My mom says you can't make this cold cabbage dish outside of the Northeast; it just doesn't taste the same!! It doesn't taste sweet at all; the sweetness is perfectly balanced. It's not greasy when eaten hot, though it might be a little bit if you reheat it after it cools down. Don’t trust scalpers claiming to offer “VIP fast-track access to Sun Island.” Book a free entry code one day in advance on the official public account and scan it to enter. Those so-called “private riverside viewing platforms” are just fenced-off coffee shop entrances by the river, where you have to buy a drink to enter. Walk 300 meters further along the riverbank for empty spots with no crowds. There’s no need to waste extra money.
