Accommodation Next to Mittraphap Road: Chill Chill Hotel, Sida District.
This was my first time staying here, and it was great! The room was spacious, and both the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. The bathroom was fully stocked with amenities, which was fantastic, and it even had a hair dryer. They have ramps making it easily accessible for the elderly. The food was delicious, and the location is highly convenient right next to the main road. The hotel's atmosphere is pleasant. Despite being close to the main road, it wasn't noisy at all; you couldn't hear the traffic. Check-in was a breeze. They offer a breakfast service with options like rice porridge and cups of coffee that you can select during check-in. It's a newly opened hotel and absolutely perfect for travelers needing a rest stop. Personally, I felt very safe here, and the staff were all smiles and incredibly welcoming.
Fantastic Korean Restaurant at Sida Intersection, Along Mittraphap Road.
⏰ Open daily: 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM
🍽️ Pad Seoul Cafe Korean Restaurant
📌 Located along Mittraphap Road, near Sida Intersection, Nakhon Ratchasima (inbound side to Korat from Phon District, Khon Kaen Province).
🇰🇷 This homey restaurant features various beautifully decorated corners, including a long counter bar, a kids' playground, cozy sofas, a garden-view counter bar, and an art-wall seating area. It’s not overly crowded, making it a great spot for families to bring their kids for a meal and some playtime around the different areas.
✅ I ordered the Korean-style Grilled Pork Rice Set. It comes with seaweed soup and a cabbage salad with mayonnaise. The grilled pork is stir-fried with gochujang sauce and bite-sized cabbage—perfectly portioned! The pork is tender and juicy with just the right amount of sauce, not soggy at all. It also includes side dishes like kimchi, pickled radish, and pickled sliced cucumber with onion, which perfectly balance the richness. Everything tastes incredibly delicious together. For my drink, I had an Orange Americano, and the restaurant gave me a complimentary mini banoffee cup. Its sweetness perfectly cut through the coffee's bitterness without being overly sweet.

It is an old temple with a love legend related to Sida District, a small district in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. It is a district on the way to Khon Kaen with Mittraphap Road cutting through.
