeccably clean.
The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk to the beautiful beach and surrounded by lovely restaurants. I usually have lunch at La Maina, but after such a filling breakfast, I skipped it this time. The walk to the town along the promenade is quite pleasant. In the evenings, I always enjoy a nightcap in the bar, where the service is impressively quick. Last night, I had a perfect Hugo spritz. The reception staff are lovely, and my room is cleaned daily.
Over the past 52 years, I’ve stayed at numerous places in the port area, and Hotel Romantic always works for me in terms of price and location.

Perfect Stay with a Stunning Sea Front Location
We've been visiting Pollensa for many years, and this is our fifth time staying at the Romantic. It's probably the best 3-star hotel we've ever stayed in. As others have said, it's clean and friendly, with brilliant staff. The standout feature is its sea-front location—just across the road from a fantastic beach. This hotel and resort always make us feel at home and very safe. We just returned from a 7-day stay and have already booked 10 days next June. Don't change a thing—it's perfect, and we'll keep coming back!
