When visiting Þingvellir National Park in Iceland🇮🇸, moss-dappled rock walls whisper a thousand-year geological epic, while winding streams, like the pen of time✍️, etch vastness and tranquility into the Icelandic landscape. Established in 1930, this is Iceland's first national park and was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2004🏆. The park features a spectacular rift that marks the boundary between the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates, often called "the most beautiful scar on Earth"😍. From the eastern end of the rift valley to the western end, you have geologically stepped from Europe into North America🤯! The height difference between the two plates is only 10 cm, and it is said that this rift continues to widen at a rate of 2 cm per year⏳. Standing where these two major plates drift apart at about 2 cm annually, you suddenly feel the power of crossing two continents in a single step, confronting the passage of Earth's time💫. Walk through Almannagjá, a massive rift that clearly displays the traces of tectonic plate movement. Where else in the world can you stand on two tectonic plates at once?🤔 This is the only place...🌍 A massive canyon where the earth has been torn apart, with black basalt walls stretching vertically. Walking between the gaps of these two major plates, you are treading on the surface traces of the Mid-Atlantic Ridge. Cross this bridge, and a whole new landscape unfolds before you😲. Wooden boardwalks wind along the bottom of the rift valley, flanked by dark lava walls. The ground is riddled with cracks of all sizes, marking the boundary line of the continental plates beneath your feet. Over ten thousand years, the valley has continuously sunk and widened, with earthquakes constantly shaping this land🏔️. Additionally, the park features clear lakes, waterfalls, and lava fields. The most famous is Lake Þingvallavatn, one of Iceland's largest natural lakes, covering about 83 square kilometers with a maximum depth exceeding 100 meters💎. 📍Address: 806 Selfoss, Iceland 🕐Opening hours: Open 24/7, year-round Þingvellir (meaning "Parliament Plains") is a microcosm of Icelandic history and national identity📜. In 930 AD, early Icelandic settlers held the first national "People's Assembly" here, establishing the Alþing—the world's oldest democratically elected parliament—and drafted the first Icelandic constitution⚖️. The Alþing held open-air meetings every summer at the "Lögberg" (Law Rock) to enact laws and resolve disputes, a tradition that continued until 1798📖. Þingvellir National Park was officially established in 1930. Initially created to protect the parliamentary ruins, it was later expanded to preserve the surrounding natural landscape. As Iceland's first national park, it was legislatively declared a protected national sanctuary for all Icelanders✨. In 2004, Þingvellir National Park was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site🌍. When visiting Iceland, don't miss this place where you can experience geological wonders and touch a thousand years of history💙

ICELAND 8 DAYS 7 NIGHTS · OCTOBER 🇮🇸 Day 1 — Reykjavík 🌋 Day 2 — Golden Circle 🌊 Day 3 — South Coast 🧊 Day 4 — Glacier Lagoon 🏔️ Day 5 — Eastfjords 🌋 Day 6 — North Iceland 🌌 Day 7 — West Iceland + Northern Lights ✈️ Day 8 — Reykjavík → Home 🌌 บางทีแค่ได้ยืนกลางความมืด เงยหน้าขึ้นมองท้องฟ้า แล้วเห็นแสงสีเขียวค่อย ๆ เคลื่อนตัวเหนือภูเขา ก็อาจกลายเป็นภาพที่จำทริปนี้ไปอีกนานเลยครับ 💚 #Iceland #IcelandTravel #IcelandRoadTrip #VisitIceland #IcelandOctober #Reykjavik #GoldenCircle #SouthIceland #DiamondBeach Þingvallakirkja (Thingvellir Church) is hands down one of Iceland’s most iconic gems! Nestled right inside Þingvellir National Park, this adorable wooden church is drippin’ with vibes and history. Lupines bloom and Highway 1 is fully open. In July, Iceland has 20–21 hours of daylight, with only a faint pink twilight at 2 AM. 🔹Currency: Icelandic krona (ISK), 1 krona ≈ 0.068 CNY 💰Three budget levels per person (7 days 6 nights, excluding international flights) 🎒Budget version | about 10,000–13,000 CNY: hostels + self-catering + public transport, about 600–700 CNY per day. Introduction No color correction at all! The water at Bruarfoss is so blue it looks like someone poured a whole bottle of Tiffany blue paint into the river. The glacier meltwater creates a gem-like color that you won’t forget at first sight. 🚗Travel tips Search “Bruarfoss Parking” for navigation. Don’t just search “Bruarfoss” or you’ll be directed to a private residence! It’s about a 1.5-hour drive from Reykjavik. The last stretch is a dirt road, so drive slowly. Parking costs 750 ISK for a car (about €5), payable via the Parka app. It’s a 5-minute walk from the parking lot to the main waterfall. 🗺️Complete daily loop itinerary Day 1: Reykjavik → Golden Circle Þingvellir National Park → Geysir geyser (erupts every 5 minutes) → Gullfoss waterfall → Bruarfoss → stay in Selfoss Day 2: South coast Seljalandsfoss waterfall (you can walk behind it) → Skógafoss waterfall → black sand beach (never turn your back to the waves!) → stay in Vík Day 3: Glacier lagoon Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon → Diamond Beach → stay in Höfn Day 4–5: East + North East fjords → Mývatn → Goðafoss waterfall → stay in Akureyri Day 6–7: West + Reykjavik Snæfellsnes Peninsula → return to Reykjavik 🏠Recommended accommodations by area + booking tips Book at least 2 months in advance during peak season! Choose guesthouses with kitchens to save half on food costs by cooking yourself. · Reykjavik: Center Hotels Arnarhvoll, great location · Selfoss/Golden Circle: Hotel Ranga, offers northern lights wake-up calls · Vík: Black Beach Suites, 5 minutes from the black sand beach · Höfn: fishing town, don’t miss the lobster soup 💰Three budget levels (7 days per person, excluding airfare) · Budget: 17,000 CNY. Hostels + self-cooking + 2WD car · Mid-range: 25,000 CNY. Guesthouses + occasional dining out + comfortable SUV · Luxury: 35,000 CNY. Hotels + restaurants + 4WD car 🍽️Local food prices + tips to avoid pitfalls Iceland has the highest prices in Europe. Restaurant meals cost 250–400 CNY per person. Tip: don’t eat at tourist spots! Buy groceries at Bónus (the pink pig supermarket) and cook yourself for about 80 CNY per meal. Hot dogs cost about 45 CNY, beer about 90 CNY. 📸Free and paid attractions + best photo spots Bruarfoss is free! Only parking fees apply. Best photo spot: stand in the middle of the wooden bridge for a stunning layered water effect. There’s a small path on the right side of the bridge to get underneath and shoot the waterfall head-on. Wear a red or yellow raincoat for a striking contrast with the blue water. The bluer the sunlight, the more vivid the blue. 👗Money-saving outfit tips Waterproof shell jacket + waterproof hiking boots are a must! The waterfall spray is heavy and the ground is muddy. Layer your clothes: short sleeve + long sleeve + windbreaker. Save money by bringing disposable underwear if you don’t have time to wash. Crampons are essential in winter because the bridge can get icy. Heartfelt summary Bruarfoss was the most stunning place on my Iceland trip, bar none. That blue isn’t from a filter—it’s the result of thousands of years of love between glaciers and volcanic rock. You can miss many things in Iceland, but don’t miss this. 🩵

Iceland, the land of ice and fire at the end of the world. Many people think Nordic countries are ridiculously expensive, but an average person can still have a premium experience for as little as CNY 15,000 per person if they know how to plan. Here are three budget tiers, a 7-day midnight sun itinerary, and money-saving tips to help you plan your trip 🛫 📍 Essential travel information 🔹 Visa: Iceland is part of the Schengen Area. Apply for a Schengen visa. The fee is €90 (approximately CNY 730) + a service fee of about CNY 245. Children (6–12 years old) pay half price. Apply 2–3 months in advance. Prepare your passport (valid for at least 6 months), round-trip air tickets, hotel booking, bank statements (daily balance of over 500 ISK), and travel insurance (coverage ≥ €30,000). Iceland's visa review process is strict, takes longer during peak season, and has a rejection rate of about 13.8%. 🔹 Best season: July for the midnight sun, with 20–21 hours of daylight. Route 1 is fully open, and lupines are at their best (until mid-July). Summer average temperature is about 10–15℃, but the weather is changeable, windy, and can experience all four seasons in one day. 🔹 Exchange rate: 1 ISK ≈ CNY 0.068 (reference for 2026) 🔹 Power: European standard two-round-pin socket 💰 Three single-person budget tiers (7 days, 6 nights, international air tickets not included) 🎒 Budget traveler | Approximately CNY 12,000–15,000 Round-trip air tickets: CNY 6,000–9,000 (connecting flights) Accommodation: Hostels + guesthouses, CNY 200–350 per person per night Dining: Self-catering from supermarkets, CNY 100–150 per day Transportation: Bus + carpooling, about €90 for a 7-day pass Admission: Focus on free natural attractions 🏨 Comfortable traveler | Approximately CNY 18,000–25,000 Round-trip air tickets: CNY 7,000–10,000 Accommodation: Comfortable hotels/guesthouses, CNY 600–1,000 per person per night Dining: Partial self-catering + occasional restaurant meals, CNY 200–300 per day Transportation: Car rental (about CNY 3,500–5,000 for 7 days + fuel) + gravel insurance Admission: Blue Lagoon about €110 + glacier hike about €120 🛋️ Premium traveler | Approximately CNY 35,000–50,000+ Round-trip air tickets: CNY 8,000–12,000 Accommodation: 4-star hotels/boutique hotels, CNY 1,200–2,000 per person per night Dining: Specialty restaurants + Michelin-recommended Transportation: Full-trip car rental + insurance Admission: Glacier hike + Blue Lagoon + Glacier Lagoon boat tour + helicopter sightseeing, etc. 🗺️ 7-day midnight sun classic itinerary (counter-clockwise around the island) Day 1: Arrive in Reykjavik > Pick up car > Golden Circle (Thingvellir National Park + Geysir + Gullfoss) > Stay in Selfoss Day 2: South Coast highlights > Seljalandsfoss (can walk behind the waterfall, remember to wear a raincoat) > Skógafoss (climb the stairs on the right for an overview) > Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach (⚠️ Do not turn your back to the sea, the waves are dangerous) > Stay in Vik Day 3: Glacier Lagoon > Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon (floating blue icebergs) > Diamond Beach (black sand + sparkling ice chunks) > Stay in Höfn Day 4: East Fjords > Coastal road > Egilsstaðir > Stay in Egilsstaðir Day 5: North highlights > Mývatn Nature Baths > Goðafoss > Stay in Akureyri Day 6: North > Hvítserkur (Rhino Rock) > Akureyri city center > Stay in Akureyri Day 7: Snæfellsnes Peninsula > Kirkjufell (Game of Thrones filming location) > Return to Reykjavik > Return car > Depart 🍜 Must-try foods 🔹 Icelandic hot dog: Bæjarins Beztu Pylsur, a national snack, about CNY 45 🔹 Lobster soup: Sægreifinn (The Sea Baron), a legendary seafood restaurant in Reykjavik 🔹 Icelandic lamb: No gamey taste, tender meat 🔹 Icelandic Skyr: Similar texture to Greek yogurt, very high in protein 🔹 Supermarket shopping: Bónus (the pink pig supermarket) offers the best value, significantly saving money if you self-cater 💡 Tips to avoid pitfalls · Water is free: Tap water in Iceland is safe to drink, no need to buy bottled water · Book in advance: Book accommodation and car rentals several months ahead during peak season · Rain and wind protection: Icelandic weather changes quickly, a windproof and waterproof jacket is essential · Safety first: Never turn your back to the sea at the black sand beach · Check road conditions: Check road.is and vedur.is before departing each day · Save money by self-catering: Choose accommodation with a kitchen, as restaurant prices are generally high

Iceland is back, like landing from another planet. The scenery there is so unreal it feels like the earth is showing us its most original self. It’s truly not a “photo trick” but a lonely, harsh, and yet incredibly romantic utopia. ✨ These moments leave you speechless · Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon: The diamond beach is right here! Ice chunks sparkle on the black sand like scattered diamonds💎 Take an amphibious boat tour on the lake and touch the thousand-year-old glacier with your own hands. · Golden Circle: Iceland in a nutshell! Thingvellir National Park (rift between the North American and Eurasian plates), Geysir geyser (erupts every 5 minutes), Gullfoss waterfall (double-tiered waterfall with a rainbow on sunny days). See it all in one day. · Black sand beach (Vík): Feels like the end of the world! Basalt columns, black pebbles, white giant waves, and overcast skies make it look like an alien planet. Never turn your back on the waves! The “mad dog waves” here can sweep you away. · Blue Lagoon: Iceland’s calling card! Milky blue geothermal water, apply a silica mud mask, and sip a smoothie for a hot and cold experience♨️ Book tickets in advance—the earlier, the cheaper. 🗺️ Winter northern lights + ice caves, 7-day ring road itinerary · Day 1–2: Arrive in Reykjavík, visit the cathedral and old harbor. On day 2, do the Golden Circle and stay near Selfoss. · Day 3: Head south to see Seljalandsfoss waterfall (you can walk behind the curtain of water) and Skógafoss waterfall. Stay in Vík. · Day 4: Black sand beach → Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon → diamond beach. Stay in Höfn and enjoy lobster🦞. · Day 5–6: Explore the East Fjords or head north directly (winter road conditions are poor, so it’s recommended to only go as far as Höfn on the south coast and then return). Glacier hiking and blue ice cave tours require booking local guides in advance. · Day 7: Return to Reykjavík, soak in the Blue Lagoon, buy some puffin souvenirs, then head to the airport. 🥢 Whale meat and hot dogs · Icelandic hot dog (Bæjarins Beztu): The national snack! Lamb hot dog with raw onions and mustard sauce, cheap and filling🌭 · Lobster soup: Specialty of Höfn, rich and sweet, served with bread. · Whale meat: Try it once; it tastes like raw beef and isn’t for everyone.

My wife, older son, and I visited Iceland to explore the Viking World Museum, Bobby Fischer Center, and Golden Circle, allocating one day for each over our 3-day stay. On the 2nd morning, I discovered I had inadvertently scheduled rides for both the Fischer Museum and Golden Circle on Day 3, leaving Day 2 unplanned. This was problematic, especially as we're a chess-loving family. Using the Transferro app, I requested a change to move the Fischer Museum trip to Day 2. Amazingly, Transferro resolved this almost immediately, allowing us to visit the Fischer Museum and grave on Day 2 and enjoy the Golden Circle tour on Day 3. Thanks to Transferro, our trip was saved!

Landmannalaugar is the most vibrant and colorful mountain range in the Icelandic Highlands. In summer, you can get there by direct bus, soak in the hot springs, and stay in the cabins. In the main hall of the common area, there's a birch-burning wood stove surrounded by sturdy wooden benches, with a TV in the corner broadcasting the World Cup. My football night began after a full day of hiking to Hrafntinnusker, soaking in the natural hot springs, and walking into the hall wrapped in a blanket. The heat from the wood stove dried out my damp, cold clothes. The flames dancing in the hearth and the players running on the screen created two distinct rhythms in motion. I grabbed a cup of mulled wine and some pre-packaged Icelandic chocolate from the reception desk and took a seat by the fire. The pace of the group stage matches was relatively relaxed. Fellow hikers nearby discussed tactics in hushed tones, and when a goal was scored, everyone raised their glasses in unison—not a wild party, but rather that quiet celebration unique to hikers: "We survived." Stepping out of the cabin after the game, the colorful mountains glowed with pink and yellow-green stripes under the midnight sun, with steam from the hot springs drifting low to the ground. The campsite requires advance booking (especially in summer), offering both dorm beds and camping spots. Watching a game here lacks the rowdy, booze-fueled noise; instead, it's just firewood, mountains, and a group of people who made it to the highlands on foot. This is an entirely different dimension for a football viewing experience in Iceland. Practical Tips: In summer, direct buses operate from Reykjavík or Selfoss (taking about 3.5 hours), or you can self-drive a 4x4 via the F208 road. Both cabin beds and campsite spots must be booked well in advance (through the Iceland Touring Association website). The TV in the common area relies on satellite reception. Mulled wine and snacks are sold at the reception, but it's highly recommended to bring your own dry rations to keep your energy up.

Hey everyone! I'm a college junior living in Kyoto. Usually, I spend my days chilling with my dog and cat, but recently, I finally took the plunge and traveled to my dream destination: Iceland! ✈️ People often call it the "edge of the world," and they're completely right! Every morning I woke up to landscapes that made me feel like I’d landed on another planet. I was buzzing with excitement the whole time! ✨ Let me share a few of my absolute favorite spots! First up: Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon and Diamond Beach. 💎 The blue ice floating in the lagoon looks exactly like glowing sapphires, and right next door on the black sand beach, there are countless sparkling chunks of ice scattered everywhere. Every single angle is picture-perfect. Next is the Blue Ice Cave, which is only accessible from November to March! Stepping inside felt like entering a blue crystal palace—I was completely speechless... ❄️ It's actually really dangerous to go alone, so make sure you book a tour with a professional guide! ⚠️ Another must-see is Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach, which has such a cool, dark vibe. 🖤 I was blown away by the contrast of the black sand and white crashing waves, along with those fascinating basalt columns. A quick heads-up: the sneaker waves here can surge out of nowhere and are super dangerous, so never turn your back to the ocean. Admire it from a safe distance! Here’s my 7-day road trip itinerary 👇 · Days 1-2: Explored downtown Reykjavik and the Golden Circle, stayed overnight in Selfoss. · Days 3-4: Checked out the South Coast waterfalls (Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss) and headed toward Vík. · Day 5: Visited the Glacier Lagoon and Diamond Beach, plus a glacier hike! · Day 6: Joined the much-anticipated ice cave tour, then drove back to Reykjavik. · Day 7: Ended the trip soaking and unwinding at the Blue Lagoon, followed by some serious souvenir hunting! And of course, no trip is complete without amazing food! 🤤 The hot dog I grabbed at Bæjarins Beztu (around 800 yen or $5-6 USD) was insanely good—the crispy fried onions and their signature sauce are an unbeatable combo! 🌭 Also, I had this incredible lobster soup from a food truck near the Glacier Lagoon. It totally warmed my freezing bones and brought me back to life! Even if you aren't a huge meat fan, you have to try the traditional Icelandic lamb soup. The meat is so tender and doesn't have that gamey taste at all. Oh, and grabbing thick, creamy Skyr yogurt from the grocery store was my daily treat. 🥛 I had to leave my pets at home for this trip, but it got me daydreaming about taking them to some pet-friendly spots in Europe someday! 🐕 (Though honestly, Iceland’s nature is way too rugged, so leaving them cozy at home was definitely the right call, lol.) If anyone is planning a trip to Iceland, let me know in the comments! I’m more than happy to answer any questions based on my experience! 💬✨

Erupting Magic at Strokkur Geyser 🌋✨ Ready for a show-stopping natural spectacle? Strokkur Geyser in Blaskogabyggd is one of Iceland’s most thrilling sights—an epic plume of boiling water jets up to 20 meters into the frosty air, just minutes apart! The drama of winter makes every eruption feel like a hidden-world secret, but I can’t wait to return in spring for its fresh seasonal charm. 🧭 How to Explore: Strokkur is easy to find—just head to 8M7X+3PJ, Hafnartún, 806 Selfoss. Since it’s open round the clock all year, you can visit anytime (the eruptions happen constantly, so you’ll never miss the action). Stroll the paths around the geyser for different vantage points, but definitely watch the ground to avoid slippery icy patches in winter! 🌟 Must-Do Moments: Stand close (but not TOO close) to feel the heat on your face as Strokkur explodes skyward—hold your camera high for a dramatic burst shot! Wander nearby to admire smaller bubbling springs for a full geothermal experience. 📸 Insta-Worthy Angle: Snap your best shot with winter steam swirling in the sunrise or shimmering icy ground—try a video for the full eruption! Pro tip: use burst mode to catch the geyser’s unpredictably-timed spray. 💡 Visiting Tips & Precautions: Dress warm and waterproof, especially in windy winter. Paths can get slick, so wear sturdy boots. The geyser erupts every 5–10 minutes, so be patient and ready! #Iceland #Blaskogabyggd #Strokkur #WinterWonder #NatureSpectacle

Iceland Golden Circle ⭕️ Quality Hotel 🏨 It faces Geysir Hot Spring 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Walk across the street and you can see the Geysir Geysir Geysir Fountain at any time 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. If the room is in front of the hotel, you can still see it spray once every 10 minutes or so. However, this is natural. The mysteries of nature. But my room looks to the back🥲. The hotel room is super large and super beautiful. There are also local scented tea bags. Nice little gift 👍🏻👍🏻. Take it yourself🤪🤪 Superior location for all the attractions in Golden Circle. Because I booked the snow mountain motorcycle experience, staying here is really convenient. 1. Opposite Geysir Hot Spring 2. Gullfoss waterfall 10 minutes drive. 3. Snowmobile meeting point, 5 minutes drive. 4. Faxafoss waterfall is another 10 minute drive. 5. Kerid Crater, 35 min. Isn't it absolute 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Our Iceland trip kicked off with a cozy, homemade breakfast at our Airbnb — nothing beats starting a day with a warm meal we whipped up ourselves! 🍳☕️ Feeling energized, we headed out to the stunning Þingvellir National Park, where the landscapes felt straight out of a fantasy movie. Standing between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates was such a surreal experience! 🌍✨ Next, we made a quick stop at Selfoss Town, a charming little place perfect for a stroll and a breather. Lunchtime called, and we answered by visiting Kaffi Krús, a super cute cafe that served up delicious food in the coziest atmosphere. Honestly, it felt like a warm hug in the middle of Iceland’s crisp air! ☕️🥪 No trip to Iceland is complete without trying a famous Icelandic hot dog, so we swung by Pylsuvagninn. Let me just say — the hot dog bun alone deserves a standing ovation! Soft, flavorful, and paired with that iconic Icelandic mustard… it’s truly a must-try! 🌭 After our bellies were happy, we explored the mesmerizing Kerið Crater. The vibrant blue water against the deep red volcanic rock was absolutely breathtaking. #solotrip Iceland’s Golden Circle is one of the most popular and accessible travel routes in the country, making it a perfect destination for solo adventurers. Covering about 300 kilometers, the route connects three of Iceland’s most iconic natural attractions: Þingvellir National Park, Geysir Geothermal Area, and Gullfoss Waterfall. Each stop offers a unique glimpse into Iceland’s dramatic landscapes and natural wonders. Starting at Þingvellir National Park, you’ll walk through the rift valley where the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates meet. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is not only geologically fascinating but also historically significant, as it was the site of Iceland’s first parliament in 930 AD. Solo travelers can enjoy wandering the trails, marveling at crystal-clear streams, and learning about Icelandic history at their own pace. Next, the Geysir Geothermal Area offers an exhilarating experience as steaming hot springs and bubbling mud pools surround you. The main attraction is Strokkur, a geyser that erupts every 5-10 minutes, shooting water up to 20-30 meters into the air. The anticipation of the eruption is thrilling, and traveling solo allows you the freedom to linger as long as you want, capturing the perfect shot. Finally, the journey concludes at Gullfoss, one of Iceland’s most stunning waterfalls. The sheer power and beauty of the cascading water, set against the rugged Icelandic landscape, are awe-inspiring. The walking paths offer various vantage points, perfect for solo exploration and quiet reflection. Navigating the Golden Circle is easy with a rental car or guided tour, and the route’s popularity ensures you’ll meet other friendly travelers along the way. Whether you’re marveling at natural wonders or enjoying the solitude of Iceland’s raw beauty, the Golden Circle is an unforgettable adventure for any solo traveler.

#freehotelstay God’s creature: South Coast, Iceland🇮🇸 Imagine a land sculpted by fire and ice, where glaciers grind valleys into jagged cliffs and waterfalls tumble from moss-carpeted highlands. This is the South Coast of Iceland, a 320-kilometer stretch of drama and raw beauty. Black sand beaches, born from ancient volcanic eruptions, whisper secrets of the wind. Reynisdrangar, towering basalt sea stacks, guard the shore like silent sentinels. Further inland, Vatnajökull, Europe's largest glacier, shimmers under the midnight sun, its icy tendrils creeping down towards the sea. Quaint fishing villages dot the coast, their colorful houses a stark contrast to the monochrome majesty of the landscape. Vik, with its vibrant red church perched on a hilltop, stands as a beacon of resilience against the wild Atlantic. The South Coast of Iceland is a place where nature wears its power on its sleeve, where every vista inspires awe and every whisper of wind tells a story etched in stone and ice. It's a land that will leave you breathless, humbled, and forever changed. Follow for more! #travel #Iceland #falltrip #mytravelhacks #historicallandmarks #Nature #Followformore

Byggdarhorn is located in the town of Selfoss in southern Iceland and is an apartment. There are kitchen utensils for cooking, but the dishwasher is broken and cannot be used. The facilities are relatively old. It is not a bad idea to experience rural accommodation. It is very close to the wild hot spring. #Hotel Introduction

I brought my boy friend here for a weekend. Open fire, cooking and realxing. What better place to do it than a A-frame cabin!?
